What can I say? Been a customer for years (should have submitted a review long ago). Trustworthy (aka honest) reasonably priced, dependable, willing to accommodate a customer's schedule (as best they can). Not to mention the fact that John & Jesse (& crew) are great guys to deal with.

I have been going into Car Lane since I moved into the neighborhood 18 months ago. I have a 10 year old F150 with 360,000 km on it and have been using them for regular servicing, and a number of larger issues that typically arise on a well used truck. Jess and his crew are very professional, meticulous and do what they say will when they say they will do it. 5 stars.

I had my muffler replaced, and I was told that there was a hole that I could contact a local welder to have fixed. When I brought it in to the welder a couple days later I was told it was a write off. I had to get rid of the car because the underbody was so badly corroded and compromised. I would have really appreciated it if I was told about the severity of the issue before the muffler was put on.

Really really Good shop great prices just next to impossible to get ur car in for repairs waiting list is always like 3 to 4 weeks out. Amazing staff as well.

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mark when navigating some major issues with our SUV. Mark was fantastic, super knowledgeable, kind and most importantly fair. They got our vehicle in even though they were busy, and had everything fixed within days. We really appreciate all their hard work to keep costs at the original quote, including sourcing parts for cheaper so they didn't go over, even though new issues kept popping up. Truly honest people, I will recommend Carlene to everyone I know.

Good service. I went there with a broken exhaust pipe and they repaired it quickly and efficiently.

Very pleased with the service from Car Lane. Had my alternator replaced, tires balanced, and they let me know of an up coming repair needed. They were understanding of the budget I was working with and came up with various options to help me get me back on the road.

I had quite a bit of work done on my wife's car, and at the end of it all, I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work done. Mark was great to deal with over the phone, explained everything that should be done, and never felt like I was being pushed to do anything that wasn't required. They gave me a great breakdown on price, and i found it was at par if not cheaper than a lot of places. Given the fact that they are swamped with work, they had the car done in no time. From start to finish, great job! I would highly recommend Car Lane to anyone I know.

Terrible communication from service advisors. More than once now my car has been dropped for the day and I have to call at the end of the work day to find out the work isn't done, no follow up appt suggested, no quote on the root cause of the problem.

Frankly no real interest in fixing the concern or suggesting I take the vehicle elsewhere. Instead just excuses about how busy they are and telling me I should 'get fixed soon', as if that's not why the car is there in the first place.

Disappointing experiences from a shop that has such a high reputation for customer service

Brought my 2005 Forester in for a custom quad exhaust and boy did they deliver looks clean sounds awesome not to loud not to quite the mufflers they used makes the rumble on these cars sound amazing! Great job!

Never had any issues getting work done here, great service, decent price, my only little peeve would be that it takes a while to schedule service, on average, lately it's been 2 weeks so plan ahead. But that's a good thing because it means they are very very busy:)

Again and again I receive great service from Car Lane Auto Centre. They get you in the shop quickly, identify the problem, provide possible solutions/recommendations and are very fairly priced. They are honest with their recommendations about the lifespan of a part or if that part is necessary.
