I was sideswiped in July and was forwarded to carstar through my insurance company for an estimate - Which was a false estimate as the scope of work changed half way through with NO communication with me about the changes - From the beginning of the process Avinash was very unprofessional. Emails or phone calls were NEVER returned and every word these people would say never were kept. I dropped my vehicle off Aug 8th and never received my vehicle until the 15th of September. When dealing with Matthew the manager - He never contacted me to let me know that 3 due dates would not be met - i had to call in every time to see if they were on schedule which they were not on 3 separate occasions. On pick up date - i called to ensure it was ready and was told to come at noon and it would be ready - as i got there i saw my vehicle was missing its side running board - and was told to drive like that until the afternoon and they would install it - after waiting and paying out of pocket for a rental over a month for a minor damaged vehicle i was to drive around with my vehicle unfinished and looking like trash - not cleaned properly. They Never called to get me in to put the side running board on the vehicle - i had to pull up after hours and ask a random worker to put it on for me- which he was the only person who gave a good service. I would NEVER use this company for anything - very unprofessional - and horrible to deal with on every level. I own two businesses and would NEVER conduct or treat any customer as disgusting and dishonestly as this joke of a shop. They took my vehicle knowing i was paying out of pocket for the rental, took off a few parts and left the vehicle sitting for month - then slapped it together in a few days while giving the worst customer service ive ever received in all my 42 years of living. I HIGHLY suggest shopping around for a better place to bring your vehicle - as i will be spreading my experience in every social media platform i have and group that im involved with. After getting the vehicle home - on my return from New York i noticed the driver side running board that was painted - was a different shade of white - They ran out of paint and used a random bright white paint that does not match my car. After all the time wasted there, they slapped on a random paint unto my vehicle so the one step does NOT match the rest! What a joke of a repair shop - i had to go back there and demand a REFUND as i payed to have some pieces painted out of pocket! This place is a nightmare, i will NEVER recommend or EVER send ANything i own to the care of this shop.

Advisors there are friendly and explain every step of the process. Car came back looking as good as new.

I came back after 3 month i took my car after an accident from them, and when today i visited them i met matthew the manager i told him my car AC not working may be because some issue after the accident he told me give me the key and will be back. Took him 25 minutes fixed my AC and having cold air now in my car.thank you for making my day amazing and cool. Thanks matthew and car stars. 0$ didnt cost me anything.

Excellent service and good communication. The job was done earlier than expected. Also anytime I tried to reach someone, someone answered the phone which doesn't happen much these days.

Matthew was amazing and super knowledgeable in explaining what needed to get done. They even cleaned my car for when I picked it up. Would highly recommend.

I suffered a minor collision and my rear bumper was crashed. My car insurance recommended CarStar and I'm so glad they did it. Since the first call and the estimate of services to the last moment when I went to pick up my car, it was all done in a very professional and positive experience. Been waiting for a window washer fluid repair since the summer called numerous times said they would call back and I would have it by winter. As well for me bringing in my car after a collision they did fix the fender bumper grill etc but carelessly broke the fluid tank and never got a call back so instead of waiting when they said it’s on back order I got tired of waiting and took it to a more better auto body shop to get it properly fixed

I was asked to pick-up my car today October 27 at 12: 00 PM after body repair was completed after two (2) weeks. I drove about 2 kilometers away from the collision centre and I noticed that my electronics control panel is not responding, so I returned back to the collision centre to complain about the electronics control panel and they checked and I waited for a while and the estimator told me that the problem is not related to the body repair. I can assure you 100% that the electronics control panel was working when I brought the car to this collision centre. I drove my wife to work everyday that we always listen to the radio while driving to monitor traffic situation and daily news. If you are not upset with the kind of service that was provided. Perhaps put yourself on my shoes. We are very dissatisfied and this is totally unacceptable.

My whole experience with CARSTAR was amazing and effortless. I was I backed into and the person refused to give their licence and registration. I went to CARSTAR and had a quote done which was fast and thorough. Booked a service date. After thr police went and retrieved thr information I needed my insurance communicated with them and while the service was being done, I eas continually kept up to date on parts, if there was a delay because of a part. I received my car back clean as well! A bonus! Everyone was kind and professional! Thank you CARSTAR!

My son got into an accident on August 10th. The car was 2 weeks old. I brought the car in and they assessed it but also told me the assessment could change once they removed the front and back bumpers. Boy did it ever!
Matthew, Avinash and crew made this so hassle-free. I spoke to the insurance once with the initial accident and did not have to speak with them again although Daniel from Wawanesa assured me that I had nothing to worry about.
Special mention goes out to Matthew who answers my ongoing questions regarding warning lights etc. I told him I bought this car for peace of mind and he is working to restore that.
As you can see, I have used Carstar Argentia on more than one occasion and will continue to do so if needed. Thank you Carstar Argentia!

