This is the second time I have used the services of this company.
Both times Rob and Dana have been professional and courteous. The work was even completed sooner than the estimated time. Happy with the body work performed. Will recommend to others.

First time accident (not at fault) and we used the services at Carstar Etobicoke. Side door was replaced and they were very thorough, explaining what they had done to determine which components were functioning properly or need to be repaired/replaced. The owner, staff and Dana delivered great and courteous customer service. I definitely had my own skepticism but this location changed my perception for sure. I was confident that my car was in good hands and the turnaround time was reasonable - actually quicker than I had anticipated! They even took the time to vaccum out my car which I definitely appreciated, having messy kids and all. The staff are definitely welcoming and gives the customer a sense of confidence and ease leaving the car in their hands. Would recommend this location. Thank you everyone at this location for all their hard work in ensuring the repairs were done promptly and being on top of everything - especially communicating updates with my insurance advisor! Definitely not an easy job in this industry today, so thank you for everything.

Thank you for fixing my car! I highly recommend this place for body repair. This was my first time getting work done on my car so the staff was very helpful and educated me on all the steps. I was very hands off (which I prefer) I just had to wait for the call to pick up and drop off.
They even fixed the wiring on my dash cam LOL - thank you!

Carstar Etobicoke North did a fantastic job with my car repair after the accident that I had in the winter. Robert was very accommodating and super friendly. I waiting till spring to repair my car as it’s very hard to get a rental with winter tires. My car was still drivable so I decided to wait till the spring. Car star went above and beyond the car repair. When I showed up to pick up my car it was completely detailed. Having 2 small children my car was so dirty. I had a fantastic experience with CARSTAR Etobicoke North, who did an excellent job fixing my car after a minor collision. They were extremely communicative throughout the whole process, with updates on the status of my car, from the initial assessment through to the details of the work they completed. I found Rob extremely pleasant and professional every time we spoke. I also appreciated the extra service of coordinating picking up of my car from the Collision Reporting center without me having to be there and the cleaning of the interior of my car as an extra bonus – always appreciated when you have a messy toddler in your car! Really great service! I have small children who I had to bring with me for drop off and transfer to rental. Car star staff made it so easy for me, arranging rental to be brought to shop instead of me travelling there. They also assessed and fixed my vehicle really quickly and bonus they did a vacuum of the whole interior! Very pleased and grateful for the thoughtful service!

Did a good job fixing my car in less time than I expected. I noticed a number of people giving bad reviews saying they rack up kms in your car, I took a picture of mileage before and they definitely do not rack them up.

I think one would be hard pressed to find a better shop than Carstar Etobicoke North, their service and professional approach is exceptional, workmanship second to none.

They look after you from the minute you contact them and are so friendly and courteous until the work is completed, I would give them a five out of five and have no hesitation in recommending them as being the best there is.

Didn't even get to go in for my issue. Rob called to reschedule and was rude over the phone and told me to go elsewhere if I didn't like the times they could help me.which they were rescheduling from Friday to the following week for a minor exterior hit. Cancelled my appointment. Rob needs coaching on speaking to people.

Brought my car there for rear end damage from an accident.the insurance said they were an approved shop.originally I was just gonna go for the estimate as insurance company works with them. I ended up leaving the car there to be fixed I am glad I did.amazing shop and amazing staff. Rob and Sergio were very good and awesome to deal with and kept me informed of the entire process.the car came back like it was out of the factory and was spotless.the shop is also very well organized and also very clean.best part is all the work comes with a full warranty by shop and my insurance company for all work done for as long as I won the car.was a great experience the entire process I just left my car and they took care of everything they really make accidents unhappen. They book you for long if your repairs are minors. They take 1 month just to replace the broken bumper of my small vehicle.

Carstar provides amazing service that is quick and professional. They coordinate a rental pick up with Enterprise and they return your car clean (outside and inside).
