I called Call Star head office and spoke to a Mat and he was very rude on the phone. Would not answer my questions and even h/U on me twice. UNBELIEVABLE

Someone hit the back of my car. My Insurance broker recommended me CARSTAR Collision Service as a reliable auto body service. And they did everything to fix the damage. They've done a good job. I'm very satisfied. General Manager Tony Wong was very polite and professional.

They are fraud and don’t give u estimates to u, because they get money from ur insurance company, and get money from u when they fix the car. They charge 1000 deductible and repair my car rear bumper only take almost 32 days and they charge from insurance 9000 also. Ecnomical insurance and they do fraud with customer.

Be careful! And don’t trust ur broker too much too.

Tony, the owner, was welcoming, friendly, and approachable. He seemed into and understands the situation. Attended to the issue quickly and process was quick and resolved. We were informed of the claims approval on the repair and what was to be done after his inspection of the damaged car. He informed us of the date that the car will be ready which was in fact punctual.
We were fully satisfied of the service and result.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Carstar. Tony is a great guy, likeable and very knowledgeable. They’re fast and they do solid, thorough work. Whenever we need something done to any of the cars in my household, Carstar is a no brainer.

My family & I have been going here for 20 years. They are amazing here. Totally honest about what you actually need and don't need. They work to get the best prices for you. Tony & Paul are awesome.
