Ordered 2 Valleo Paints and a package of 50 Mini-Snap card protectors. Shipping was fast, the parcel was very well packed, and everything arrived ahead of schedule. Excellent.

They were absolutely lovely about my mistaking my new address and re-shipping my order without charging me additional shipping costs. They didn't have to do that-it was my mistake. But they did, and they were very kind about it.:)

The book I ordered is in perfect condition! Shipping took a few days to start but based on the fact this book is out of print and probably in some warehouse in a box and needed to be retrieved is my guess why it took a few days to get it shipped. I am so happy with my purchase and the process went very well!
