Excellent business. I brought a brand new burgundy 100% silk skirt into the store that I had unfortunately ruined. I had gotten a stain on it, and mistakenly tried to clean it myself with some hand soap and ruined it even further. The attendant got her manager, and although I did not catch his name, he was very professional and honest with me. He believed that I probably had removed colour from the skirt and that it might not be fixable. He was going to try to clean it, and if not, he was going to “brush it up” a little and see if he could texture and colour match the rest of the skirt to the damage that I had done. When I got back about a week later, he told me that it was the case that I had removed colour from the skirt, but he and his team tried to brush it up and again colour and texture match it. When I got the skirt back, it looked pretty different because of the technique used, but it’s just about completely blended in with the damage that I had caused. I wore the skirt the next day to work and people were complementing it all day. I told a few of my colleagues about the experience I had with him and how this business and the owner totally saved and fixed this brand new 100% silk skirt. The craziest thing is that he did not charge me for anything. He said it was a learning experience for his team and so he didn’t feel he needed to charge me. This certainly was an excellent experience I had, and for sure will be taking all of my dry clean laundry to this location.

Brought wedding dress paid almost 400 to clean and asked for it to put in a box. Went to get it and no box. Was then told an extra 125 to box it. Update. Seems like employee I spoke to didn't realize they were supposed to charge me extra for the box. Dress was cleaned well.

We have always taken our " good clothes " to Carriage Trade. We have never been disappointed with the results. Good service, friendly staff, we recommend Carriage Trade.

These lovely people are amazing. I found I had stains on my wedding dress two days before the ceremony and nothing I was using was taking them out. I went to Carriage Trade in a panic, they removed the spots in five minutes, no charge. I will be telling everyone to come here in future for all their needs. Thank you again. I have used Carriage Trade Cleaners for several years, and have always been happy with their service. But I was blown away with the job they did on 2 wedding dresses and veils I brought in. I hesitated to have my dress boxed because I was worried I would not be able to enjoy it. But nothing could be further from the truth: they did such an amazing job boxing the gown it is now like a piece of art! They also highlighted details in my mom’s gown that I hadn’t noticed on the hanger. Amazing work!

Due to the silk of my gown, it took a lot longer than I was originally told, so keep in mind that this is not a quick turn around- it could take on the order of months. But it was worth the wait!

I made a mistake not realizing that this was Good Friday, and I needed my uniform for Saturday. I sent an emergency email Thursday to see if there was any chance I could pick my items up. Stephen responded almost immediately and made arrangements for me to pick up my items.

This has been our go-to spot for over a year. We dry clean here as well as get alterations. Their service is amazing.
I once gave suit pants for altering. They didn’t get them back to me on time because their tailor had some issues with altering. So they sent my pants to a specialist to get altered. Basically, they took care of the whole process and made sure alterations were done to my liking. Very happy with their service.
