I have huge respect to the Doctor, receptionist and pharmacist in this clinic. No rude behaviour, No unnecessary waiting especially if you bring your child. Welcoming patients professionally is that I have not seen in many other clinics so far. The office space is managed very well and it is clean and pleasant. The ambient music keep you calm when you are stressful. Doctors are really professional. Special thanks to Dr. Zabir who is really kind and listening to our concerns for my daughter treatment. Will definitely come again.

Dr. Muftah was great. The team was quick and the doctor was compassionate and friendly. Pharmacy was great as well. Top notch medical team and experience. You can tell when people care about their profession and their patients.

Felt like I was being rushed to get out. My ear was plugged and the doctor told me to drop oil in it. Didn't offer me any advice on how to extract the ear wax out.

So quick, and everyone from office staff to doctors to pharmacist was so kind. Thank you, team!

Fantastic walk-in clinic. Efficient and professional staff who got in me quickly despite quickly despite the clinic being busy. The doctor who saw me is experienced, decisive, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

First visit. They were very busy and were able to help me quite quickly and were still thorough with asking for allergies and why I was there. Staff was super friendly and hard-working even when greated with rude customers. 10 out of 10.

Here lies an example of everything a walk-in clinic should be. Dr. Alazragh, his reception and the pharmacy is amazing! Service was quick, respectful and effective. This will be my go-to clinic going forward.

I came to this location after having to deal with the unprofessional staff at the clinic at the Pen Center. 5 people in the waiting area, and I was told that there was a 2 hour wait to see the doctor, which made no sense to me. I came to this clinic next on Carlton Street that had the same amount of people waiting to be seen, and I was inside within half an hour. This is your go to Walk in Clinic in St. Catharines. Staff is super friendly, doctors are easy to communicate with and they actually listen. I will be going back to this location next time I need to see a doctor.

Our closest Welland Walk in clinic was at a 3 hour waiting limit so we made the drive in seeing there was only a 5 minute wait. The Doctor was the friendliest Dr. I've come across in years. It was very quick service - both with the Doctor and with the Pharmacy!

I have gone to a few walk-in clinics in St. Catharines and this place goes above and beyond them all. I walked in to a line up of patients all ahead of me waiting to be seen. Within 20 minutes I was checked in, saw a doctor, and even had my prescriptions in hand ready to go. This place is very time efficient, and doctor Alazragh is the best! I can’t wait to come back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been waiting on results since July from this place. I went in to get my results printed so i could bring them to another Dr and they said I don't have authority to my own results. I went for a Urinalysis and they never sent it away. When I asked them about it they ended up telling me to go to life labs and get another test done. Did that in August. I then was told they would call me to discuss my results.called multiple times, no answer. Went in to ask for my results and they wouldn't give them to me. Oct I went in for more tests and called to go over my results. No answer again. I went in directly and they again wouldn't give me my results. I said I wanted them sent to another clinic and they refused. I said it is my right to my results. She made me sign a consent forms, I did and she STILL hadn't sent over my results.it is now Nov 11th. I ended up having to go to another Dr.to get the same tests done and have to wait again for results I already should have.

I went to this clinic today as I was very sick and did not see signs of improvement in many days. I went to a different clinic (Scott St Medical) earlier in the week and got assessed by a Physician's Assistant. I found that this clinic on Carlton St was much better as it was well-staffed with multiple receptionists, and had actual doctors examining patients. I was fully examined and given the right medication so I can finally get better. The pharmacy is right inside the clinic as well which is excellent, and my prescription was quickly filled. I am very satisfied with my experience at this walk-in clinic and will not go to another walk-in clinic other than this one. Thank you to the wonderful doctors and staff at this location!

This is hands down the best walk-in clinic I’ve been to. Been there 10 plus times and I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes to see the doctor even with a full waiting room. All of the doctors are very nice and so is the pharmacist.

This was the fastest and best experience I've had. There was no wait time whatsoever the doctor and receptionist were extremely nice and polite and made the experience so much better

I'm super disappointed in the lack of customer service with this highly-rated reviewed clinique. I dont know what they are talking about. I have not had the same experience.

Greetings! My spouse went to this clinic today. The wait was short and the service was excellent. Thank you.

The doctor didn't take a hint when I said my abdomen was very tender to the touch. He pressed down hard on it continuously, literally making me scream in pain multiple times til I had to tell him to be gentle. Only then did he acknowledge my pain.

