CARSTAR St. Catharines

Tim at Carstar took a look at my car on a Saturday and they didn't try and upsell me whatsoever. Cleaned it off and fixed it at no charge! Will absolutely recommend them to anybody moving forward.

Not all work was performed as quoted. Poor communication re car ready date. They did vacuum my car. But not recommended.

Update: I called them on Oct 20 per their invitation to "contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue. " I spoke with Michelle who looked for Blake who was working in the shop. She said that he would call me back. It's been a week and he has not called. It sounds like the offer to resolve the issue is not sincere.

Very happy with the service I received at Carstar, I dealt with Tim, he researched the parts I needed for my truck repair, found me the best prices. All office staff was excellent. They even vacuumed my truck and the repair looks excellent. I recommend Carstar, Thank you!

Our car got an accident and we had service scheduled from CAR STAR from this April. Still they couldn’t find the one right part for my car. More than 6 times I was at CAR STAR. Every time they say we will call you once parts are arrived but never happened. I have to go physically and ask them always. This is so disappointing and frustrating. They ordered part but came different one. Still issue is not resolved. It’s been 4 months and they couldn’t fix my car completely yet. Still waiting.

Awesome place to get car work done.the staff is very nice and welcoming. I would recommend people to get their car collision/damage completed here. You will be very satisfied and happy when car work is complete. Thank you again CARSTAR.:)

I brought my Honda to this business to have my side view mirrors replaced, providing them with all the appropriate VIN numbers. However, when I received my car back, I was disappointed to find that the new mirrors were a completely different style than the originals, making them not match at all.

I called the business multiple times to try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unresponsive and did not take any action for months. After months of waiting, I was finally informed that the only resolution would be to spend an additional few hundred dollars to match their mistake. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this business to others.

Their lack of professionalism in not only making a mistake but also in not taking action to fix it in a timely manner was unacceptable. I would advise others to look elsewhere for their automotive needs, as this business does not seem to have their customers' best interests at heart.

What great service. My Lexus needed a new bumper, and the service I received was fantastic. The receptionist was so nice and friendly. I am horrible with names, but she remembered mine 5 days later. She called me regularly to keep me updated on the progress of my SUV. Let me know right away about a delay. They had my SUV for 4 business, and it came back looking better than new!

I could not be more happier with my experience with car star st cathrines I brought my vechicle in for repair from a recent accident a met with the wonderful Melissa at reception who was absolutely amazing during the whole process and then was referred to Blake who was tremendous and very resurring and caring I would highly recommend car star to anyone my vechicle looks brand new again. Thank you so so much car star for the amazing job you did I couldn’t be beyond happier

Between this place and my insurance and the dealership.they all really dropped the ball here

Truck was at this car star along with st catharines car star. Was at these shops for over 14 mo ths for a bad front end collision where the front section of the frame was replaced. All the work they did was absolutely herendous and the truck is highly unsafe. Truck is absolutely destroyed, owner is a liar and only cares about money. Was forced to take this very unsafe truck back toda. Save yourself the time and take your vehicle anywhere but carstar.

Carstar did an excellent body work to my car.
As a courtesy, they also washed the car and cleaned the interior of it which was a pleasant surprise.
They also seemlessly organized a substitute car for me while mine was in repair.
I was also highly impressed by the customer service of the front lady: advance notifications, politness, etc. This professional approach is not so often to find these days.

Great work at a fair price. My vehicle was brought into the shop less than 5 minutes after I arrived and the job was completed when it was promised. Blake and his staff were very friendly and efficient.

My truck was dropped of a month ago after it was hit. Finally get it back paint looks great very happy with the out come, but now my airbag light will not go off and my driver heated seat does not work.not happy with this, my truck should not have come back with more little issues.

The staff are super nice and explain everything to you. My vehicle has been hit while parked two times. Both times Carstar has fixed the vehicle. You cannot even tell they did any work.

Would recommend them to anyone.

My car was fixed only partially. The antenna cover blew off during the accident and when I picked up the car from CarStar it was not replaced. Blake said he would order it but by now the insurance company was not going to cover it. So they refused to replace the antenna cover. Be careful when you get your car fixed at CarStar.
