I was in the market looking for a luxury car and was referred by a friend. On arrival I was greeted and felt welcomed. We discuss what i was looking for and then receive a tour of the inventory. I quickly found something that suits my needs and had my car in a matter of days. The transaction was smooth and easy. I loved that they ensured my comfort and time to thoroughly explain all the features of my car before driving away. They have definitely earned a returning customer.

Truthfully if u want to find out months later that they totally ripped you off and took advantage of the fact that you are female and not aware of the numbers then go here…. Maybe if u a man and have connections they might be good to you otherwise buyer beware

I recently bought a car from CARS101 and not only did I get the car I wanted but both Ryan and Shay were extremely professional. As a First responder I was very busy with work and they took care of everything for me. I only had to call my insurance company and drive out the car. It doesn't stop there either, they still call me even now to check if everything is ok with car and to assure me that if I need anything to do with the car to contact them. CARS101 is the best.

Best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've owned cars since 1976. Ryan is interested as much in the philosophy of the buying experience as he is in the transactional aspects of the vehicle purchase. Ryan spent the time to explain everything we needed/wanted to know and ensured our 'new to us' BMW 440xi Gran Coupe was fully refreshed and prepped for delivery (he even filled the gas tank.a bygone practice). Shaylene was gracious and efficient in the paperwork and explaining what had been done to prep the car. All very pleasant.

We live a couple hours East of their dealership, and in order to avoid having two vehicles to drive home, we took a train to Oshawa and Ryan arranged an Uber to pick us up for transport to Cars 101.

We also got to know a bit about Ryan and shared some camping stories and tips! The experience was both professional and personal throughout the exchange.

I bought a used BMW from Cars 101 last week and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership so I wanted to make sure the car was worth the drive to see it. I was not disappointed! After a good test drive and discussions with Ryan, the owner, I gladly made the purchase. When I came back a few days later to take the car home it was impeccably detailed and serviced. The car is solid, drives extremely well and looks beautiful too. I took it in to my own mechanic to see if there was anything I should worry about and he thought it was such a great car he offered to buy it from me!
