Seamless and wonderful service all around. They kept me informed and even cleaned my car before I picked it up! The entire team was a pleasure to work with.

I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR Hamilton Gage. My car was brought in just before the Christmas Holidays and I was prepared to have to wait a month or more. Even with a parts delay from Toyota I had the car back in about three weeks. As far as I can tell - it's been snowing and raining a lot since I picked up the car - it looks really, really good. The additional detailing was unexpected and very much appreciated.

There was only one small thing - they did not properly reattach the negative battery terminal. The car drove home fine, but then wouldn't start in my driveway and I had to fix it myself in the rain which obviously wasn't ideal. It's an easy thing for a tech to miss (it looked attached but just wasn't tight), and stuff happens, so I'm not upset about it. And I'd say it doesn't take away from my otherwise five-star experience.

I'll update my review if anything changes. Would definitely recommend to anyone at this point though.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run. Carstar Gage was listed as a preferred provider through my car insurance for repair. They communicated well from day one, keeping me in the loop with everything going on. They helped coordinate the pick-up and drop-off of my rental vehicle. My vehicle was repaired well, ready sooner than the expected date, AND they took the time to detail it and provide me with extra paint in case of minor scratches in the future. Jenny is wonderful to deal with both on the phone and in-person. She is the perfect person to have as the "first contact. " I have used another Carstar in the past, but it was nowhere near the experience I had this time around. I am very impressed! Good work everyone! Thank you so much.

I have just picked up my car from Carstar Gage after repairs lasting three weeks. Although it took a little longer than first thought I was kept up to date with the progress. Adriano and Jenny were a great help. They are polite, considerate and follow through with what they say they will do. They showed extreme concern with the service they provided and, really, it couldn't have been better. My car was also cleaned inside and out and even the engine was cleaned.what a bonus!
I would encourage anyone needing bodyshop repairs to check them out. My experience was seamless and reassuring.

This one's for Gordana and Fred. I called in a panic because I had to pull my car over because I was going to lose a tire. I could feel it rattling. Fortunately I was right around the corner from here, I called Gordana, explained my situation and within minutes her and Fred were there. He tightened up the bolts, which could've come off by hand probably saved someone's life that day.

Excellent service provided from everyone here. Went above and beyond to source required parts for me. Although it was only a small repair I needed and was putting off they were able to complete the job quickly. Now my truck looks great again. Thank you everyone for the great experience.

This review is long overdue but I got my car back roughly about 3 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the end result! My car was in a hit and run collision and the staff at Carstar Gage made the experience pleasant and helped ease any frustration that I had. The front end staff are super friendly and professional and understand customer service. The turn around time was a little over the expected date but I fully expected it and was understanding, that being said I advise anyone dropping off a vehicle to not constantly call for updates as this does not speed up the process.

The repair work was done really well and Carstar even detailed my car which I really appreciate, Thanks again to all the staff I interacted with and my apologies as I don't recall everyone's names but Jenni & Jade I'd like to say are both amazing individuals and it was a pleasure to meet them.

Pricier than a job I got quoted in Mississauga. Got 3 quotes and they were the highest. I thought Hamilton was cheaper CRAIG AND KEVIN AND THE BOYS ACROSS AT TROTTERS ARE AWESOME!

They worked on my 2021 Kia Forte after my drivers side door was hit by another driver. Their communication was excellent. Always keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs and completing them to restore my vehicle to to like new condition. The office staff and mechanics were lovely to work with answering any questions or concerns I had. They took care of a rental vehicle for me and overall they made the inconvenience of being involved in a car accident as pleasant as humanly possible. I would highly recommend their company for any and all of your automobile needs. Thank you especially to Jennie and Jade for their outstanding customer service.
