I am very happy with my repair and service at Carstar Kitchener. My insurance company suggested getting the car towed there after my accident, and I'm grateful I did. My car now looks even better than before, and the repair was completed as fast as possible. Great communication and great service.

I have to say, first time dealing with CARSTAR (Kieswetter) and I am so happy with the outcome. Had a minor bumper accident. Did a fantastic job replacing, painting, looks perfect. They also gave my Chevy Trax a thorough cleaning inside and out.

CARSTAR is the place to go, took my car in for repairs and it only took a few days to get done, quick and honest and the customer service is spot on with the responses. My car came out and looked like it was brand new again and it was spotless in side as well

Had my car in for a repair after a collision. They did an amazing job with excellent customer service. Definitely will go back in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for any type of auto work.

Took my 2016 Honda Civic here after an accident. The team was great to deal with. They waited until all parts were ordered to minimize how long I needed a rental, and matched the very rare paint colour perfectly. They even cleaned up my interior as a courtesy. Communication was great, work was awesome!

I had nothing short of a 5 star experience from the team here at Carstar Kieswetter. My CX-5 had some body work done at this location as well as a headlight replacement due to a hit and run. Originally, I thought I was going to wait until June to get the repairs done but Tim was able to get me in sooner due to a last minute cancelation. Everything was taken care of by my insurance, but Carstar made the whole process so easy!
All I had to do is drop off the car. They arranged a rental for me and even got the repairs done a day earlier than expected.
Not to mention, you couldn't even tell that a new quarter panel and headlight were replaced. If you need quality work done on your vehicle, definitely give them a call.

Great company to deal with. Although there are delays due to parts shortages, they fixed my car as quickly as they could. My insurance company was not so easy to deal with, but kieswetter carstar took care of that problem for me. The extra, complimentary detailing was the Cherry on top. Well done!

Someone rear-ended my Accord last month and I got pretty prompt and excellent service. They called me when there was a cancellation, I was in and out pretty quick. I got picked up by Enterprise for a rental and delivered back there when the repairs were complete a couple weeks later. The finished product looked better than before the collision and the car was vacuumed out and cleaned. Pickup was quick and painless. Office staff were informative and efficient and integration with insurance was seamless. Thanks, guys!
