I went in with my fiancé today to try on a bracelet and wedding bands. The CA (I won’t publicly shame her by mentioning her name but hopefully she can take some feedback if she sees this.) was very pleasant, but after contemplating for a while and because I was late to an appointment at LV I decided to think about the purchase some and left the store.

I missed my LV appointment so I went back to cartier having made up my mind on what I wanted. This is where it goes downhill a bit. While at check out for the bracelet I remembered there was also a necklace I wanted to try. I guess I haven’t gone shopping for a while and was excited to check out a variety. She started getting noticeably impatient including sighing while quite literally making a sad face. I understand that the store is busy on Saturdays but I waited patiently for my turn and shouldn’t have to rush. She started telling stories about how some clients want to return jewelry that was engraved, or worn because they must’ve been drunk? So completely unprofessional. She also mentioned how some people feel like they need to get “everything done today”. It was passive aggressive. She kept talking about how if the jewelry has been worn it can not be returned. I almost blurted out to her don’t worry I won’t be returning it! I thought maybe I was over thinking but when I asked my fiancé he agreed it was obvious how she was conducting herself. She couldn’t even hold in her sighing.

Never disappoints when it comes to a special gift and great service. The staff are equal stars to the jewelry. Needed a present and left it for last minute and the staff had it flown in from another store over night.

The experience at this Cartier location always comes up short. Was excited to come in and discuss their watch collection, but after multiple unreturned voice messages, I simply cancelled my appointment and visited their Yorkdale location instead. Previous in-store visits have been fine, but fine is not what one should expect from Cartier.

My wife and I went to this Cartier boutique last week as I was looking to purchase a watch. We did not have an appointment but were greeted pleasantly by the hostess. She left to get a sales associate but we can hear the manager tell her rudely that there is a list of customers waiting. She returned to tell us that there is in fact one customer to be helped before us. We were happy to wait however notices that there were at least 3-4 employees standing idly by. They all walked past us several times, looked us up and down without smiling or speaking to us at all. The manager also walked by us several times and did bother to ask what we were looking for or give us an update on the wait. There was in fact only one person helping the only other customer in the store. We awkwardly waited for roughly 25 minutes without anyone coming to talk to us. I purchased many expensive watches before and knew that this should feel like an occasion rather than an inconvenience. We walked out disappointed but luckily walked into the Birks boutique where they also carry Cartier watches. We dealt with a very pleasant sales rep who made the whole experience. If you're looking for Cartier watches and actually want a proper buying experience I would recommend trying Birks as you won't be made to feel overly welcome at the Cartier boutique.

They assisted me with whatever I needed help with. Better experience here compared to Paris, I wish I bought my ring here instead. The sales rep (forgot to ask for her name) was lovely and answered all of my questions.

I would definitely be back and refer my friends to shop at this location.

Go to this one as the other boutique does not pick up the phone. Saw bad reviews and got prepared, but just experienced 10 out of 10. Our ring was delayed in custom clearance for 2 weeks, but I decided to give this rate due to their good attitude and quick response. Gerardo is the right person to talk to if you are still worried.

Daniela and Jess were both so helpful and friendly. The VIP area was really well done and the staffwas so kind to give my 3 year old a colouring book with crayons. Amazing attention to details and excellent customer service at this location in Bloor.

Despite almost losing a scheduled appointment as I was driving from out of town, Candida, manager at Bloor location was utmost professional. My experience with Cartier was phenomenal and will return soon. Everyone was very professional and very helpful.

Worst experience. I had an appointment today At 5.30pm. At 6pm and nobody even acknowledged that we are going to have assistance. We waited for 30 min and we had to go because they closed at 6. I came with my wife to buy a wedding band and it was very humiliating that we had to wait for so long and nobody even came to tell us anything. Just ignored. What a shame for this brand. I had to drive downtown Toronto, find a parking spot, pay for parking cancel a few meetings and they just ignored my appointment.

Edit: I sent an email as the reply suggested and nobody reached out.

I was lucky enough to have worked with Jess at the Bloor Street location. She brought in the beautiful card holder from Switzerland as nothing was available. From beginning to end she made my appointment so memorable, professional, and very fun. I highly recommend Jess if you're looking to treat yourself or someone you love with something special.

I've dealt with Cartier at their Yorkdale location since the 80s and have found them to be extremely efficient organization hell-bent on providing the ultimate service to customers. That's very understandable when you take into account the nature of their products and they're incredible reputation through decades of business dealing with the public. I recently had the need to contact him regarding a small item such as Cartier lighter fluid for one of their products and of course they dealt with it in their typical efficient manner and I was given the price and the quantities they had available. As usual the service was first-rate, speedy and without question. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for that special gift for someone including yourself.