He told me it would take a week for the insurance to review and approve. One week later he called and said repairs were approved. In the meantime, Nissan reviewed the report and confirmed all parts were genuine Nissan parts. Scheduled the work to be done on September 28th. Received an email from Enterprise confirming my rental.
Took the car in, repairs were done in the stated time. My Rogue is back and it looks AMAZING. Peter and his crew took the time to review what was repaired. Pointed out the warranty feature that all work is lifetime guaranteed. Thank you Peter and Carstar Argentia. I will definitely tell everyone about my EXCELLENT experience!

My entire experience with carstar was unsatisfactory. They were dishonest, had to repair my car multiple times and the work is just amateur. Complete lack of care and very corporate. They painted my car the wrong colour, they didn't order proper parts, they put the wrong grill on my car which made my sensors not work, they scratched my hood, they had the bumpers on wrong which I had told them numerous times and was confirmed by another garage. It took them over a month to paint bumpers and align them. I was very transparent with them and expressed my concerns with the result and ultimately they said that they could not do anymore for my car even though it visibly is not right. Completely ridiculous I will not be going back I'm going somewhere else to fix what they did and could not provide.

The quote is unreasonably high. It seems like they don’t want to take the job so they intentionally provide a very expensive quote.

I highly recommend carstar as a bodyshop for the damaged car via accidents as this was my experience with them twice.they did a great job in reparing the damaged part of my Suv in just 10 days which was supposed to be like 2 weeks. It looks like a new one again. I 'd like to mention their staff too. They are very pleasant and welcoming.

Brought my car in after a fender bender. I had little damage, including two small holes that pierced my rear bumper. After they were done their repairs you could never had known there was any damage done. Very clean work! Plus they washed and cleaned the interior of my car before I picked it up! Nice touch.

I had choosen this shop to repair my car after a collison, based on it's positive reviews. However, it has been over a month and they have yet to begin repairs on my car. No one has called to update me in the process. Instead, I have had to call multiple times asking for an update and each time someone has told me they are waiting on parts with no ETA and I will recive a call which I have never recieved. At this point I definately regret choosing this shop and would not recommend.

The experience has been harrowing. We went through our insurance that suggested this provider. They said they will book us in for July 26, but on July 25, they call us up and tell us that parts haven’t arrived. And they move the date to Aug 3. We drop off our car for Aug 3, with the promise that we will get our car back on Aug 5, but on Aug 5, they call us again to inform us that they have ordered a few more parts and that those haven’t arrived and they don’t know when those parts would arrive. We are left with no car, two working people. They wouldn’t even give a loaner coz it is not covered by our insurance. What happened to proper assessment and on time delivery?

My RAV4 got rear ended. CarStar gave a week's estimate to complete the job, but they ended up taking 3 weeks. However, the workmanship was great and car was clean when returned.

Manveer, Matthew and Kappi are the best! They really helped me out when I had my car accident, they were all supportive and wanted the best for me and my car! I definitely recommend car star! I will be coming back for sure with any problems. Be sure to know a mechanic or place to take your car that works with you and your insurance!

Mathew was amazing! Very professional and friendly. A great ambassador for good customer service. I am assuming the receptionist was new to the business. She had a flippant attitude and acted as though I was a bother rather than a customer.

I recently got my front bumper of 2017 Infiniti QX60 changed by CarStar Mississauga at Argentia Road. The work done was beyond expectations. It was replaced with an OEM and the paint work is just too good. The colour of my vehicle is Harmosa Blue and trust me you cant differentiate for the earlier one. The finishing has been very good and paint match too good.
If you are reading this review, dont waste time getting quotes as the price they quoted was just too good to the extent that it was not worth calling for an insurance claim.
When you go there ask for KAPI (he is the man). Amazing, friendly, respectful and would not talk fancy the way I experienced taking quotes from other body workshops. They have actually made me their customer forever. The vehicle was handed over nice and clean and gave me a lifetime warranty for the work done.

If I could give zero starts I would. Very poor and rude customer service. My car has been in the shop for a month now and still it is not ready. Each time I call in to check first and formost I get attitude from the workers who abruptly hang up the phone when asked if it Is possible to get someone to check whether the car is ready or not. I am given a time frame and then disappointed because carstar cannot deliver. I have never experienced such poor customer service my entire life. I will most definately will not be going back there ever again after this terrible experience.

Carstar had amazing service as I came in to get a sunroof repair.they were polite and courteous and walked me through what needed to be done. Would use them again!

Accidently driving over a tree stump I dislodged the bumper at the back wheel. My wife took the car into Carstar to repair it. The technician looked at it and even without an appointment fixed it immediately. His kind and prompt attention is very much appreciated. In the end this wasn't a major repair job (hence not big money for the shop) but we were treated very well. We highly recommend Carstar to anyone who needs his car fixed.

Brought our vehicle in for a replacement bumper after a “rear ender. ” Matthew looked after us upon arrival and arranged the car rental
(done in-house) before giving us a detailed description of the repairs being performed.
He also provided us with an accurate ETA of when the work would be completed and a follow up phone call on the day it was ready. The car was nicely restored to our satisfaction and then washed and detailed upon pick up.
I found Matthew to be very professional and “to the point”.
He looked after us well and I would highly recommend this location as long as he’s there.

