My fur baby is well taken care of & is happy to go there. I am pleased with the care she gets there.

They took more amount from me on the bill it was different amount and they took more from my card i will add the picture also u all can see

I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. The staff treats our cats like they are their own.

Dr. Erika is the best to work with. Kind and efficient! Loved it. My two new pets have found their family doctor

Whatever is on the bill they charge more and when asked they say its the tax without mentioning on the bill

Went here cuz our kitten had a red eye, and we were worried as it’s our first time having a kitten. I was in the exam room for maybe 10-15 minutes as he did get shots and I waited 10 minutes after our appointment time. The vet only examined him for about 5 minutes, they told us there was nothing wrong with him and that he MIGHT have conjuntivitis. We bought a lube for his eye that they told us would work to take the redness and swelling down. We used it for a week and our kitten was getting worse. We took him to a vet in London to have another exam done cuz we didn’t know what was going on as his eye got worse and they referred us to an optometrist. Last night our kitten looked like he might have been having a seizure but then all of a sudden was fine. We took him to the emergency vet in London today and found out that our kitten is anemic. The vet in London said they don’t understand why careadoc told us he was fine when you can clearly see he’s not fine. Will never take our kitten here again and I don’t recommend taking any of your pets here!

Zero Emergency care in our time of need. They would not stay past 2pm to help our dying dog. Show me the money first then get a few hours of help is all they offered. 0/5 is all they should get but you have to give at least 1/5.

Your staff was very helpfull. I called for my cat that had an issue and I got an appointment within 24hrs. Highly recommended. Great friendly helpfull people

Very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Wendy shared her expertise in crutiate ligament damage and conveyed it in a way I could understand. All staff was professional and kind.

Always a great visit. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable on all aspects of pet care. You will enjoy the atmosphere. Lots of treats and food to choose from

No agendas whatsoever. All the information that you need. No egos and no superior attitudes. Everything that you will need to be sure your animal is healthy and comfortable. The cost of care is very reasonable.
