Not sure the name of the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, but after exhausting my resources looking for d-ring patches for my paddle board, I gave this place a call.

Although they don’t carry deck rigging kits or d-ring patches, he chatted with me on the phone for about 10 minutes asking every little detail about what I was trying to complete, suggesting alternatives to what I was looking for, and ways I could easily complete this at home.

Seriously some of the best customer service I have ever received. I will definitely make a point to stop in to the store if I’m ever in the area, thanks to this gentleman’s outstanding customer service.

So helpful and informative! I was looking for a quick repair to a cedar strip canoe but the comments and advice were worth the trip.
