Mom bought her car here a couple of years ago. We were there the other day for a few reasons and I will tell you that the sales, service, and collision center staff were all kind and helpful.

The service I received from Jim at the Service Department was more than awesome, he cares and listens regardless how busy he is, keep up the great job.

Second time coming to Carling Mazda and it was just as great as the first time 3 years ago. Jeff Ahmad and Mac were all amazing and I appreciate all their efforts in getting me into a car that I really really love. Highly recommend this place. I don’t think I’ll get my cars anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I purchased a new car from this dealership and we are extremally happy with the service we were provided.

I specifically want to thank Sebastian who was the sales rep we were working with. He did an amazing job helping us find the right car by listening to our needs and suggesting cars that would be a good fit for us. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to tell us the differences between models and years.

After purchasing the car, Sebastian has followed up multiple times to make sure everything was alright and we were enjoying the car.

I was in the market for a new SUV, I was really looking for the new CX-90. I was greeted by Sebastian. He was very polite and really took the time to understand my needs. I never felt any pressure from his side which is nice because I’ve had so many bad experiences with other vendors that don’t even care what you say and just wanna sell you any car. One thing I was shocked, it was their transparency. They didn’t withhold any information, I could see their screen, they broke down the price in detail and they gave me all the information needed. I was shopping for the CX90 at few dealers and they all tried to rip me off with “add-ons” and forcing me to buy them or hiding them in the price. If you need a Mazda, i definitely recommend this dealership and Sebastian.

The repair centre here is also fantastic. Seamless work and not unreasonably priced even for an official dealer repair centre.

My 2017 CX9 GT was downshifting roughly so I took it to the Carling Mazda service dept. The mechanic, Jas, took it for a test drive and noticed the wheel bearings were shot on one wheel and one motor mount was leaking. Estimated repairs about $1500. I agreed but after both were done, Jas noticed it was still shifting rough, He called Mazda and tried several options until he fixed it. I spoke to Service Manager Blair and Service employee Jonathon who said they wanted to check something before I paid my bill. They came back and said there was three weeks left on the powertrain warranty therefore NO CHARGE. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and service provided by these three men and highly recommend them,

Me and my boyfriend bought a 2016 and an 2018 Mazda from Carling and the service was exceptional. From sale representative to parts you can't ask for a better team. They responded to your email or call fast and professionally. I've been to multiple place where nothing close to the quality of service they offer. If you're looking for a car go see Bridget, she's the best!

I will give 5 stars if they fix those screens on the dash of those mazda 3's horrible it should be more like the new 2022 cx 5 i like that better and make it touch screen

We had a great experience, Jeff and Ahmad did a fantastic job. They explained everything and made the process really easy for us. We had a previous bad experience at the Bank Street Mazda dealership, that’s why we were looking for another Mazda dealership and I’m happy to say it didn’t disappoint. Now we just need to wait until Christmas to get our car… but that’s not Jeff or Ahmad’s fault:)

Easy-going salesmen such as Jeffery Chattaway make for a much more pleasant experience than with other local dealerships whom are anywhere from stiff to predatory.

In my experience with Jeffery, contact was readily maintained throughout the process with questions generally answered within minutes over text. He is affable, non-pressuring, and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership if you're thinking of giving Mazda a look.

From when we first called them, Carling mazda was great! Jeff answered all our questions and is such a lovely individual. Alex very patiently explained everything to my grandmother, sometimes having to re-explain it to us a couple times, when it came to the warrantee and financing end of things.
