I was there on my appointment and after checking they told me that he'll send me a text with the quote and day for my car repair needs and after 3 weeks waiting and many calls without answer I decided go with my car to another place that really wants work before my car be more damage for driving like this long time waiting.

Gary were exceptional at fixing my Chevy cruze diagnosing the problem and making sure everything was fixed without any delay! Gary runs an amazing shop, and handled our vehicle with such precision! Just had my wife’s 2015 pathfinder fixed for a faulty wheel bearing issue and front brake pad/rotors serviced. The guys @Carlito put the car up on the hoist and showed me the concerns and what was recommended. After agreeing to their diagnosis, they worked on the car in a timely fashion and the repairs done in a few hours. Amazing service and very reasonable pricing for their work. Thanks to all the crew, I will be back and highly recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I came here to get my timing belt and water pump replaced as my Odyssey was reaching 150k. Gary, Popoy and his team treated my vehicle with great care. Gary took his time to show and explain the parts that were replaced. Popoy was friendly enough to go in on an early Sunday morning for me to pick up my van which was out of their regular business hours. The price is lower than what the dealers quoted me. I am very pleased with Carlito's service.

They are so professional and reasonable. Best thing about this place is that they explain to you bit and pieces the problem of your car and possible solutions for you to save money. Gary is very accomodating with customers and finds time to check on you if everything went well. Zaldy (the mechanic) and the crew (kuya & Junnil) did pretty well in inspecting, test drive and fix the problem in my car. They know what to do and how to do it. Great auto shop! Had an appointment for replacing all four brakes, and they were done in about 90min. Labour costs were very reasonable. May go here now for synthetic oil changes, they also have detailing services available. Highly recommended!

Tbh this mechanic shop has good mechanics to take of our car, and especially these people's are not at all money hungry, you can bargain with them with prices as well, they are real quick, they changed both front rotors in just 30 mins, they changed my cabin air filter, changed my head lights, did balancing on rear tires and just took 100 bucks which is awesome and very cheap then other mechanics, thanks for the good service, aly.

I went couple of weeks ago to repair my car. It was fixed and it was okay. Ten days later I had another problem, so I went back to Carlito. After diagnosing the problem, I was told it is something related to the previous repair and I don’t have to worry. It took them couple of hours to repair it, when I asked about the invoice to pay, they told me no need to pay as it should be done with the first job.

Carlito auto repair I really highly recommended this auto shop, friendly people and is not like other shop they keep suggesting changing your parts, but Carlito auto repair shop honest workers they gonna tell you if you need to change your parts or not, When I was at the dealer they said I have to change my axle and wheel bearing and more it's gonna cost me everything almost $2000.then I found this Carlito auto repair and they have good reviews and my personal experience I save a lot coz they change the wheel bearing only I just pay the parts and charge to pix my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND YOU CAN SAVE A LOT.

Stopped in a few weeks ago with my girlfriend for an oil change. Gary and his crew were so welcoming and accommodating; we felt at home right away. They got us in and out very quickly, talked us through the work they were doing and didn't try to upsell us at any point. Just an honest crew of hardworking guys. Will definitely be going back for any future work needed on our cars.
