Caramel Café

Went with my family on a weeknight. Only one other family in the restaurant. Only one server was on duty. She was courteous and helpful, and brought our food, although be it after a relatively long wait time. Ambiance is decent, not as posh as some of the other desert places. Dodd quality and presentation was simple and not fancy as the competitors. If you don’t like to pay for frills, this is good place to visit.

Food is amazing and just as amazing, are our hosts and Chef. From the moment we walk in, they are so welcoming and they elevate the entire experience. I highly recommend this amazing establishment to everyone.

Chocolate Shake was good. However the veggie crepe we ordered was totally different from the one in the menu. In the menu, it said green onion, oregano, shredded cheese, black olives and tomato. But we got red and yellow pepper along with mushrooms and tomatoes (there were no green onions, no olives instead mushrooms and pepper which I don’t like at all) Indeed the guy tried to make it as good as possible and he said he would ask his boss to change the menu where it said green onions and olives. Honestly I would recommend for drinks but would still doubt about the food menu. He even gave 20% discount when i told him about it which was just 3 dollars off the total food we ordered.there are certain people who have different allergies to food if you don’t ask and add them according to your choice which is not mentioned in the menu. On the other hand, good ambience and good drinks.

Great place to enjoy tasty treats. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and lovely decor. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great cappuccino!

Amazing cafe in Bolton, Ontario just off of Hwy50. Crepes and waffles amazing! This is the place to be for some sweetness in a cozy cafe mid week and being served with the friendliness service ever!

Nice dessert but do not care for milk shakes made with finely blended ice cubes! Makes a watery drink. Just use ice cream not blended with ice

This was my first time in Bolton and my friend wanted to go to Caramel Cafe based on the good reviews! We had the nachos and the apple crumble crepe and everything was so good! It wasn’t super busy on a Thursday night and we got to enjoy the warm weather on their patio.

Cute cafe. Great vibe. Perfect spot to hang out. Presentation and taste of the food is good too. Harleen, our server was very polite and helpful.

Small but tastefully decorated. Numerous choices over desserts and drinks. Boss is friendly and helpful.

Really nice little cafe. We tried a few drinks and snacks. The nachos were really tasty, and all the drinks we tried were also very good. The service was excellent, Rakesh went above and beyond with his service. They were out of mangoes but rakesh went out to find some, that was excellent service in my opinion.

We came in from Montréal for a wedding and happened to stop here when craving something sweet. We absolutely loved the food (we had a combo of crepes, the chocolate overdose waffle, Turkish coffee and afagato and it was all super good). But the best part was definitely the service. Thank you so much to the staff for giving us the extra Nutella and extra whipped cream. You definitely made the experience even better just by being so nice!

Caramel cafe was such a cute date spot for my boyfriend and I! Affordable and tasty with a romantic ambience:) can’t wait to go there again!

Delicious waffles and tea/coffee options. Whenever we are in the area, we stop by Caramel Cafe to relax. Recommend trying the waffle options and Turkish coffee.

Caramel Cafe is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, grab a snack, and relax. With its inviting atmosphere, delicious menu offerings, and excellent service, it's definitely worth a visit!

The service was amazing and the employees working there were the sweetest! Went there to catch up with a friend and was blown-away with the exceptional service, they offered some of the best food which was fresh and delicious. The server Harleen was so kind and even offered to take pictures of my friend and I! Definitely my favourite cafe in Bolton!

Pretty cool café, had a mango white choc ice cream crepe and a turkish coffee. The portion was large and delish.the coffee not so much and a bit grainy at the end. I was able to share the crepe with the wife so that was nice. The menu had tons of other things to try and I definitely would go another timee!

I love their waffles especially the Nutella and fruits one. They always go an extra mile to ensure that their customers get nothing but the best. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I totally recommend going here.

Caramel Cafe has delicious food. They have the best waffles in and around Brampton and me and my family get their food atleast once a month. There staff is great, they go out of their way to give the best service to their customers. If you have a sweet tooth like me then you should definitely go to Caremal Cafe. LOVE ️

Seriously Divine!

The Cafe Mocha was sinful and indulgent. The perfect way to end a day od errands. My niece had the Chocolate Shake and was smiling ear to ear the entire time. Cant wait to visit again and try the waffles- they looked so good.

Best deserts in town! Made fresh to order and delivered hot! Owner is super friendly. All round great experience!

A very pathetic attitude towards customer service. The guy at the counter is so rude and tends to be argumentative. On the top of that the food comes very late after ordering. Restro is better than it's staff! A strange scenario but a real one!

Absolutely love this place, waffles and crepes are always fresh as well as the fruit. Would recommend coming here for dessert even if its a pick-up or uber eats. The staff is always friendly and nice.
