I have been coming here for years and the service is exemplary. Alex is clear about repairs and costs. The car is in and out close to scheduled times. I also bought my last car here and it has been great.

I took my Porsche Cayenne here for winter tires installation for the first time! Had an exceptional experience with the service and the staff. The installation was done in a timely manner and I was in-and-out within 2 hours. David was very patient by showing me the OEM tires I was looking for before installing them. Alex was also extremely helpful. He addressed my concerns and took the time to personally do a road test with me to ensure the new tires are functioning properly. Would definitely visit again in the future!

Honest people who care and want to make a difference. I showed up without an appointment and they took care of my tire problems like they had been waiting for me. Would not hesitate to go back for any auto service.

This is the only place I take my cars to. They have had multiple chances to “rip me off” and yet they were very honest and declined unnecessary work on the cars. I can trust these guys knowing they won’t take advantage of me. Highly recommend!

Had a blowout on Lakeshore East (like so many, many others). Sunday night, got towed to Canadian Tire. $500 later got my car back with 1 new tire. It didn't feel right, turns out I should have had 2 tires (on same axel) replaced plus a link repair plus an alignment.none of which CanTire even mentioned. Shopped around and found the identical tire at Car-Pro on Bermondsey at $130 cheaper than CanTire. Fast and friendly, alignment done too. Will be going back and never darkening door of CanTire again!

First time using this shop for new tires, the guys were friendly & informative. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Did my alignment with them.can't really inspect the quality of work for this type of job, but the shop was good with scheduling, the price was right and I spoke with a mechanic about another issue I was having briefly after. Seemed very knowledgeable.

I've been using Car-Pro for years. Alex and his team are the quality. I do appreciate that every visit they inspect my car for free to check on the health of the various components to keep me up to date on the state of my car. And they're honest about it. They might tell me about a part that is showing some wear, but if it doesn't need to be replaced right away, they'll tell me that, too. It gives me a heads up about the state of parts, and what I may need to consider going forward. Sure this leads to more work for them overall, but it also means they catch any damage or wear before it becomes an issue. One under-performing part can have a ripple effect on the rest of your car. They're not the cheapest mechanics you'll find, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

Service centre comparison side-note:
On a road trip, my car developed this thumping I could feel in through the steering wheel. I dropped into the nearest Canadian Tire, who told me that the issue was a worn out tie rod end. It was going to a day to repair - more time than I had - so instead I finished my trip and then took it to Alex at Car-Pro. The tie rod end had some wear, but not so much it would cause thumping or needed to be replaced just yet. The tires, however, were a different story. I knew the tires were worn and had been planning on changing them anyway. Sure enough, one new set of tires later and the thumping was gone. The tie-rod end was fine for quite some time later.

Alex has always dealt fairly with me and stands behind his work and parts. Prices are competitive.

Alex, Nick, and the rest of the team put the customer's needs ahead of their own. Alex and Nick are patient and courteous, and they take the time to discuss the best solution to a problem. I would highly recommend Car-Pro Tirecraft Toronto.

I went to Car Pro Tirecraft based off of their reviews and I only wish there were TEN stars to give to Alex and his team. I needed new winter tires for my Ford Flex and Alex went above and beyond to find the best value and set up to fit my car. He also made recommendations to do now, soon and later. Great to anticipate what's coming up. Very fair prices too. I feel extremely confident and incredibly pleased with the service here and Alex and the Car-Pro team are most definitely my new go to shop. This is how service in the auto world SHOULD be.
