The Restaurent was fantastic. The Fries were v. Good and the calamari. I ate Steak and was very good.

Waited over an hr for food to come out, our server said they were backed up but there was clearly an error. Disappointing unfortunately

Such a great place! We had lunch here on a Saturday morning and left the place stuffed and super satisfied with our experience. Service was wonderful, food is as delicious and portion sizes were massive. Highly recommend!

My 30 seafood dish was beyond disappointing. Seafood that was subpar baby shrimp, baby muscles. After I pointed the seafood to the waitress she acted like it was normal. Very disappointed and will never recommend this place.

I have never written reviews to any restaurants before, but after visting carpaccio, I felt the need to write about my great experience with this restaurant. This place has delicious food that really deserves to be tried, has great service, organized, clean, quite, and upscale feel. I strongly recommend visiting this place same way I recommond visting Niagra falls.

We had an excellent experience dining here for my mother's birthday! Everything was a 10/10! We had Noah as a server and he was prompt, attentive and courteous. Without a doubt, this was a 5 star experience.

Me and my mom recommended one of our favourite places to eat to our out of town guests, from Toronto that were in town for a Christmas show at the casino. We were all very disappointed with the lunch menu, my one uncle wanted the fish pasta option that was only on the dinner menu, instead he got the fish if the day which was cod on spaghetti, 2 other family members ordered the same they got charged for the catch of the day plus the spaghetti very pricey. My veal parmigiana was ok, you can tell there’s a different cook in the kitchen the food was ok and very pricey. Carpaccio was my favourite restaurant for many years but I won’t return. I supported them thru covid curbside pickup, I’m very disappointed and embarrassed my family went thru this kind of experience.

This place has good food and the service is great as well. It's a bit of a drive from the core area in Niagra but the food is worth it.

Ok, well the food was too good to take photos! Have had the pleasure to travel a lot of Italy and eat…. We tried several appetizers and a carpaccio. Was a fun time of flavour! We always order Tiramisu and I usually only have two spoon fulls…. Had a hard time being polite and sharing - just saying.
Do yourself a favour and visit this place.

The team at Carpaccio made the celebration of my dad's 80th birthday a smashing success. We had 25 people for dinner and the food and service was exceptional. The food came out hot, was delicious and plentiful! The service was top notch! Thanks to Dino and Danny and his awesome team! Highly Highly recommend Carpaccio's!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Carpaccio’s in 2013 and our guests are STILL talking about the food. We have gone back and brought friends who are now obsessed with this amazing restaurant. Tomorrow marks 17 years since our first date and I can’t be more excited to visit. I want everything on the menu.

Great dinner vibe and service. Unfortunately the food was ok, expected it to match the vibe and price. Given the choice, probably would check this off my list and go elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I decided to spend our 1 year anniversary in Niagara Falls. I looked online for restaurants and saw Carpaccio s had good reviews so I decided that it should be a good restaurant to celebrate at. We both work in the restaurant industry so we know what to expect from good service.

I had noted on our reservation that we were celebrating an anniversary but nothing was done about it by our server - maybe they do not do anything for celebrations, which is fine.
We decided to just share a few items off their menu, the charceutire board, caprese salad, and the beef tenderloin carpaccio (figured this would be good conversing the restaurant is named after it). When we ordered, the server asked us if we would like everything to come together which we said yes to. Everything arrived separately.

The charceutire board was good, however, it consisted of 2/3 garnish/pickled vegetables and only 1/3 meat and cheese for $29. The beef tenderloin carpaccio, which I was looking most forward to, was extremely bland and unflavoured, even with trying to add some salt to it - unfortunate because the restaurant is named “carpaccio’s”… The caprese salad burrata cheese tasted off and when let our server know he apologized and stated that it was the restaurant’s fault entirely and still charged us for the item… really unfortunate to pay for bad food on your anniversary: (
At our restaurant, if a person complains their food tastes off, we automatically offer them a new plate or a different meal altogether and take the item off the bill.

Between our $30.00 cabs to get to and from the restaurant, we were better off staying somewhere that is walking distance from our hotel and recommend others do the same.
Between the bland food and risk that your items taste like they’ve gone bad plus having to still pay for them, you’re better off going elsewhere.

I’m surprised the restaurant has such good reviews… maybe we just picked all the wrong things/came on the wrong night. Overall, we will not be back at risk of having a similar experience and do not recommend.

Great as always. Pizza smelled amazing, regretnot ordering it. But fantastic food no matter what you order.

