When our new car got "crunched" we took the car to CARSTAR Caledonia. Edmond handled everything for us from start to finish and ensured that everything ran smoothly. He kept in touch with us both before and during the repair to update us on the progress. Thanks to the great staff at CARSTAR Caledonia our car looks beautiful and new again. Customers service is great but I cant trust them to fix my car properly

I was sent to Carstar to have repairs done on my vehicle after an accident. All of my contact, both by phone and in person, was with Edmond. He is friendly, respectful, and professional. He's also the type of person who makes genuine connections with customers, which is rare nowadays. Edmond is fantastic and makes a great first impression at the shop. As for my vehicle, I'm not sure who worked on it, but the repairs were done to perfection; this was a very thorough job with no details spared. From beginning to end, my experience with Carstar was pleasant and stress-free. I'm glad I was sent here, because I have now found a great autobody shop for myself, and I can confidently recommend Carstar to family and friends as well.
