BEWARE. Open boxes and check your purchase BEFORE paying and leaving the store. I ordered 2 coated/painted back brake calipers. When I picked up my order, I noticed boxes were different but did not look inside the boxes. When my husband went to install, we found 1 caliper was coated and 1 was not. We had to go ahead and install as I needed my car. Now, just a few months later, the caliper without the coating already looks rusty. The other is fine. They charged me for 2 coated/painted calipers. They should have checked the boxes and corrected the order-not try to pass them off hoping I would not notice. They will never fool me again!

My husband and I would like to give a big shout out to Kim:) Her knowledge is powerful and with her personality the visit to the store was amazing. Kim was able to find the exact colour to our truck. This comes with a bad experience of my husband using our GMC Sierra 1500 SLT colour code in truck to be wrong! Thank you Kim! My poor husband has to redo all his work but in time I will post a before and after pictures. I’ve been to your location 3 times but because of your knowledge and Trish customer service you are worth the ride from Bowmanville. We will meet again. I highly recommend this location.

Terrible service here, staffs are extremely rude, one said they could do it and other said they can’t and another one blamed it on a trainee staff who was actually doing a great job. This place is utter garbage without even doing any business stay away and go somewhere else. False advertising.

Good service and well stocked, they also make online arrangements to get you what you were looking for and they don't have it there.

Garbage paint. Supposed to be solvent. They sent over water based paint. They do not know what there doing. Extremely rude staff.

Got them to make up a rattle can of automotive paint for me. I brought them the paint code off my door jam, and it came out perfectly couldn't be happier.
