CARSTAR Barrie (Autobahn)

Fantastic service and can't recommend highly enough. Had my vehicle repaired there and it looks brand new. I have no problem giving them 5 stars. Great job folks!

Brought my car in for front end repairs, at first everything was fine parts were on back ordered so of course it would take longer can’t to anything about it, got my car back after almost a month, find my dash cam unplugged and noticed they forgot to put a part on my car when I got back home. Find out they never even ordered the part and have to wait for it to come in. Tell me they need it for another whole day to take the front end back apart. Finally I get my car back just to have my headlight not working which I fixed on my own and my side turn single not working. They claim to never had taken the front end apart even though when I brought it for them to look at the technician clearly stated it would need to be. Anyways not going to bring it back just to have it given to me with more problems. If your bring you car here good luck and make sure everything is good before you leave the lot.

Great experience getting my car fixed after minor accident. I got my car back with excellent paint and body work done on it. In addition to that they fixed the interior lights of my car without my request, that wasn’t related to the accident either, a very good surprise for me. Got my car cleaned inside out. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars.

I had a front corner accident with my car and I was referred to Autobahn by my insurance company for repairs. I found Autobahn to be quite professional in all aspects of my experience. There was a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off and the repair on my Honda was exceptional. The detailing (Cleaning) of my vehicle was a nice surprise. Good Work and Thank You. 5 Stars.

Worst customer service ever! Extremely bad workmanship, they damaged my vehicle while working on it and denied it. Any car enthusiast knows that we know each and every inch of our cars right down to the dirt on our brake pads!