It was a celebration party, there were 14 of us and everyone loved their food. Service excellent

I went to dine with a group of friends and I wasn't holding any expectations from the beginning as for a vegan such as myself. When the waitress came to me, I asked to confirm if a dish can be made vegan and she says she doesn't know if the pasta will have eggs in it, but didn't offer to find out for me. She also did not make any recommendations for alternatives unlike all other restaurants I've been to. When I asked if there are any options suitable for me, she quickly dismissed me and said she will come back to me and took my friends' orders instead. Not very accommodating and friendly at all. I ended up ordering a salad, to which I found out the dressing wasn't vegan afterwards, and the same waitress didn't warn me despite my earlier inquires. Also to mention, my friends martini glass had lipstick marks on it and he does not wear lipstick. Although he didn't mind, but it really worsened my impression of this place. This was by far the worst dinning experience I've ever had.

Wonderful food. Recommend the cod fish. Prices were reasonable. Get a reservation as this place is busy on the weekends. Thanks Becky!

I'm in here right now and having my mind blown. Very friendly staff, excellent interior design, fabulous ambience. The food is great value considering the quality of the plates and the portions! Great for casual to formal affairs. 11/10 would come back.

Arancini, carpaccio and calamari were delicious.the meatballs were tiny and small portion. Service was good. I would go again.good food

Booked a table for 10 for a Birthday Party, weeks in advance, in the Private room off the kitchen. Upon arrival we were told that area was reserved for another group. We were told it was booked several months prior and the person who took our reservation made a mistake. The belligerent Manager, Danny, insisted we take a table in a different area, which we didn’t want. We were then told by Danny, if you don’t like that table go somewhere else! We stayed, as it would be difficult to reserve something at 6: 30 for a group our size. When we placed our orders, the appetizer we requested was Caesar salad, only to be told they couldn’t prepare it due to romaine contamination. However, later, the table across from us was eating Caesar salad. We were advised by our server someone went to the store to purchase it specially for them. So disappointing, as we have frequented Carpaccio’s a lot over the years.

My husband took me out for date night to celebrate my upcoming birthday last night and everything was perfectly timed to enjoy our delicious meal!
Our waiter, Rick was an excellent server, very pleasant and attentive! Thank you, Rick for making our night special!

Absolutely delicious food especially the halibut! Service was also impeccable and they handled our large group of 30 with ease. Especially excellent with children. Would definitely return when we next visit Niagra!

This is the BEST restaurant in Niagara. Ditch the touristy trap downtown and come here.

We were greeted by the wonderful owner - extremely friendly person willing to help and accommodate with anything. It was our anniversary and we got treated to a wonderful dessert on the house on top of ordering our own. Prices were great, but the food and service were above outstanding. Tasty authentic Italian food (coming from an Italian who was born in Italy). Friendly staff, great romantic ambience. Clean. Proper.

We ordered the gnocchi and the lamb risotto which were a treat. Will definitely come back anytime that we’re in the region.

I order chicken supreme and the tastes was burn overcooked and very salty I also order for it buns and I got s few days old
On a parking lot another horrible experience was so hard get in and get out.

Disappointing and underwhelming. Came here with a group of friends after reading the great reviews. It took over an hour for our food to arrive from when we were seated - our server was very apologetic and told us that the kitchen was backed up, but we were not made aware of this until we had already been waiting for over half an hour. When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken - the chicken was cold and very peppery. The salad itself was underwhelming and did not taste fresh. Other orders at our table included a burnt pizza and some other pasta dishes that were not worth the price. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time visiting Carpaccio.

Pleasant find in the touristy Niagara falls area! Great food at reasonable prices, attentive service, even the cheese pizza from the kids menu was nice pizza and not the usual frozen stuff that they get. I wish they had used fresh pasta for our entrees - it would have been a perfect meal. Very satisfying dinner overall, thank you!

I’d actually rate our food 3.5*, but giving them the benefit of the doubt and rating 4 vs 3 because it was a takeout order which can affect quality. Apps were average: arancini and a salad, with mediocre garlic bread on the side. But we both had the lamb risotto, which was delicious, and that was eating it 45 mins after pick-up. All in all we’d give them another try and maybe dine-in next time.

This place is the real deal. While visiting the Falls and staying at a hotel, Skip the Dishes forgot one of the pizzas from our order. We called Carpaccio directly, and the gentleman (maybe the owner
?), came to our hotel and personally delivered a new, freshly made pizza along with the older one that was missed for pickup. Amazing customer service and the food was stellar. The pizza was among the best we've had, and the chicken parm was cooked perfectly. I only wish we could order this more often. Big thanks to the staff!

We enjoyed our visit. Our server was super friendly and did a great job. The food was good and so was the bread. The creme Brulee was the best!

Use to enjoy coming here. But the prices are insane. I have a dairy allergie and instead of offering another side or double veggies they legit offered nothing. The veggies that I got were 2 pieces of broccoli two small carrots and one piece of squash. I had salmon which was seasoned with so much salt it was hard to eat. I'm not expecting the price to change but if you can't offer another side or more veg then why charge 36 dollars? Really not worth it.

Gnocchi was salty. My friend and I found an ant and fuzz in our cocktails however they were kind to remake them.