Went to the boutique today with my Fiance to pick out his wedding band. Hugh was extremely accommodating. He helped us from start to finish and answered all of our questions with detail and respect. He made us feel comfortable and extremely confident in our choice. I really appreciated how Hugh took the time to show us different options and didn't rush us when our appointment ran longer than expected. We also needed this ring ASAP and Hugh was able to engrave it for us onsite!

My ONLY con from this experience was the gentleman who escorted us to the suite. My fiance and I were waiting in the lobby before another couple. The representative took us both and the other couple to the elevators. He advised that he could only take one couple first and then come back down. Without acknowledging that we came first, the representative told us to wait. The other couple (who were dressed more lavishly and older) immediately and politely offered us to go first. This is a very small incident but it was something my fiance and I talked about afterwards that didn't sit well with us. With that being said, I would still highly recommend Cartier products and services. I would 100% recommend asking for Hugh if you plan to visit this location! 5/5:)

I am content and elated after my experience at Cartier Bloor Street with Waseem. It was my first time at Cartier, and I’ve been twice now and on both occasions I had such a wonderful experience. Wes is incredibly kind and knowledgeable (over 10 years of experience with Cartier, including working in Dubai!). He is an exemplar of what client service should be and I highly recommend booking an appointment with him. From beginning to end, Wes made my shopping experience very enjoyable, I got to try on the pieces and never was rushed or judged. He even brought out some pieces for my friend to try. I’m so happy with my jewelry piece and now have a memory of how I got it and it overall makes me very happy. Thank you Wes and Cartier Bloor St!

Note: They are open. The Bloor St boutique is closed, therefore temporarily they have set up in a Suite at the Hazelton Hotel where you can go and get amazing, personal service. You have to call first and book an appointment by speaking to an S. A. Make sure to let them know what pieces and sizes you are interested in so they prepare it beforehand (not all the pieces are displayed), and you get to sit and try on your pieces. It’s a very enjoyable, personal, unique experience you usually wouldn’t get in the store!

Hard to get appointments at this time even when Ontario has resumed to almost normalcy. I tried 2/3 times. Disappointed to know that even when I am an old customer and willing to buy more of the expensive stuff Cartier sells, they have been so discouraging as far as appointments are concerned. I’d rather buy my gift from another fine brand than wait days; occasions don’t wait- especially this long!

We were in search of our wedding bands and our experience with Cartier at Bloor (temporarily operating out of the hazelton) was amazing from start to finish. Our sales associate Kin was attentive, patient, and had great recommendations. We will definitely be repeat customers with her and highly recommend to everyone else.

The standard of french design excellence. Since the early models with Concord movements Cartier has really progressed as a fine manufacturer of high end timepieces. The Bloor location has always provided exceptional service and advice.

I'd like to highly recommend Kin who works at this location. She was patient, personable and gave top level customer service and care. She clearly takes great detail in making sure the customer is more than happy. Especially during the pandemic, she made sure she extended the quality Cartier is known for. Fantastic and we will be sure to shop again from her!

As I don’t have a Cartier in my city, I called this location to order a bracelet. The bracelet they sent me was all smudged and covered in fingerprints. When I finally cleaned it myself, there were 2 scratches on the piece. The fact that they feel they can give such awful service to someone because they aren’t in the same city is awful. It was a complete let down to open what was supposed to be a pristine $9k bracelet and be disappointed.

We were picking a birthday gift for my daughter today, when we came to the door that girl at the door was talking to her friends and didn’t pay any attention to us.probably we didn’t look good enough for her.after standing around for 5 minutes she still was busy with her friends. We went across the street to Louis Vuitton and got a bunch of things. This girl is a shame on the company!

I visited this Cartier location along with my hubby during our short visit to Toronto. Due to Covid situation got to fix prior appointment. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule with short notice. Very friendly & knowledgeable Sales associate. Went to get new juste un clou with diamonds but wasn’t available in store tho. Ended up checking the one without diamonds. Overall a great place to shop from.

I bought a ring for my wife for Xmas and the customer service was top notch - especially considering all the Covid restrictions. I was provided with all the info I needed on my first call. Kin, the wonderful lady who helped me, immediately texted me her contact info and kept in touch regularly to ensure I had all the info I needed - without pressuring me one bit. Placing the order was very easy and the ring was couriered and hand delivered to me the next day. I then had to exchange the ring for a bigger size, and again, the customer service was top notch. Kin arranged for the ring to be picked up and a replacement dropped off the next day. Excellent service all around.

I had the most pleasant experience and it was all thanks to Kin! Due to the current circumstances with covid and its lockdown, I was very skeptical of the process and was quite sad at first that I wouldn’t get the in-store experience. However, when I called the store, I was connected with Kin and I couldn’t have been happier. The process was seamless and no pressure at all, all my questions were answered and was offered lots of reassurance all throughout, especially since I was indecisive between two options. I definitely recommend and will only want to be assisted by Kin.

