Had an amazing experience with carstar. They were able to get my car done in a quick time frame and had amazing customer service. Kherissa was always giving me updates on my vehicle so I knew how it was going and where my vehicle was at all time. Would highly recommend carstar to anyone looking for a good and fast body shop!

Was forced to go here by the insurance company to fix my van. It took forever and very low quality work. I also was forced to take my old car here by insurance and it was also low quality work. I would not recommend getting work done here, and if your insurance makes you come here good luck

Maybe I'm just angry and they don't deserve the 1 star rating. But when it took 3 weeks to get my car back, after being told it was a 8 day job, and when I did get the car, it was returned with interior damage unrelated to the repairs.the shop floor supervisor was confrontational when i dhowed him the damage, and then to "fix it" he snapped the plastic part to make it fit. It left me with a very unpleasant experience.but he said he would try and track down the part to replace the damaged piece.

Bad customer service and they do not care about quality of the workmanship the couldn't match my paint color. Had fish eyes in my front bumper took them 2 weeks to try and buff them out but they are still visible and none of my parts were installed correctly the use self tapping screws to attach my front bumper and screws it to my rad support and front head light was reinstall with self tapping screws aswell and left the actual screws on my strut tower just a complete nightmare dealing with the after dealing with this and being stressed for 6 months I traded the vehicle in and bought brand new I wouldn't recommend this place if they paid me to

The team at CARSTAR really does provide high quality auto body repair and outstanding customer service. Friendly, timely, professional, and it's obvious they take pride in their work and strive to make their customers happy, all at a very reasonable cost. As promised, they repaired and then cleaned my car so that it looked like the day I bought it! I highly recommend their service and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I've called three times and have been told we'll call you back, to which ive never heard back. Always having to call again, then still being left to call back myself. If it's that much of a problem to fix a car. Let me buy the parts from you, since they've been ordered for 9 months. I'll fix my own car instead so it actually gets done.

They did an amazing job repainting the hood of my Kia. Colour match is perfect. The car came back clean like a new car.

Recommended repair shop from Insurance company. Not disappointed. Staff were helpful, and the vehicle was returned to great condition. Maybe 2 small issues which feels like only I (it's owner) would notice. Small drip on the underside of the hood where body work was done (not visible looking at the car with hood down). And the fit of the bumper to the hood is not completely uniform.but I would suspect well within whatever tolerances would be acceptable.
Overall, a positive experience. Would take any future repairs here without hesitation.

Sent car under insurance for windshield and some small dents in roof from ice atop of an 18 wheeler trailer. It took them 2 weeks to get a quote to the insurance company. It took 3 days shy of 6 weeks to do a 6 day repair. No communication what so ever, I had to contact them and I got the same excuse week after week. " The parts are in we just need to get it in to install and paint ". I even went there and heard the same line being said to someone on the phone, must be a script they are told to say. Even when promised in person on a day it to be done they couldn't deliver. Sad when money outweighs customer service and satisfaction. What I mean by that is they know they are behind (they verbally admitted it to me) why take on more work. I'll tell ya. GREED. They were polite all the way through that's why they get one star. This is the third vehicle I have brought them. The first two times were good but this one was the worst. I wouldn't take your vehicle here unless it's a big money maker because I believe they don't care how long you put out for. They've lost any future business of mine and any recommendations either. Shame on you Carstar.

I just returned home from a visit to our local CARSTAR, where I was greeted by a friendly Cynthia, the receptionist. She quickly recommended April to assist. I had driven over a curb and wanted the damage assessed. April brought my car into the shop within minutes and promptly shared pictures and recommendations shortly thereafter. April and Cynthia were extremely helpful and their service today makes my return to CARSTAR a certainty.

From the moment I dropped my car off at Carstar Brantford the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A huge shout out to the April she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She kept me updated on the status of my car and any back ordered parts. I was extremely happy when I picked my car up and I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their car here!
