Cargo Cabbie were the best Movers I ever had, by far! Maksum and Gwen did a fantastic job! I really appreciated their professionalism and the care they took with my belongings. They were also incredibly fast and efficient! They were punctual, courteous, and even double checked with me several times before leaving if there was anything else they could do for me (instead of rushing off), even though they had several other jobs to get to that day. Their rates are also very reasonable; no hidden fees or extra charges (which can be a common problem with other moving companies). They even billed me less than my original quote.

If you have an upcoming move, I highly recommend using Cargo Cabbie! And if you’re lucky, you may get Gwen and Maksum, who were super nice guys (picture attached is them after the move). Thanks again Cargo Cabbie, for the excellent service!

This is the third time in 4 years we have used Cargo Cabbie and I can't recommend them highly enough! They are prompt, careful, thorough, and super accommodating and worked so hard. The customer service from start to finish is truly outstanding.

Cargo Cabbie cabbie was everything it promised; a true white glove service that simply worked. We were doing a complete renovation of our first floor and so hired them to pack and remove all the large furniture pieces. They came exactly when they said they would, wrapped all of our furniture in bubble wrap and craft paper and took it away to their warehouse. They're at sat for (too many!) months while our Reno progressed. With about 10 days notice they reverse the process and returned everything, unwrapping it, cleaning up and leaving the place exactly as we asked them to. Given the attitudes on the staff, it's clear they have a good working environment which is something of a rarity in the moving business! This is not who you use if you're looking for a cheap solution, but if you're looking for one that is reasonably priced and worry free, I heartily recommend Cargo Cabbie. Great service. Great phone support. Transparent billing. A pleasure. Yep!

I am disabled and was evicted from my home, so I needed to book a full service move. Knowing how difficult the move would be for me, I looked for the best rated company and was willing to pay up to ensure a smooth move. Unfortunately that was not what happened.

The packing went well, but it seemed that the only member of the crew with logistics experience left after that, and the actual move was a disaster. Somehow it took longer to move one block up the street than it did to move from Kitchener into the unit I moved out of. The crew was very nice, but the organization of the move was terrible, with movers wasting hours walking my belongings over rather than loading a truck and not paying attention to the boxes I had clearly marked to go into my storage locker (which was right near the loading dock) and bring them all the way up to my unit on the other side of the building nearly a block away and up many floors.

Worst of all, the move was not completed before 6pm when my building shut down the loading elevator, forcing me to leave half my belongings in the loading dock overnight.

The staff was kind and tried very hard, but the lack of an experienced logistic planner for my move made it go way over budget, and I wound up paying nearly $8000 for an extremely stressful, unprofessional, botched move.

I cannot recommend and will not be using them again.

Our experience with Cargo Cabbie was nothing short of incredible. This was a complex move with a single pick-up location and multiple drop-offs. From start to finish - building an estimate, through to confirming day-of details in advance, and on moving day - the team in office and on the ground was just awesome. You made it so easy for us and we could not be more grateful. We will definitely use Cargo Cabbie again for future jobs!

I had a big move. The Cargo Cabbie teams from prepping & packing, to moving to unpacking were outstanding - John, Sebastian, Bryden, Benjamin, Pham, Keenan, Maksym, and Lizabeth. They were professional, efficient, positive, and cheerful making what would be a stressful experience to one that is anxiety-free and positive. A special shout out for the respect each of them accorded to working in a home and handling contents.

Javier the team lead was spot on in his estimation and providing A-teams for each stage of the move. Amanda and Krissy, customer service staff were responsive and efficient to questions.

We were more than happy with our experience moving with Cargo Cabbie! The booking experience was painless and the staff answered all of our questions and concerns before the move day. Matthew and Ridwan were our movers and I can’t say enough good things about them. They arrived a bit early, ready to go. There was an issue with the moving elevator in our condo and the guys were patient and rolled with it when needing to change elevators mid-move. They both worked quickly and efficiently and wrapping our furniture up and loading the truck.
Hopefully the storage process and moving back in post-renovation goes just as well.

This is my 2nd move with Cargo Cabbie and this company gets moving. The pre-move info is really helpful and the quote was spot on both times. On move day, the team showed up when they said they would, got right to work, handled everything so efficiently and took such good care of my stuff. In the new place, they worked to put everything in its place. There are a lot of choices for moving companies - CC is worth every penny for peace of mind on move day!

The movers were incredibly diligent and organized, they treated my belongings with respect and were very kind to me. They wrapped my furniture carefully and helped disassemble the Ikea furniture so it would fit through the door, then put it back together at the end! Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

We have used Cargo Cabbie many times and each time we have been fully satisfied with the quality of their work and their overall positive attitude. Everyone, even the office staff, worked hard and were very accomodating. I commend the company for their effective recruitment and training resulting in consistent good service which starts with Javier at the office and to each one of the team members we have had the opportunity to deal with.