He then proceeded to reject my father's suggestion that my problem could have been muscle related, telling him with confidence that this was CLEARLY an organ issue. He sent me to the ER, despite me telling him I went 2 days ago and they found nothing wrong with my organs. But I guess he'd served his purpose in his mind, and after HOURS of waiting for medical imaging at the hospital: abdominal tears. My father was right.

Never coming back here again. That doctor made it obvious he'd wanted us out from the second we met. I've never been physically or socially handled with such disrespect from a doctor and wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Nice pharmacy though, great variety.

This is my ultimate FAVORITE walk-in clinic in the city. My partner had a really bad fall and they showed the most amount of sympathy aswell as went the extra mile to give a tetanus shot just in case of infection. Will recommend them to anyone looking for amazing care.

I always visit this clinic for any health issues. There are Dr. Belgasem. Dr. Alazriq. Dr. Grada; I took couple of appointments during the past months for the first two doctors, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They will answer all your inquires with patience, kindness, and 100% satisfaction. Convenient to have the pharmacy right there too. Thank you much guys for looking after my health

My 3 year old son brought a dinosaur with him and Dr. Belgasem got him to help put the light together to look in his ears and the doctor said let's look in your dinosaurs ears. My son loved this and was very comfortable. Dr. Belgasem did a wonderful job. My son said he had lots of fun at the doctor and he can't wait to go back. It was a wonderful experience and despite how busy they were it only lasted about half an hour.

The pharmacist, Louie, and all of the staff knows me and remembers me. Sure, they're doing their jobs but they have earned my trust and confidence.

I am so happy to be a patient of Dr. Grada. This is a great new facility and my experiences here have been great so far. Dr. Grada is a very friendly and great beside manor doctor. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful. If you are a patient here then you are in good hands.

First time visit since new ownership. Male Dr was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Receptionist/front line staff member was not very engaging and rather unpersonable.

Friendly and efficient staff, kind doctor. Waited 5 minutes as a walk in patient on a Monday morning. Lost 1 as an elderly person with a drippy urine sample on the counter was not cleaned up after. Urine on a public check-in counter should be wiped up with Lysol or some disinfectant afterwards right?

Very friendly staff and the process was fairly quick! Around 12pm is a good time to go. Not busy at that time. Will come back here again.

My go to clinic, close to home and work. Also fast and very friendly, have never had a bad experience. I never feel rushed and the doctors listen to all concerns and are very patient even with my rambunctious children.

Went in a couple weeks ago as I assumed I had gotten a minor concussion. Walked in and only waited a minute until the lady at the counter called me over, took my information and then immediately I was taken in to wait for the doctor. Unfortunately I do not remember his name, but he was very kind and checked me out, he informed me that I did have a minor concussion and my neck muscle was tightened. He gave me a prescription for the pain relief and headaches, which worked great and they took my benefit card directly there to pay for it. Great service all around! Nothing bad to say at all!

First time here. Very friendly! Appeared clean. Not busy at the time I went (12: 30) so very fast service. Also the doctor was able to cover all of my needs.

Nice clean Clinic. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and accommodating. Went for my flu shot and was in & out within 5 mins. Nice pharmacy right there and I saw that they were working closely with the medical staff to serve their customers better. Would go again for sure!

I love this clinic! There was no wait, and everyone is very friendly and helpful from the receptionist when I first walked in to the pharmacists filling my prescription. The doctor was thorough and very easy to talk to. Thank you to all of the staff for making this visit so pleasant, especially at a time when I wasn't my best.

The doctor was friendly and I was in and out in 30mins. Pharmacy right inside to that fills your prescription quickly as well. Will definitely be back.

Very fast and efficient. Clinic was super clean as well, with friendly reception staff, doctors, and pharmacists. Had a great experience, despite having to visit due to illness.

I got in very quickly to see a doctor when I had a medical problem. I had to have an X-ray done on Wednesday and was told that I should hear from the doctor either late Wednesday or on Thursday. It is now Friday and I have not heard a thing. This is more than a minor irritation to me. Please follow up with a patient who walks through the door for medical help & is in need of answers.

Since I discovered this clinic is the only one that I would go to! Waiting times are decent and the staff is friendly, The pharmacist also are very friendly and caring! I reccomend this clinic to anyone
