The staff at Carleton Ford have been exceptional at meeting my requests and delivering on time. I have purchased several new vehicles from this dealership and recommend anyone looking for a new Ford to give this location a try. I am currently working on a new purchase and I look forward to this next experience. From the Manager, Martin right to the sevice desk all greet me by name and want to ensure that my needs are met. Great local dealership!

Had a great experience through and through. Clear communication, fair prices, and great service.
We had a few hiccups along the way but the way everything was handled made it clear customer service and satisfaction is a priority. Will buy from them again.

Bonjour! Mon mari a eu le plaisir de se procurer un beau Ford Explorer ST 2022 en octobre 2023. Nous demeurons au Qc en Mauricie, et croyez moi l’accueil et le service qu’il a reçu était impeccable. Depuis plusieurs mois ses recherches l’ont conduit aussi loin chez Ford Carleton Place pour trouver son Ford rouge. Son vendeur Martin Gougeon qui parle français lui a été d’une grande aide et à mener toute la préparation de la vente de façon efficace et sans problème pour le retour du véhicule au Qc. The extremely polite and professional staff made me feel very comfortable. They were honest and transparent about the value of my old car and they paid top dollar for my trade in compared to what other dealerships had offered me.

I took my car in to have various things check as I had warning lights on. I had also asked for an oil change. Most expensive oil change I have ever had. The repairs were going to be worth more than car was worth. I did not want the repairs on the car. So basically an oil change and cost me $400.00. I realize you have over head but if the repair is not going ahead give a break on that or just charge for the work completed. To be honest the lady on the service desk was not very pleasant.

We recently went to CP Ford to look at a vehicle for our fleet at work. We ended up leaving with 2 cars instead of 1. Dave was our sales person. We did not feel even slightly pushed to purchase either vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure small repairs were made to the used vehicle we purchased. What a great experience!

After a terrible shopping experience at another Ford dealership in the Ottawa area, I was glad to find these guys! The salespeople and staff are very friendly and not pushy at all. The dealership has small town feel and there were no crazy sales tactics or hidden fees tacked onto my truck. Also one of the few dealerships in town with F150 Tremors in stock! Would recommend this dealership 100%

This is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with! On May 23rd, we had our truck in for a warranty repair. The truck was in for 9 days (we were told it would take few days only as the part we had been waiting for was in) and during this time we were told we would be given $60 a day to help with the costs of renting a truck to pull our trailer (we have to run our business). The service manager, Doug, told us that he had to get permission from head office prior to our owed $540 reimbursement. After a couple weeks we called back with no response so we went in to dealership. He said he hadn't heard back from head office but would try again. After a month, we complained ourselves to head office and with an e-mail from them, went back to see Doug as he never returned our calls. He said he wanted an e-mail himself from head office stating that $540 was owed to us.
Finally, after almost three months of waiting, we received the money we were owed yesterday. This hassle took several visits to see Doug, emails back and forth to head office and several unanswered phone calls. We will never use this dealership again! The Ford head office, however were very helpful.

Anthony Barbuto, is an amazing salesman, you couldn’t ask for a nicer or more knowledgeable guy for all of your ford needs! I was never a ford lover and this is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from him! 5 stars all the way

1 yr after buying my used vehicle at CP Ford, I have not spent a dime on some things that were missed. They've made everything right, every time! Thanks to Doug in service, Dave that sold it to us, and Anthony who is great to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Was charged $199 plus tax after quoting $140 for an oil change. Get your quotes in writing. Confronted Andrew about his quote and he denied it. Disappointing experience.

A big thank you for one of the ladies in service for scheduling me in at 7: 30am on a Friday, for an oil change before leaving for the weekend. The problem I do have with them, is following the simple request of mechanics cleaning their hands of oil and grease before touching or getting into the vehicle. Every time I get my F-150 back from this dealership the truck outside always has greasy hand prints on the outside and inside on the steering wheel, door handles and greasy hand prints on the visor that I'm trying to take off it's very hard. When dropping the truck off, leave the keys in the truck and lock the door. Nobody has ever contacted me yet about the grinder marks on my back window when they sent the truck for a Line-X spray in the box.the contractor they used skip the grinder off the top of the box and hit my back window. And the dealership is denying that it was them. Someday I hope I get an answer of what they're going to do about it but I'm not holding my breath.

Brought my F150 in for "The Works". Asked them to take care of a factory service regarding the tailgate. Brought in my own oil. Picked up the truck, they forgot to put my oil in. Had to do it again. No apology. The part for the tailgate wasn't ordered either. They had 3 weeks time. Service man told me he didn't know. No apology.
About one week later the turbo blew.
I use this truck for my small business. They didn't care. Had to find a rental on my own. Ford only gives you $42/day.
It took over a week for them to fix it and a lot of excuses. Nobody cares at that dealer. No manager or service person. Probably the worst service I've experienced. No need to say they've lost my business.