I've never hired movers before so wasn't sure what to expect, but Cargo Cabbie was above and beyond! They showed up exactly on time to my first apartment and carefully wrapped all my furniture and dismantled my bed. They were courteous, careful, and efficient. They took a short lunch and then it was time to unload at my condo. Again, they took such careful care of my things and checked in to make sure the furniture went exactly where I needed it. They even helped me bring things down to my storage locker. Plus, they finished the job early and I ended up paying less than the quoted amount. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone!

Cargo Cabbie moved us from a townhouse with so many stairs other movers refused the job! They were fast, professional, friendly and I paid exactly what was quoted (plus tip). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Great, prompt, friendly, professional service. Made sure I was prepared for the move, and also came prepared for any contingencies. Were very careful with all the belongings, confirmed any unusual objects, made sure things were put into the proper room after the move.
Updated 2021: Used then again for a move. Still absolutely amazing. Super friendly, efficient, careful. Would absolutely use a third time if I ever have to.

On the recommendation of the PODs company we contacted CARGO CABBIE. The office rep we talked to was very accommodating and knew exactly what was needed and quoted us a fair figure for moving furniture from a POD into our home. The young fellows who were sent from CARGOCABBIE arrived promptly at 8: 30 am as requested. They brought with them blue floor mats and carpets to cover our own carpet and a trolley to help with the load. The two young men, well-educated and very polite, emptied the POD for us in exactly the time frame allotted. They were extremely careful with the furniture and boxes and put together the bed and frame without being asked. Altogether we were extremely pleased with the service provided to us by everyone in the company.

If I could leave more stars I would. We moved out of our home virtually as we were not in the country. The team at Cargo Cabbie was amazing. We could not have done it without them. They professionally packed our entire 5 bedroom home including inventorying and labeling every single item in one day. They also packed our home perfectly into a container so it could be shipped. The shipping company said they had never seen a container packed so well and an inventory list that was so detailed. Amanda in the office was super responsive, saying yes to every ask we had. The team on the ground in our home was safe, professional and very hard working. We honestly cannot say enough about our experience. I would highly recommend!

Service was good but pricing could be improved. We paid $1,089 total for a 5 hour move from midtown to downtown toronto, 1BR.

I was really pleased with the service provided by the cargo cabbie office and moving team. They were polite & pleasant. All my furniture was carefully moved. They were also on-time and worked very efficiently. When I move again, I will definitely call them up.

Before our move, we got 3 quotes, and Cargo Cabbie's was the highest (not by much). I decided to go with them anyway because they were responsive on the weekend, were thorough in their quoting process, and had good reviews.

On the day of the move, the guys showed up exactly on time in clean Cargo Cabbie uniforms. They were extremely professional, treated our belongings with a ton of care, and stuck around until the job was DONE.

The best part about working with Ryan, Nate, and Armani was their attitude. Whenever I asked them for something, they were totally on top of it. I felt like the most important customer in the world, from start to finish!

We used a cargo cabbie for our recent office move and highly recommend their services. Moving day went smoothly with the efficient help of Ryan’s crew and even completed the move ahead of schedule. Went there to get boxes and had to wait outside for almost 20 minutes no one answered the door or phone. Finally when a lady opened the door she was rude and told me to wait more then she let me in saying her name is Amanada and I was treated in a rude and unwelcome manner the entire time by the staff. Got the boxes and will never go back here again.

I had a great experience with my move using this company. They were very responsive to any questions we had over the phone or through email. I was able to move entirely remotely (I was in Alberta during the pandemic) and they went to my home in Toronto and packed everything up for me to move to storage. When I moved back to Toronto they were there on time and were quick and professional during the move in to my new home. I really appreciated this wonderful service!

I cannot say enough about the crew from Cargo Cabbie led by Ryan who moved all of our possessions from one house to another. They were professional from start to finish and the entire crew worked hard without a single complaint. You could tell that these 6 guys liked and respected each other and had smiles on their faces the entire day. They responded to every need and did not blink an eye when they needed to take apart furniture that would not get through a narrow stairway. They evaluated the potential challenges in a walkthrough and set about making the entire move a quick process. They came prepared with everything from blankets, tape and wrap to floor runners and dollies. Finally, the price we were quoted was expensive, but this team was so efficient and they did not use all of the supplies that were quoted to us and when we received our final bill it was less than the original quote because the move took less time and used less equipment. I will use them again. No questions asked.

I needed a box last minute to ship something and the folks at cargo cabbie were incredibly helpful. I spoke with Sylvia who was very nice and professional, even for a small order like mine. I'll definitely be using their services for any larger scale moves I do in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Cargo Cabbie. They helped us figure out a storage solution when we needed to stage our house and we were able to keep everything stored until we moved houses. The bin rental made packing super easy and I felt better knowing I wasn't going to be wasting dozens of cardboard boxes. On moving day everything ran seamlessly and we were moved into our new house in record time! Everyone on the team was so helpful and really helped navigate our entire move - from our house being staged to moving into our new house. Can't recommend them enough!

