My favorite (and only) shop to buy parts. The guys that work here are my favorite, they have even memorized my car. Don't go anywhere else. Prices are also super!

The guys here were humble once they weren't busy and manage to greet you. They asked if I needed help finding what I needed. And did not hesitate to offer suggestions. But we're not pushing other products. Sale.was.simple and fast.

Well practiced and knowledgable staff. The guys take their time to help diagnose issues and source parts. Would recommend.

Billy, Shane, Adam, Tanya and their team are great to work with. Always willing to hunt for oddball vintage parts or cross reference old part numbers and find what I need. Friendly, prompt service with great prices for quality parts! What more can you ask for?

As per the person at the front desk they don t pro rate there batteries.so if your battery dies after two years your out of luck.best to buy at Costco.they do have a great warranty.

Shawn and Bill have been amazing help. They are extremely knowledgeable give you the best recommendations and parts are priced very reasonably coupled with a warranty they stand behind. If they don't have the part in stock they'll get it for me either within the hour or worse case next morning by 8: 30. Great service from both of them. I now purchase all my car parts from them, great work

Billy, Shane and the gang are always attentive to what I need. If its something they dont stock, they will go out of their way to locate the part and get it!
Seems like a great family type atmosphere and I have never walked in to anyone of the employees in a bad a mood. Literally always happy to help!

I have been buying my parts for a long time now from carquest (Grimsby) and dealing with Shane. This guy goes above and beyond his job requirements to make me and my shopping experience hands down the best.
He always orders me the proper parts without error (unlike a lot of places) and knows his stuff! I am a mechanic and if I am ever questioning anything. Shane to the rescue!
He doesn’t treat me like just another business number which I have a lot of respect for.
So you ever need parts Shane is your guy!

I went to grimsby car quest location to get some advice and parts. There was beyond an amazing and helpful employee (Shane) I have been to so many other places and because I am a woman.you are immediately treated differently and they will try to sell you things unnecessarily.well ladies or in fact anyone.go to grimsby car quest and see Shane! Treated me with respect and didn’t assume I was “car stupid” or send me with wrong parts!
He now is the only person or place I will go to (which is pretty frequent) parts are always bang on and so is the service he provides!
I hope the company knows what an amazing employee they have!
