I have been using the parcel shipping services of Cargo Romania for more than 10 years now and had no issues whatsoever! The parcels have always arrived on time and intact.
More recently, I have used the repatriation services (household goods & 1 vehicle from Toronto to Romania) of Cargo Romania and, I have to say, I was very happy with the whole experience. Florin walked me through the whole process, from start to finish, with clear and step-by-step instructions. The process flowed as expected. Further, on loading day, Nick Georgiev went the extra mile and ensured that the full/loaded container was picked up before our storage facility lock out time, thus ensuring we were not charged extra for using the facilities for one extra day, as well as ensuring that our departure, by plane, the very next day, was not delayed/cancelled. In Constanta, Cristian Cojocaru, from Sealogistics, ensured that the container was offloaded from the vessel, on time, and handed over to our internal customs commissioner.
Overall, great experience and competitive prices and I highly recommend the services of Cargo Romania for any parcel shipping as well as repatriation services!

Excellent service on repatriation
I sent 2 cars and a container to Romania through Cargo Romania. Excellent service, fast and very competitive from a financial point of view.the container was packed professionally, the customs in Constanta were impressed. I didn't have a single broken glass.
I left this review because I believe that if we have the right to complain when a service is bad, we also have the responsibility to praise a good service. In my case it was excellent.

I contacted this company to obtain a price to ship a 40ft container from Michigan, USA to Constanta, Romania. I received an answer from Florin Pirjol, with an estimated price of $10850 US dollars.
I know that price is ridiculous, more than twice the regular price, and I mentioned that in my response.
Mr. Pirjol proceeded with scalding me for questioning him, and called me "nasty".
Please don't give your money to such crook.
Other companies quoted me between $3700 and $4700 for the same service.

With no doubt that I strongly recommend this Company. I sent two parcels.
From the collection moment and up to the delivery of the parcels, everything went JUST PERFECT!
1. Price wise, from far the best.
2. Since both parcels arrived perfect, I cannot be more happy.
3. Interaction with their customer service was 10 out of 10: each time, over the phone or in person, was a different gentlemen, both of them OUTSTANDING HELPFUL and VERY PROFESSIONAL and ATTENTIVE. Mr. Marius was amazing kind and very helpful.
4. Delivery in Bucharest IMPECCABLE! Very attentive, very professional. Safe.
5. As timing, it was exactly as they promised and the delays were totally within the acceptable limits.
6. I consider an IMPORTANT FACT to UNDERSTAND the fact that their CONTAINER leaves Canada when it is full. From that moment they acknowledged me via sms that the container left Canada, in less than 4 weeks from that moment my parcel was delivered. (I am talking about the SHIPPING BY SEA transport).
I strongly recommend their services. I hope that their reliability will remain the best asset. With no doubt I will continue to use their services! Wonderful experience! Thank you!

Amazing services and people at Cargo Romania. I've recently shipped a large number of boxes from Canada to Romania and they all arrived in the time specified and intact. Not even one bent.
I highly recommend them for any shipments be either one box or a container for relocation to Romania. Their service will not disappoint.

This review is for "using Cargo Romania for the 1st time on Oct. 2021, dropping of 2 x parcels at the collection point in Richmond Hill, in order to be shipped from Canada to Romania":
-found the website with useful and detailed information on preparing the parcels, which I value it as a customer;
-on the collection date, the representatives where on time, and friendly to help, if needed;

Reliable company! Packages sent by boat 4-5 weeks to arrive at destination! Home delivery! Great company- sending packages to Europe since 2010- never an issue!