Have used this company now for 3 different moves. They are always professional, quick and kind. They know the city well, and usually have been to most of the big condo buildings, which can be helpful navigating the loading docks. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a move in the city!

My wife and I were anxious when it came to picking the right moving company for our move. We had some delicate pieces of furniture, art, and items of great sentimental value to us, and we had heard horror stories from friends who hired shady companies and had an awful experience.

All of those concerns disappeared with Cargo Cabbie. Their estimate process was smooth and easy, and their Logistics Coordinator, Amanda, was always prompt, friendly, and professional when it came to our inquiries. She was always able to provide answers to our many questions, and helped us with details to obtain a special parking permit for their movers.

On the day of the move, the movers arrived on time and immediately got to work. They never slacked off or tried to "run out the clock" to over charge us. They packed everything with extreme care, were incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. Ryan, one of the movers, could be heard telling the other movers, "Unpack as you go guys, we want to save these guys some money". In fact, by the time Ryan and his crew were done, we were charged significant less than our original estimate. When was the last time you heard of a company trying to save you money?

The team went above and beyond during our move, and made it a stress free day. They even disassembled/reassembled some tricky pieces of furniture that we didn't think could be moved. At the end of the move, we did a walk around to check each item and ensure it was in good condition.

Out of all our items, there was only some minor damage to an older wooden Muskoka chair. However, the team were upfront and honest about it and took full responsibility. Head office reached out to me the next day and they have taken it for repair (for free, we had the protection plan just in case). Every other piece of furniture was in amazing shape, including a large canvas painting we had.

If you want peace of mind, this is the company to go with. They are honest, hard working, and professional. No hidden fees/costs, amazing care for your furniture and property (no damaged walls or scuffed floors). This company is an amazing example of everything a moving company should be.

I've been through many moves, and by far, Cargo Cabbie has been my best experience thus far. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness demonstrated throughout: Amanda who coordinated packing services, and Duncan and Benjamin who did a phenomenal job packing. I was also very impressed with the efficiency and care that Duncan and Benjamin invested into their work, and made full use of the packing items I had available (which brought down the cost of the final bill). Simply a great team. I would not hesitate to use their services again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with moving and packing. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Far and away the best moving company I have ever utilized in Toronto. John and his crew were on time, extremely personable, and incredibly detailed. It was the only time that I ever moved where at times I did not have to do anything, as they had it all under control. Hopefully I won't need to move again for quite some time, but they will be my first call if and when that occurs!

This is, BY FAR, the best moving company I have ever used. Right from the start in dealing with Amanda, the staff were all kind, respectful, helpful, accommodating and so friendly. I have had some horrible experiences with movers so did a fair bit of due diligence prior to booking. The Cargo Cabbie movers were so lovely and personable. I felt totally comfortable with them. They were on time, super fast, thorough shrink wrapping the delicates. I also opted to rent the bins which were a huge help and time save, plus better for the environment. And wonderful that they pick them on when you are done unpacking. No folding down boxes and getting them to recycling. I can't honestly say one negative thing about my experience with Cargo Cabbie. Moving is an ordeal on the best of days, and Cargo Cabbie made everything as smooth and painless as possible. I highly recommend and will only use them going forward. And I am already telling all my friends about them! 5 stars all the way!

Our son had researched moving companies for us, and the number and ratings for Cargo Cabbie were persuasive.

So we booked Cargo Cabbie for a somewhat trapeze-like move - one condo to storage followed by a house plus the stored items to a new condo. We were very appreciative of the courteous and careful help mixed with responsibility and a good sense of humour.

They came equipped with enough staff and supplies, and completed the condo packing in 6 hours and move to storage in about 6 hours. We were so pleased with the staff, we asked for the same ones for the next part of our our three-part move, and added one house packing, and unpacking to the next phase. We had no regrets about the added expense, given the care they took in making sure everything was safely packed, stored and moved. All the staff were interesting, compassionate, understanding and strong people!

We used CargoCabbie for both our packing and local move. They nailed it. Everything was impeccably packed, carefully disassembled, moved (in the rain) and diligently reassembled at our new place. The crew was so, so nice and they worked really hard. Couldn’t have done it without them.

SUPER IMPRESSED! Forced to move during the once-in-a-lifetime pandemic in the middle of winter, which was causing a LOT of anxiety. Hired CC based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint! Communication was excellent, and even the CEO Javier randomly answered a call, and he was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions! The moving team - led by John - were friendly and super-speedy; didn't try to up-sell me on additional moving supplies or add-ons, and were completely honest with what I needed. The move total came in under the estimate as the guys were SO fast. CC went above and beyond my expectations, and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and it's the only company I'll use going forward. Professional and reliable. Extremely nice and efficient workers from admin to movers. Impressive.
