I highly recommend Carloft Cornwall. Jared picked out a great car for me and got me a great deal on it. I was driving in no time and never had any issues with it. They have a professional team and are very responsive to any questions you have.

I went to Carloft in Cornwall in search of my vehicle, Jared and Chris were fantastic in helping me get my outlander. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were super helpful and did not mind me asking those so many questions. Anyone looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend going to Carloft.

This morning, I stopped by at carloft cornwall to look for a SUV for under 20k. I was shot down instantly, and Chris Atchison told me that I would be searching forever to find a vehicle at that price and that I wouldn’t be able to get one without credit. He sent us on our way, and we drove 2 minutes away to Auto Loan Services. I just bought an SUV for $19.9k in cash. Thank you for doing me a favour, Chris.

He even had the car transferred from another location and gave me plenty of time for the test drive. There was no pressure to buy and the negotiations were not confrontational. I would highly recommend carloft if you're looking for a used vehicle in Cornwall. I dealt with Chris and Pat there and I received nothing but amazing service. I went in looking for a specific vehicle that I have been wanting for quite some time now. Even though they did not have the specific vehicle in their inventory, Chris informed me that he would be able to source one from further away. I found one for sale about 5 hours away and let them know that I was interested it. Within a week, I was driving away with the exact vehicle I wanted. Yesterday we set up an appointment for today to test drive a truck being brought in from Kingston. We head over to our local office today, only to find out the truck was sold yesterday, before we even booked our test drive, but they still booked us anyway. The rep here in town didn't even have a clue we were supposed to come check out a vehicle. Very poor communication from office to office. Then to top it off, the rep who we spoke to advised us now that they have our number on file, we're going to get hounded with phone calls from them. This place is a joke and will never get our business again.

Great sevice from Chris. He is very knowlegeable and works to get you the car that suits your needs and budget. As my wife said it was the first car buying experience that she ever enjoyed. We highly recommend Chris and Carloft.ca.

My experience with Carloft Cornwall was pleasant and I felt no pressure at all to purchase a vehicle. Both Chris and Pat were friendly and easygoing and they were able to help me find a great car for my budget.

Serious repair issues required within 2 months of owning a 2015. Not willing to accept any responsibility for pre existing issues. Do not buy a car off this lot. Most of them, if not all are from auctions and have serious electrical issues. I bought a fantastic warranty but repeatedly paying deductibles and not having a working job is an even bigger problem.

I’m so happy I chose to go with Car loft. Amazing staff both Chris and Pat. They’re both very personable, welcoming, informative and non pressuring! I love my new car, they helped pick the perfect car for me:)

I have to say that car Loft was the best thing that could happen to me I used to pay 29.9% interest on a Dodge Grand Caravan 2010 and the day I walked in the car Loft they were able to drop down the percentage to 7.99 for a 2019 Dodge Journey wonderful sales rep I recommend the dealership to everybody

The car salesman was very helpful with the process of getting a new vehicle. I went in the first day discussing which vehicle I was interested in and the salesperson was very straight forward and helpful with explaining the steps I needed to make next. The following day I returned with what papers and other things I needed and I drove off with my Santa Fe that same day! Hassle free experience I couldn’t be more pleased. The friendly attitude of the Cornwall Carloft team was very welcoming and I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Carloft has been disappointing to say the least. They were to send a car to my closest convenient location and when we drove 40 minutes to get there they sent the wrong vehicle. Next weekend arrived and they sent the right one this time but said there was already an offer on it. They claimed that I had first right to refusal and they "were being nice" for bringing the car out for me to see but when we tried negotiating for a very reasonable price they would not budge, as they preferred someone who had to co sign for financing. We were told "don't shoot the messenger" as we were negotiating with the "sales rep" because they were so firm on the listed price. If they had not made the mistake of sending the wrong vehicle in the first place I believe I would have my dream car. Also, it's interesting to hear that your sales reps have our best interests in mind when they don't really fight hard enough to negotiate.

I contacted them weeks ago to try and buy a used car. Things went great at first and I thought I would have the car by the end of the week but then the salesman just stopped responding. I had asked for the full list of features of the car I was interested in and he said sure I will get that for you. A week or so later I hadn’t heard anything so I contacted him again and he apologized but working from home had him a bit disorganized. I told him again I was just waiting for the feature sheet so we could get ahead with the financing paperwork. He said he would have it by end of day. 4 days later I said I guess I should just forget it then and go somewhere else. Weeks later and still zero response. Not sure how the experiences can be so different but it is what it is I guess.

We are very pleased with the service we received at Carloft! We were able to get a newer vehicle then what we were expecting with an incredible interest rate and everything was finalized and we drove away with our new vehicle in just 3 days!
