Carmichael Hair Design Group & Day Spa

I had my hair done by Patricia yesterday. She is very experienced and a truly professional. I am very pleased with my cut. She also styled my topper and it looks fantastic! I am definitively going back. Everyone there is nice and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable. I recommend 100%.

I was recommended Carmichael Hair Design by a relative and decided to give it a try. And it was an amazing experience not only do they validate your feelings of anxiety (I am very picky of who I let do my hair) but they also take their time to make sure you really love the results! I have booked with Jade twice and will continue to come back. She is worth the drive from Scarborough ️ her attention to details and her patience with my hard to color hair (we did it tho!) she was able to create something fun and beautiful! Amazing place better staff!

Jade is professional, friendly, and an expert in blondes. The staff are happy to arrange appointments that fit my schedule. Covid protocols are followed closely. I highly recommend this salon.

Great place to go. Jade has cut my hair for years and frankly I am quite picky who cuts my hair. Very skilled hair designer. Carmichael's itself is very clean and welcoming. Confident in the way they take care of everyone's safety (staff and clients). Definitely a positive on Main Street.

I have been going to Carmichael’s for over 10 years and would trust no one other than Debra with my hair. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and on top off all the latest techniques and styles. The salon is clean, the staff are courteous and always make me feel like family. They have done a great job in implementing COVID-19 protocols!

I’ve been getting hair extensions by Debra for about 3 years. She’s always very gentle with my fine, thin hair and I always leave the salon smiling. The whole staff is friendly and the prices are fair.

I made a last minute appointment to lighten my dark long hair.from the reception that took my information to my stylist Jessica, I had a great experience and I’ll tell you why.both Jessica and Patricia’s enthusiasm and attention to detail made me not only comfortable and feel that I’m at the right place but their excitement got me excited:) I love what Jessica did for me and I will be back soon for phase two! I saw Patricia today for the first time for a cut and colour. Sophie was terrific and answered all of my questions when I booked. The salon is very clean, welcoming and professional. I was thrilled with my new look and would highly recommend Patricia. Looking forward to my next visit!

I'm very happy that I discovered Carmichaels after reviewing other hair salons around Aurora and Newmarket and by reviewing reviews about Carmichaels. I was introduced to Debra by the respsionist Sofie. Debra knew exactly the haircut and colour I wanted after fixing my hair from previous hairdressers. I have been getting compliments from people about my hair and have referred more clients to this salon and they were happy too!

I have been enjoying coming to Carmichael's for many years, the ladies are awesome, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I always love my hair and Patrica's advice and experience never steer me wrong. Samantha is amazing as well and so great for Lashes and esthetics and I used to drive downtown Toronto to get my hair done and other beauty treatments for years but the last 7 years I am a regular at Carmichaels Salon and I am very thankful to have such a great local beauty team.

I love getting my hair done at Carmichael's with Jennifer Rivers. I've been going to her for years. She always gets it exactly as requested. She is so professional and an expert with colour. It's a very relaxed and comfortable setting and being on Main st is so convenient and fun to check out nearby stores and restaurants after getting your hair done!

I would give this salon 10 stars, by far some of the best service we've ever had and I would highly recommend this salon to everyone.

I brought my mom in today as she's suffering from hair loss due to chemotherapy. Patricia was beyond amazing, kind, compassionate and caring. She made a horribly sad situation more bearable for my mom. She fit us in on short notice, made my mom feel very comfortable and offered lots of really helpful advice, not only for hair but for other products that will help my mom through her cancer journey.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We will most definitely be back.
