I have nothing bad to say about carstar, Always kept me in the loop, And even put on a brand new part That they had in the back when my insurance didn't want to. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do I will definitely go to carstar. And the young lady that works at the reception desk was awesome

Amateurs. Took my car in for repairs. They keep adding days. Then the part is not in. Then the part is damaged. Do not trust these guys! They don't keep your word.

Worst I have ever seen, I could have done a better job my self in my drive way. NEVER AGIAN.bodywork a week old cracking opened paint job from hell body seems way out just sad.

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. The work they produce is terrible, absolutely no attention to detail whatsoever. Paint chips away easily and the parts I feel don’t get put on properly as there are gaps. If I take my car to an auto body shop after being in an accident I expect it to be returned to me as if I wasn’t in one. When you call this place and no one answers it’s understandable, they’re busy with other customers.when I leave a message i expect a phone call back, and they never call back very frustrating. The manager I find is very arrogant and rude and sketchy. I would never recommend CarStar.

Attention to detail is atrocious. I have complained about concerns to the manager from the day I went to pick my vehicle up after it was "repaired" there, only to be told I'm "being too picky" and there is no adjustment to be made to fix the gaps that have been left. They told me they would be replacing my damaged parts with O. E. M parts from G. M and I absolutely don't believe for a minute they did. The fit and finish is terrible, the interior was covered in body dust, drivers side widow covered in overspray, drivers side door handle loose.list goes on. I guess expecting my vehicle to look like it did prior to being hit is too much to ask.
