Would highly recommend. Service was great and they had the lowest price out of 4 or 5 quotes, they also did the repair relatively quickly and washed the car before returning it as well. Honestly don't have any complaints! They did a great job with the repair

Amazing staff, very kind and proffessional! They took care of everything with my insurance company and arranged my rental vehicle with Enterprise whose service was also excellent. Carstar did a fantastic job at repairing my vehicle. They completed the repair in the time frame given. Wonderful service, communication and a stress free experience!

Had to change my front bumper after an accident. Carstar team were very professional and helpful.

I had an accident, i was not at fault. My car went to their shop for repair. They couldn’t fix the bumper and AVS light turned ON. I waited there for 2-3 hours they tried to fix the alignment of bumper. And they said sorry we cant fix please come tomorrow. We went there next day and still there was a gap in bumper and head lights. (alignment). We took the car and called insurance company and they said they will get it fix from another shop as we moved to alberta. Now these carstar people saying that you damaged your bumper after repair and we do not cover that. And also they are telling me AVS lights have nothing to do with accident. Its
your old issue. We never had AVS lights on since i bought this car. Before the guy said its our fault we will fix it. Now they denied the warranty. I don’t understand how someone can do that. I never even touched anything.
And they are telling me that you painted the bumper and twisted it. We do not cover
It. Wow why would i do that if i know that insurance company is processing my claim.
I would never touch anything. They also switched my sensors from repaired
Tire to other tire and now telling me that your other tire has issue not the one we repaired. I had the worst experience and the guy who works there short guy with glasses is just sitting there and making money by putting
Used Parts and taking money from
Insurance by saying brand new. #consumerrights

i think the reviews are fake here and they try to remove bad ratings,
They put old parts, can’t even put bumper back with same alignment, you can put fingers inside bumper, after some time when we got car back, car was not safe to drive, made everything worst, charged insurance 12000$ plus 500$ to me, that’s why insurance is higher here because of companies like these and they will never acknowledge there mistake, next day complaint about car not braking and bumper fender gap’s, they do not even reply to you, pick your calls, please see attached pictures and STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES

Scam stay away from these guys.

Charge my brother (insurance) for a new bumper and did fix everything, but the day we get the car, we see all lights on dash and breaks are not working properly. We checked the bumper to see what he replaced and found out the it's the same old bumper, just the new paint. Now we are fight with Carstar and insurance to get everything fixed.

Had to take my car into the shop after a collision. The guys did an amazing job with the intake and repairs - including communications! Thanks Al and Maazen for the great job - you guys went over and beyond my expectations.

worst poeple ever to deal with, they don’t answer and reply to your queries, charged my insurance 12000 for rim and tire and 500$ to me.
Cant even put back bumper back together, there was so much panel gap that you can put your finger in between them, next day my car was not braking properly as it had ABS issues and 3-4 lights came in, now they are not acknowledging their mistake and they dont want to do anything, as they already have made their money out of me.

My car is not safe to drive and these guys are worst ever to deal with

My car got hit in the parking lot at work and of course it was the end of the day. On the same day I ended up going to a company that wanted money (regardless of my policy). The following day after speaking with my broker she directed me to Carstar. They looked at my car the same day, Ordered the parts for the repairs with in three days parts were in and they set me up with a rental. Fixing took a couple DAYS instead of a week like I was told, and they fix my car beautifully, the front looks like I had it detailed now I have to shine the rest of the car to match! It looks like nothing ever happened I couldn’t be more impressed, Thank you guys! Amazing work. Seriously AMAZING!

Al and his team make it so painless and easy. They explained everything up front and it made this process almost enjoyable. It's already a not so great experience to have someone run into your car but my insurance company working with CARSTAR made it very easy. They are responsive, keep you informed and try to get the car ready on time so that you're never waiting around. The rental was onsite when I dropped my car off, and they had my car ready on time so I wasn't late for any of my appointments in regular life. The car also looks as good as new! Thanks Al, please keep up the great work and I highly recommend this location!

Their online tool for taking photos and getting an estimate was easy to use and I had my car ready ahead of time by a day than what was originally quoted!
