Carbonic Coffee

Got the specialty drinks, it was not bad. Idk if I misinterpreted it, but the barista was giving me a very weird/ rude vibes, felt like I was being judged whenever I tried to ask something. It’s a very cute cafe, but the music was too loud…

Beautiful cafe with very nice seating inside and a small patio by the street. Delicious desserts and great coffee.

Cozy, quiet and peaceful. Very convenient location with plenty of seating. The air circulation and cooling during the Summer months could be improved (I happened to visit on one of the hottest days of the year). The prices are high but not out of the ordinary in this day and age. It’s nice that oat milk is offered as a dairy free alternative, however, another option or two (almond, soy) would be amazing. I enjoyed my visit and the lovely iced mocha that I ordered.

COFFEE: both their cappuccino and latte were very good.

PASTRY: pastries were bought from a very famous pastry shop so it's guarantee good. Love the lemon tart.

SERVICE: the barista seems very chatty and friendly.

VIBE: very aesthetic and chill vibe, there's outlets everywhere which makes this place become perfect place to work. They also have chest and books around.

Comfortable place to stop for an expansive selection of espresso drinks. I had the namesake, carbonic espresso (coffee and tonic water) and it was a fun experiment. Sour but a nice option for a warm day

Cute little spot on Baldwin St.
Needed a small bite and coffee to tie me over to lunch so I tried their carbonic coffee which is a shot of espresso in tonic (I think there was another ingredient but it escapes my mind). First time trying a coffee like that and my first reaction was it’s a bit sour and it’s fizzy but as you drink it, it grows on you. One important point is to not mix the drink because it will bubble over. I did really enjoy the fizz.
Spinach pastry was good, nothing special.
The shop was spacious and had different types of seating. I could see myself spending the morning here working.
Definitely would come back for another coffee next time.

Great little coffee place. I drink flat whites, and they make them perfectly here.
I haven't sat inside yet, but the place is a nice calm escape on Baldwin Avenue.

Terrific. Casual independent cafe on a quiet street. Neat decor. Has a couch! Patio and cafe chairs. Very bright and welcoming.

The seating in the front is designed for conversation, where there is a study space in the back designed for laptop use.trendy decor

Absolutely love this place. Great customer service. Excellent suggestions, beautiful, atmosphere quiet and romantic. I brought my baby here this morning and I’m very happy that they had a ramp to the store. We shared a yam chocolate chip cookie. It was super yummy! This place is a nice coffee shop across from the AGO. Great place to journal, read or have a nice chat.

Great cafe! Really good prices and a good assortment of seating. The blueberry croissant was so yummy.

Carbonic Coffee is a hip coffee joint located close to the University of Toronto campus. The atmosphere is amazing with an assortment of furniture and seating contrasted by the minimalistic food signs and plain walls. It seems like a great place for students to study at. They offer a great array of pastries and their vanilla latte is amazing. I personally tried their drink “Blue Sakura” which I found to be pretty average. Items do cost a bit more in this store. They also have a cute little machine where you can get enamel pins for $2. Would recommend checking it out.

My new neighborhood favorite in to chill in a cozy unpretentious chill cool vibe. Had the Japanese cold brew and the croissant with smoked salmon both yummy. Pup friendly patio up front which is a bonus.

My new favourite cafe in toronto 100%! Staff, ambiance, and drinks/pastries were lovely.more spacious than i initially thought, an adorable patio, and super cute decorations and art available for purchase throughout the cafe.i cant remember the names of the drinks, but their summer special drinks are great!

Their iced lattes and seasonal menus are super good. The vibe and atmosphere was so cute. Lots of board games, seating and places to take photos if you're into that.

Stellar coffee! Never disappoints. Place is clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The roast is good. If you like expresso based drinks, opt for their flat white. Their carbonic is unique and worth a try.