Food is great, only issue is with the young hostesses, they always make you feel they are too busy and don't need any more customers

A really lovely restaurant experience! Friendly staff and compelling drink and food menus. I was hoping the spaghetti would be spectacular but was unfortunately rather bland. However, the bruschetta with cheese was excellent and the cheese plate was EPIC. A great place to go to make an occasion special.

Had the red pepper cream sauce gnocchi with peas and smoked bacon which was really delicious! It was creamy, cheesy, and had the right amount of everything. Also shared the restaurants namesake 'carpaccio' beef and salmon amongst the table which was equally delicious. A little pricey but great place, would definitely visit again!

This is an authentic Italian restaurant. The dishes have excellent presentation and the flavours are rich and complex. The service is friendly and generally quick. The value for money is exceptional.

Ordered delivery and very disappointed. Ordered Linguini Amore. Only had a couple mouthfuls as it was so salty and unedible. The first ingredient was asparagus but none was present. Had to throw it out. Skip the Dishes would not come in my apartment building. Had to go outside to get food. Other delivery places do come in.

I had my birthday at Carpaccio and the restaurant was extremely accommodating. I was able to get a private room which was a great atmosphere and the staff were very pleasant. The food was good value and they had an excellent martini list. I would definitely come back!

The atmosphere, the service and the food are fantastic! My husband and I spent a weekend in Niagara Falls recently and I looked up 'best restaurants in Niagara Falls' - Carpaccio's was among them, and they did not disappoint. In fact, the food was so good we didn't get past the appetizer menu on our first visit, and returned the next night! Try the arancini, calamari, zuppa de pesce, or the carpaccio trio. For the mains, I highly recommend the pork tenderloin. I've never had pork so succulent before.and for dessert - the creme brule is a must. Next time I'm back in Niagara Falls I know where I'll be eating at least one meal!

We came for dinner during our visit to the falls because of the positive reviews.
It was a disappointing dinning experiance.
I had the veal parm and my wife had steak.
My veal was really bland with the only flavour coming through is the tomato Sauce.
My wife's stake tastes burnt and her potates lumpy with again zero flavour.
Nothing about the food was great and we left with most of our meal still on the plate.

We met some out of province friends for dinner.our first time dining out in a long while. We felt very secure with the Covid mitigation plan management had in place, the service was spot on and the food was fabulous! We plan to return soon for a Tuesday 'Date Nigh's special!

Service was a bit slow. But the food was great. My mom had a hard time opening their front door though lol but otherwise I'd go for the food.

Tuesday night is date night with a set menu you can choose from. At $59 per couple it is a great value. Good food and not very busy.

We had bruschetta and calamari to start. Both dishes were plentiful and delicious! Warm buns and butter also came to the table. We shared a meal afterwards that the chef split on two plates. Veal parm. Well presented and delicious.

Wine selection is also good. We did pass on dessert.
Service was good, quality checks throughout. Very attentive.

Loved the individual washroom set up, quite unique. Seating allowed privacy and space. Great restaurant. Lots of different rooms, private & otherwise.

Indicated in my reservation notes that I was attending for an anniversary dinner with my wife; sadly there was nothing complimentary that was offered, not even any happy anniversary wishes. Disappointing. The food was just okay, nothing special.

We ordered the Arancini appetizer, the Gnocchi Ameila and the Gnocchi Amore Amedeo for take out and it was beyond disappointing.
We've been to Carpaccio's plenty of times in the past and it was always great so I had high expectations to say the least. One of the Arancini were severely over cooked and completely hollow inside. We also weren't even given enough red sauce for the 3 remaining aracini.
The Gnocchi was cold and after two bites we find a bone inside one of the small chicken pieces.
We were also disappointed to find out we were not given parmesan or bread to accompany our pasta dishes. It seemed a little ridiculous and overpriced for what you're getting.
Usually I would not mind picking up and paying over $80 for an appetizer and two pasta entres, but this meal was absolutely not worth it.
I will be staying clear of Carpaccios in the Future.

Service and food was amazing. Was celebrating both my birthday and my anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it magical.

Recommended to us by one of the Winery Tour Guides and will now be my go-to in Niagara Falls! Started with Caprese Salad and then 8 oz Filetto Di Francesca, absolutely melt-in-your-mouth! My husband had a Beef Tenderloin Capaccio, again absolutely decadent, and then the chicken parm, done perfectly! Topped it off with local peaches in this to-die-for dessert that I believe is a seasonal special! Can't forget the service, spot on by everyone! So very happy we had the opportunity to visit, will definitely come back and very soon!

We came here for dinner and had a great evening. The food was very good and the staff were attentive and professional. We were seated on the patio and the ambiance was great.

Had very high expectations for this place. Maybe I should have lowered them before entering. The staff was friendly but everything took a long time. Risotto had to much salt / cheese. The gnocchi was over cooked.
