Pro: Super nice people, office is clean and tidy! I'd totally take my car here for insurance work.

Con: I went for a quote on minor body work and it took nearly an hour to get the inspection done. A verbal summary of work was provided at the end, but no physical quote or dollar amt was given. It took two days for the $ amount to be sent via email and the total quote was ultimately almost 3x more than I was quoted elsewhere. Parts/supplies were about the same, but the total labor time was way higher (hourly labor rates somewhat higher). Perhaps my job was just too small potatoes for them?

Summary: good work costs money, and if my insurance is paying for it, have at it! But for small out of pocket costs it was more cost effective to go elsewhere.

There were very helpful and professional. They completed the estimate on my car. They even straitened the door to help with wind noise without me asking. Made the car much better to drive while I wait to get it in. Will update once the work is done but they made me feel very comfortable with how the do business.

My elderly parents were in an accident and chose to use CSN Shirley Dr for repairs as they are part of the preferred service program through the Desjardins Insurance company. I am leaving this review on my parents behalf. They could not stop talking about how friendly the service was and the extra amount of care they were given. They were very comfortable with this collision centre. The service you can expect here is very friendly and extremely helpful. They arranged everything from beginning to end with the rental vehicle and repairs. My parents were very pleased with Jesse and Megen. This experience has been a breath of fresh air for me as I live an hour away from them and I work for an insurance company so we hear about the aggravation people have to go through when getting their vehicles repaired. Thank you to CSN Shirley Dr for giving my parents such wonderful service! You provide “small town service” in a big city. Thank you for being so fantastic!

I have 2016 mazda6 needs to get fixed after someone did damage to it while parked, HONESTLY this is the best certified body shop in KW, they did awesome job that makes me feel my car is brand new! Thanks a lot Jesse I appreciate all the professionalism and the great job!

Quality work, fast, cost-friendly.what more could you ask for? Jesse was great. There's a reason Schlueter Acura sends their body work customers there and it's not just because it's located across the street. Schlueter and Acura are a step above the rest. So is CSN.

A young man backed into my car in a parking lot. Since it is a private parking lot, it can be difficult to put an insurance claim in without absorbing the cost, due to no-fault insurance.

I went to CSN to get a general idea of the repair cost. The gentleman CSN sent out was soooo helpful. He popped out the dent, with his hand, right there on the spot, and was nice enough to give it a quick polish to take care of the few remaining scuffs. It’s almost as good as new - and didn’t cost me an arm, leg or deductible. In fact, it cost me nothing at all.

His 10 minute act of kindness (and possibly pity) changed the course of my entire day! Thank you CSN!

I brought my car in for a quote and the guy was super nice explaining what had to be done. I got the work done, and I am very impressed of the work that they did on my car. The staff are super friendly and would recommend anyone to bring their car there. I got more work to get done on my car and will bring my other car to get repaired by them. Awful place! Please be carefully getting work done at this place. The owner is very rude. This is the worst body shop If I had to deal with it. Their prices are close to double to anybody else. The work is not up to par. Please if you have the time find somewhere else to fix your car

Great customer service. I loved how they washed my car before the estimate so they could really see all of the damage and provide more accurate numbers. I was informed of the status while they were working on my car. They fixed it back to brand new! And they washed and cleaned it after it was repaired. Highly recommend!

Carstar from staff to service was amazing they did a great job on my car as well as delivered it back to me twice, took me to get a rental car and were just the best to deal with overall cant say enough about them. Would recommend them always. Thanks Car Star for everything

The price for repairs is the reason why insurance is so high. And carstar like this one is one of the main reasons.
Had my vehicle repairs quoted by someone else and they beat carstar by 2000 dollars.
Never coming back again.
