So very much helpful, so amazing that I rather wait and deal with them than fast booking with a company who has bad customer service. And it’s consistent.
If they can’t help or if they are too busy they give me other contacts to get the emergency help that I need.

I cannot truly express how amazed and happy we are with the whole experience we had with Cardinal. The process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Superb communication, text and email updates before, during and after the work was complete. Actual people answering the phone and texting. He came to dismantle some wiring and that was done promptly and with care. He was also friendly and knowledgable.

They were here on time and checked out our sump pump which we thought might be on its last leg and gave us a professional opinion and estimate if we were thinking of replacing the pump.

The individual that quoted the job took over an hour to assess a simple job. Cut and remove a chunk of cast iron. They quoted over $1000. We had the job done for just over $500 by another company in town. Over priced would never recommend.

The service was excellent, quick and prompt. Lee and Jesse really know their stuff. So happy to have water again. Will definitely be recommending Cardinal Plumbing to anyone who has a water problem. You get what you pay for, and I definitely am happy with the quick, clean service I received. Thanks.

Very quick response, fair pricing (I obtained another quote), were able to install a new unit the same day as quote. Work was very neat and professional. Staff were polite and very good at explaining things. Would definitely use again.

I had an a clogged toliet on Sunday night. Called this company and was the only.ones who answered. Unfortunately they weren't available until the next day but did give me other options to try. I'm so glad I kept my appointment with them the next day. They kept in touch with me about the appointment. The girls were great who i spoke to on the phone. There tech was earlier then expected and was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful and fixed our issue which was the best. Cardinal services will be my go to for all future plumbing issues!

From the get go, Holly was the first company to contact us regarding a quote for changing our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. After having an employee come to our home, to look at things, and advise on what would be best, he gave an on-the-spot unofficial quote, then later the official quote was given to us, and soon we decided that they would be the company, to do the job. From then on, we had contact by text, as to what the next stages would be, suchas the date ON Hydro could come to shut our home's power off, and the employees, Andrew and Dushaun, commenced the work. The job was done efficiently and quicker than they had previously advised us. Every stage, from the beginning was done in a timely and friendly manner. It was also nice to have a text of a picture and personal message about the employee, Andrew, who would be coming to do the job. We're glad we chose Cardinal. J. R.