They charged me extra 282.50 for doing nothing in the name of Calibration of Windshield. Very unprofessional workforce.
I am very unsatisfied with their quality of work.

The repairs were done very quickly and efficiently. I always get good service from Car Star. Hopefully I don't have to see them again anytime soon, lol, but if I do find myself in need of their service I will not hesitate to go back.

Very friendly and helpful. Did the work quickly and to a high standard. Price was better than others I called in the area for the window replacement and they were approved by my insurer. Cleaned and polished the car exterior (including the tires and rims) as part of the service which was unexpected but really nice and appreciated. Highly recommend the team at this shop.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the services they provide. They completed the repairs on my vehicle in a very efficient manner, and the work they did is second to none. You would never know there was any damage to begin with. My car looks perfect!

My brand new CR-V was damaged in an accident with a box truck. Most of the driver’s side of the car was damaged. Carstar replaced the doors and repaired the body - it looks like new! Very happy with the work on the vehicle.

Outstanding professionalism! They took care of everything and returned my vehicle vacuumed and detailed! I was very impressed.

Avoid this shop if you have even the slightest care for the quality of work and scheduling. Corners cut everywhere. Extremely rude manager. Poor follow ups and updates. Poor quality paint, items missed, clips missing in repaired parts & poor workmanship. This shop is operating owing to (and leaching from insurance companies) poor & unaware insurance claimants that may not know any better.

Kapi at Carstar was extremely professional and helpful through my car’s services. After my dealership suggested I change multiple filters and get my rear control arms replaced, Kapi had an inspection done and determined that those issues were not as I was told. All of the issues the dealership had told me I needed to take care of immediately were actually fine. The team at Carstar saved me just under $1000 that the dealership had quoted me. I am so thankful this team was honest and gave me a realistic diagnostic on my car. Thank you, Kapi and team!

My car was parked overnight and someone scratched my car all along the side, it was awful. I called Amanda at carstar and told her what happened and she was very friendly and assured me she can definitely help, and to bring my truck in anytime, so I did, that very morning and within an hour my car was good as new. Amanda and the team at carstar were awesome and did an amazing job! I will definitely be recommending the Cartstar location (at Argentia) to everyone- what a great experience! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this carstar location. Unfortunately I’ve been to multiple shops so I can say I have a good comparison, everyone was polite and professional about my vehicle.
They finished quite quickly and never had any hiccups or hold ups. I really appreciated their quality control about my vehicle, if I could give 6 stars I would to be honest, after an accident the best thing to have is a calm and professional shop to take care of you.

I got into a minor accident, and when I initially was going to fix the car elsewhere, but last minute I ended up at Carstar, off the 401. Not only did they have a rental for me, but my wait was short. The car was fixed within a week, and as soon as It was ready, I was notified. Upon pickup of my car, everything was ready and it practically felt like I swapped out cars. My car looks and feels amazing, like nothing happened. My customer experience from start to finish was of the highest grade. I was even greeted by the GM, whom wanted to make sure everything went well. Big shout out to this entire Carstar team!

Extremely bad job/service. Should never take your car there for repair. Very bad job, the bumper and the headlight was not put together properly they said 10 days, it took 40 days for small repair, Not professional at all. I will NOT recommend this place to repair your car, they have connection with insurance guys and they milk it as much as they can.

I went to get my rear left bumper fixed. It was minor repair. These guys did absolutely fantastic job. You can't tell the paint difference. Moreover they did vacuum from inside. These guys are on time. Totally loved their service!

Absolutely professional and highly exceptional service and quality. My Ford Explorer was taken in right away for exterior work, the quality and workmanship was quite impressive with thorough attention to detail. I was shown the shop floor areas where the vehicles get worked on and have not yet seen a shop like this which operates this CLEAN, EFFICIENT and WELL ORGANIZED! Very remarkable. The equipment they are using is hi-tech, advanced and up-to-date. Ventilation system and air quality was exceptionally clean for a body shop. Even the floor was spotless! I was quite impressed with how efficient the process and workflow was. The staff here took it to a new level and were incredibly respectful, highly knowledgeable, and informative. They went well above and beyond to service my SUV. In my personal experience with body shops, this is easily one of the best if not THE BEST body shop in the GTA area. Superior quality, highly trustworthy and absolutely respectable. 10 star rating. Would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you for your excellent work!

Due to a mishap with my car that I was responsible for, I went to CARSTAR 401 in Mississauga. I spoke with Kapi and found him knowledgeable and honest. The office area looked neat and clean and the girl at the front desk, was quite friendly and pleasant. I have scheduled my appointment for the repairs and feel very comfortable in dealing with this shop.

I took my car for body work to Carstar. They did very good job fixing it. After work was done, they cleaned it from inside out. At the end of the day my car looked like new. And it was finished on time as was promised. I’m very satisfied with customer service and the work they did on my car.

Brought my vehicle in for repair after an accident (smashed from the back). I had some minor scratches and scrapes on my front bumper. They gave me a really good discount since my car was already in the shop. Employees were very helpful especially the estimator (kapi) who kept me in the loop during the whole repair.
Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
