Care Appliance Service Ltd.

This company is run by the most unprofessional and dishonest individuals. I have been waiting for a part for my refrigerator for the past two weeks. Shay, the technician and apparently the business owner had advised that the part would arrive within a week and would be installed shortly after. Two weeks later and no update from him, I called him multiple times to ask if the part had arrived. He disregarded my concerns regarding having no fridge with two children, and proceeded to argue with me, yell on the phone and made passive aggressive/ rude comments. I cannot believe that a business owner could be this argumentative and disrespectful. A $100.0 and a broken fridge later, now I am in search for another appliance service company.

Avoid at any cost!

This company is a complete scam
Do not order anything from them
They take your money and will run away with it.

So far I have no complaints. I contacted care appliances and very prompt a bit pricey but I had no other option. Shay is very professional and prompt. I am still under 90 days warranty so let’s see how my appliances work.

We have a double built in wall oven and hired Shay when the top oven
stopped working. He came quickly, assessed the problem and ordered the part needed after advising us of the cost. As soon as the part was in he returned and replaced the damaged unit. He was efficient and completed the repair very quickly.
That being said, his business advertises 10% off for first time appliance repairs. When he came here I mentioned it to him and he said that discount was for repeat customers only. Not having the ad in front of me, I dropped the subject. I was not available when he came to do the repair but I later checked the ad again and it clearly stated 10% off for first time repairs. I texted him with a copy of his business ad and received no response. A week later I texted him again saying while he did an excellent job on the repair side, it was very disappointing that he totally ignored my first text with no reply whatsoever. Again I referred to his ad regarding the discount for first time appliance repairs. I also stated I would be writing a review. It has now been several days since then and again I have heard nothing back.
I cannot give Shay 5 stars. His work is good but certainly his ad is false and his work ethic is unsatisfactory. I believe in dealing with honest people and companies. I did not receive that. His company offers a 3 month warranty. I am hoping I will not need it as I doubt he would even return after reading this post.

These guys are the best appliance repair company in Ontario. They have a knowledge about the product and what they do.

Fantastic service! This is not the first time I am using Care Appliances. They came, they fixed, they left. No BS stories. Very well priced. I am happy.
