Awesome experience! Extremely professional service. My Resume and Cover letter were created in a timely manner and exceeded all expectations. Thanks to Jacki Turner, I was able to get the desired promotion and now have a polished Resume for years to come!

The only good thing I received wit Career HD, was the format. I had used them in April 2020 and it was an awful experience.

I am frustrated with the service I had received from CareerHD. I had a writer (Rehannah), where she did not provide any services, did not listen to what I had requested, and the resume was poorly written. It looked rushed with a a lot of grammatical errors, and incorrect information.
She had mixed up my previous employment, used the same sentences in every job description, and even spelled my name incorrectly several times. When I had brought it up, she was extremely apprehensive to edit it.

I had paid for a premium service, and all the details along with the customer service was awful. The service was well over $400 and I had to ask several times, for certain items that were part of the package, I have yet to receive.

When I had mentioned all the errors via e-mail, not only were they apprehensive to assist, they were frustrated, that I would ask for a re write after the first time; I received a.pdf of the resume that I had originally provided them.

When I had asked for a re write, I received a “revision”, however it was the same experience that was copied and pasted for all of my employment experience.

They had a guarantee, if you do not receive an interview after 4 months, they will get a new writer and rewrite your resume.

They did not honour that.

I do not recommend CareerHD.

I am certain other people would be better, but if you get Rehannah or Anna. I would advise to request for a different writer.

Newcomers to Canada beware. If you dont have the experience in North America to apply in senior jobs a boost to your resume will not help at all with your job search. This is part of the feedback I received from Anna Dushkina at CarrerHD when I reached back to CarrerHD after my new resume they had prepared for me had absolutely no traction in 10 momths. Now I completely disagree with this point from Anna and went to another company to redo the my resume and in less than a month time I got 3 call backs for interviews. Very disappointed with Carreer HD and strongly recommend people to search for other options in the market. I did and in less than a month saw the results.

CareerHD is a very efficient and professional service. They are great to work with, and I would highly recommend.

I can't get the decent job which I am working at now without her help. I mean this ma'am gave me a lot. She made my first-shot interview in this country a made-shot. I'm dead serious. She knows how bad is my English and how nervous I was at first. But finally she helped me made it anyway. What can I say. Great done. She changed my life.

I was dealing with Anna through email. She gave me the choice of packages they offer. I picked the Entry level package as this was my daughter's first time entering the job market. When I asked for the Resume & Cover letters to be specific to my daughters needs Anna stopped the correspondence. Not a very good impression for a first time client.

Excellent customer service and turn around time. Alice squeezed me in even though the writers were very busy. The 24 hour and 48 hour rush service were sold out but she made the 48 hr rush option available to me regardless. Due to a glitch, I paid for the 24 hr rush and the writer, Anna, honoured the option. I received a quality resume to my liking in a short period. Anna was pleasant to work with. She was professional and friendly. I also had a wonderful experience speaking with Alice at the beginning who helped connect me to Anna.

My experience with CareerHD was great, Joy was very professional, she helped me identify all the weaknesses in my resume and cover letter, and crafted great documents for me that exceeded my expectations.
She also answered all my questions, provided me with good advice, and shared her experiences with me to continue my job hunt as a foreigner.

I'm very happy with the outcome and working with her was really smooth, I recommend this service.

I researched few companies for resume writers and saw some good reviews on CareerHD and I will be honest I was hesitant at first. However, process was smooth form initial meeting to discuss what package is for me based on the experience and what I am looking for. I was assigned to some who is more knowledgeable in my industry and type of work I do. I had to do some homework on my end and provide some information, type of work, achievements to give a little background on myself to help get started. Then I had a consultation with Rebecca and the meeting went very well. She is professional, excellent listener and really did a fantastic job listening to what I was looking for. I was really surprised how well Rebecca had understood what I was looking for based on my experience. Not sure what I was expecting to be honest given that its the first time I looked in to a service for professional resume writing. When I received the first draft of the resume and cover letter I was absolutely impressed how she took 5 pages and brought it down to 2 pages. The wordings, the objectives and the skills added, and the formatting was fantastic and very professional. Rebecca amplified the descriptions to the next level and reading the resume was smooth flow. The cover letter also was very professional and smooth flow. Everything fell into the right place of describing from beginning to the end. There was no editing required I was very very impressed with the services. After seeing the results it was well worth what I have spent. I was looking for job and after 6 months I got one job interview. After doing a quite bit of search on the internet, I ended up with asking CareerHD to revise my resume. I worked with Rebecca about three months ago. In three months with my updated resume, I got about 8 job interviews and last week I signed offer:). Rebecca is very professional and she respected all time lines. I strongly suggest CareerHD as a professional resume developers.

The grammar was even worse with the new revision, and I had to get my resume done by someone who was experienced. Not with CareerHD.

I am certain other people would be better, but if you get Rehannah or Anna. I would advise to request for a different writer.
