Date Nov. 27 2023 11.25am 401 west Bond trailer 53-811.
Looks this company not given any training to there drive, how to pass other truck on highway.
I was driving on right line 401w bond, There drive want to pass me, that is good nothing wrong. He has to calculate.
He start drinking on left line next 20-25 km. Line of car you can think.
There drive want me to brack my truck and let him pass. Is there any emergency? None
Your drive doesn't know passing rude rule.

Stupid drivers parking any where on roads. It was crowded road 1200 steeles avenue tim hortans. They always park there truck blocking incoming traffic and bothering traffic. Its not bc punjab have some commen sense and tell your drivers not to park bc anywhere just for coffee.

They don't appreciate experienced drivers, so let them have these "new drivers' straight from the driving school. I still give them 4 stars instead of 1, because it's great to have a company on the market that gives work to drivers straight after driving school (I still remember how hard it was to find a "first trucking job"). Besides this company is very well organized and takes really good care of its equipment. But if you have any experience, don't waste your time working for "forty something cents" (base rate). Just let them have these new drivers straight from the driving school.

Not worth it for owner operator,
There mechanic shop will rob you aswell.so will the dispatch with your time.
Not as promise and your better off working as forklift driver $25 hourly then to be at caravan as driver or O/O more and more are leaving. From my personal experience waste of time months and money I have lost close to 60k plus due to caravan.
Dispatcher and driver managers are liers they'll try to keep you in loop.

Be aware there robbing old settlers/ canadian citizens to help there own Ukrainian be sponsors. They costed me over 60+ lose as owner operator in 6months plus when I quite there shop billed me plus additional $7000 deducted. Walk our with pennies

Bad company! They advertise on their trailers good pay but no, they mistreated me when I worked for them! I’ve had more than 5 years of truck driving experience but they only paid me based on 1-2 years experience. They don’t take care of you! When I was looking for another trucking job to avoid working for Caravan, Caravan called me a liar! I was completely unaware and shocked from anyone to ever call me a Liar! That was definitely unprofessional
