The actual worse customer service I have ever received! I called and this rude man hung up on how they're still in business.

Customer service is not great (especially on the phone) for home delivery. She put me on hold for a really long time without first giving me heads up that she will do so. The lady was very impatient, rude and it's very uncomfortable trying to place an order in person or on the phone there. Food is ok but the lady thats on the front end taking the order makes it very unpleasant. Was too sick to complain so I let it pass but the times I have gotten food from there (once in a blue moon) it's unfortunately mostly been an unpleasant service.

Rotten fried rice. Bought some today and the food smelt and tasted like it was going bad and they cooked it over. Thought I was tripping. Stop cheaping out and sell fresh food before you get reported. Seriously.

This place was a total disappointment.food was stale. And saturated in old oil.my kids ended up throwing away all of it. I was shocked that they would even serve this. This is one of a few restaurants that I would never go back to. The food was just gross.to many good food places to even waste time on this

Ordered a tray of fried rice that did not taste good at all, rice or chicken. Usually a tray is good the next day but this one already started smelling a little funky the day of and was spoiled the next day. Doesn't seem like they give fresh food. Go to another restaurant!

I used to go here all the time as a child. I’ve come to realize that over some time, they’ve gotten sloppy. Today, I called in to order some food because I was craving some shrimp and rice. I let them know what time I would be there by, so I can have fresh food. The women on the phone sounded kind but when I reached the restaurant, it was a different story. There was a good amount of time for them to make fresh food before I arrived, but when I got there, my food wasn’t even ready (it was a to-go order). When I finally got my food, it was cold and stale. It got a bit on my nerves that I walked almost an hour in the rain just to wait for some stale food but I was okay with getting cold food because I was willing to heat it up in the microwave. When I reached home, I found out that they got my order wrong. I was okay with getting the wrong order because it was still shrimp. The price was a bit higher than usual but I was fine with that too. The man that gave me the food was a bit rude but it’s alright.

What I am not okay with, is that there was a piece of something I don’t know, in my food.overall. The costumer service was alright, it could’ve been a lot better though.the food was not good and neither was the wait (especially not for a take out order that was placed over an hour ago for a specific time.)

I constantly arrive buying some food here. I love the quick customer service and well cooked dishes. Great work.

Why is no one talking about the rotten food.everyone needs let the food sit a bit.it wi start smelling. They sell rotten and burnt food. Ask anyone who knows about food. Our house was smelling with a "fresh" large plate of rice/chow min and chicken. Wasted $80 now I'll be contacting publinc health. I F'n told them I have little kids that might want to eatnthe food aswell. We all had stomach pain. I cannot believe the smell of last night. Not even 4 hours of the food being outside.

We came to this restaurant for dinner.we heard about this restaurant from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed.we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was tasty. We loved this restaurant a lot and we shall definitely come back again. Warmly recommended.

We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we came to this fine restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a lovely experience there with fine meal and a courteous stuff and a distinguished chief cook. We put this venue in our list and we shall certainly return soon. Highly recommended.

Food is absolutely Amazing.
Real home cooking from the chicken lo mein, spicy jumbo shrimp, to home made sweet sour chicken and rice.
You get a belly full for 8-20 bucks for 2 people. Family owned and friendly staff make this place the best hangout for locals.

I come to this special restaurant from time to time as I love the good mood that is exist in this restaurant. The personel is very friendly and qualified. The service is extraordinarily efficient. Needless to say, the food they serve is exceptionaly good. I ate there more than once and I was always joyful. The cost is fair. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.

This place never disappoints. They serve great dishes for affordable prices, there no long wait even when they are loaded.

Average food, price was average, restaurant was average. May or may not go back, food options in the area are limited. Gave me diarrhea at the end.

The hot and spicy shrimp (pepper shrimp) is trash.

The shrimp with lobster sauce was a pile of chopped up chicken with some shrimps sprinkled on top of it. (approx. 75% chicken/25% shrimp).
Very misleading and could be a serious problem with a pescatarian.
But, it was very tasty.

Everything else I’ve had there as well as the service was really really good. Good enough to cover up the minor downfalls and warrant the 5 stars.

One of, if not the BEST Caribbean place to order from. Food is great, prices are reasonable, portions are huge and the service is outstanding! Quick prep time as well! Order on a regular basis, as there is no downside to CH 2!

Not a family environment. To much arguments from the people that is drunk. While I was there like 3 arguments happened, almost turned into fight. I have my little son and other families had babies. Not a good place to eat as a family with young kids. The food was good.

I swear I tried all of the Caribbean heat locations. After I left another location of yours to this location. The food was just as bad as the other one just as I giving the benefit of the doubt, I’m yet again disappointed. At least at this location the server was nice and honest about the food. Why is it so hard to find a GOOD clean West Indian place that serves fresh food with a decent amount of pepper sauce. Very.disappointed.

We came to this restaurant for lunch.my friend recommended this place. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were very polite and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

Recently bought lobster and it was rotten, it smelled like ammonia was in it. I did get my money back but no apology. I lost a place to eat lobster and it was good when it wasnt rotten and trust in restaurants sigh.

Food isn't great. Service was terrible. My waitress had a scowl on her face the whole time. Her attitude was awful. When she came to deliver the food, she practically threw the plates at me. Also, you are automatically charged a tip and unable to remove it from your bill. Avoid this place like the plague.

Hey, Caribbean Heat's food was good and the price right. I went one day when they had their all you can eat buffet, really good. You can go back to the buffet as many times as your belly will allow you to eat.

Don’t be confused this is not a Jamaican Restuarant, so if this is what you are looking for look else where. More of a Guyanese & Chinese mix. We had a party of 8 and the only thing we agreed tasted decent was the chicken wonton which had a lot of flavor, French fries, and peppered shrimp. Skip the sweet and sour chicken balls, lo mien, chow mien, chicken fry rice. Hot wings were regular breaded fry wings (not hot wings). Customer service was the least to be desired. Seven of the eight in the party received our food, we all finished and the eight person still didn’t received their food.

2 stars for customer service and the food. But you don’t get to have a choice with the menu. Thats a deal breaker for me, I believe that customers should have a say about what they want to have and don’t want to have. Its not a good strategy because i prefer go elsewhere where I can get what I want than go there and is limited and deprived because of policy. Make a change Caribbean heat, I really want to support my Caribbean people, but you’re making hard. ‍️

Called for delivery half hour before they close 9 friggin times no answer so I go there myself and call they don't answer they are hussling to go home I'm telling Alex I had a big order to make Mook shines

Three stars are for the customer service- the girls that work there work HARD and always try their best to get your order right but the food? Absolute GARBAGE.

We only go on a Saturday at 12pm (lunch) now. Only time to get food fresh there. Other times they reheat lunch buffet that wasn't eaten, which isn't that good to begin with.

Everytime i go to caribbean heat there customer service is on point, there food is always tasting fresh and hot, i love the music they put and the vibes is a nice relaxing place with music playing in background, i gave 5 star because it's amazing.

Food is not good bcz it's not fresh and the chicken is rotten and the food smells as if it's coming from the washroom area. Smells Very bad.