Honestly, a horrible experience from beginning to end. I was working with Jessica and I was sold a defected bracelet. I purchased a Love Cuff Bracelet in May and only 3 weeks and the diamond fell out. I contacted Jessica immediately and it was a whole hassle from there. The bracelet got shipped to New York, then to Switzerland then go idea where. I got my bracelet back today (November) and I paid $4500 in repairs.it's ridiculous that they couldn't do anything about it. On top of that, Jessica was rude, and not compassionate at all when I met with her after so long. Never again.

I had an appointment and when I showed up, I was greeted at the front door. The saleslady inside did not ask me to go in and our conversation goes like this. She: " What brings you in today? " Me: " I am looking for a necklace for my Mom's birthday. " She: "Cool, which necklace are you taking? " So you ask me to choose a jewellery at your door without allowing me to take a look?

It sounds as random as she was asking me which topping I am getting for my lunch sandwich. What a horrible location to deal with!

I just had a horrible experience dealing with this location. My husband purchased a Love Bracelet for my wedding present and we have had to have it send in to get fixed multiple times since. I got a call on Wednesday stating that they cannot repair the item and will be offering a new replacement, without taking into any consideration the sentimental value of the bracelet. I escalated the issue further and their store director called me back stating all they can do is replace it or can offer a store credit at equal or LESSER value! Mr. Kenny was very dismissive of the situation and told me to take it up with customer service and called me by the wrong name. For a brand that prides themselves on luxury and amazing guest experiences, I am extremely disappointed with the service! Justin, one of their associates, has been nothing but exceptional in providing us with service over the years, but just found out he is no longer working at the location.

I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba and as everyone knows, we don't have a Cartier in our city. So, I called the Toronto store to order a Love ring I had been thinking about for some time. Justin Harris was the Sales Associate that helped me and I could not be more impressed with his prompt and professional service. He helped me with sizing, with picking the perfect love ring and made the transaction very seamless and worry free. I had my ring delivered in two days and I just love it so much. The packaging was also beautiful, and opening it was a wonderful experience. From the instant smell of Cartier perfume when I opened the box to the beautiful card and stationary, red box, wax seals etc. Probably the best packaging that I have ever seen from any luxury brand. I love my ring and I look forward to buying that bracelet soon that has been calling my name for a long time. Thank you, Justin. Sales people like you are hard to find.

Very disappointed with the quality of Cartier wallets. My Bf bought a wallet from Cartier Yorkville on August 17th and a few hours later, same day, the wallet got damaged and a metallic detail of the wallet was lost. We were stocked because Cartier is supposed to bd a luxury brand and high quality products. We had to go back the next day to the store and we lost time and money because if that because he was supposed to fly black to his city thst day but we went to the store to change the wallet and they relace it by another but not same color. Very disappointed with the quality of the products and the customer service.

I went in to the boutique with my suitcase and sweaty from walking in the humid heat. I was still greeted kindly by the SA Lena, and was offered a drink and chocolates even though I was just looking. Amazing experience! She was so kind and knowledgeable!

If am coming to spend my time and money I would expect to be treated better, this sales rep had the most disrespectful attitude with me, she was asian and I came to fix my love bracelt and I was very close to calling her manager ZERO MANNERS. I told her about her attitude and she continued. Love the store but very bad expirence as i was visting toronto.

I'm surprised that Cartier doesn't have a larger presence, however they have two locations in town. They've been here well over a decade and it's still a quiet boutique size store and perhaps this is deliberate. The staff are attentive and friendly and were pleased to polish a piece of jewelry for me (Care Service), while I waited. One hallmark of quality is that there was no charge for the cleaning, first time since the original purchase ten years ago. Only thing that could have made my experience better would have been an offer of something to drink during my brief visit. Underground parking in the building is also convenient. Other location is at Yorkdale.

If you buy a ring and want to return it, make sure you don’t even breathe on it. Bought a Love ring and my GF tried it on twice for about 10 mins. When we brought it back because it was the wrong size, we were told it had surface scratches on it and it would have to be sent out to the workshop for 3 to 4 weeks before deciding if we could exchange it.

After expressing my displeasure, Cecilia, the Cartier rep helping us asked what we thought should be done. I said it should be exchanged as I was not told the ring couldn’t be tried on for fear of wear. When she accepted to exchange it, I inspected the replacement that she said was good, and found through my magnifier app on the phone that it had a couple of surface scratches on it. So she went to get another one which was perfect.

Cecilia was great in the end and we were satisfied. However I was surprised that at first we were told that the ring had wear on it. Especially knowing that it was not worn.

I guess I expected a flawless ring and flawless customer service from Cartier. I will go back and buy more because of the way the issue was resolved however I will bring my magnifier app to inspect anything I buy.

Service is top notch and if they don't have what you're looking for in this particular store they will order it free of charge. I would suggest calling your SA ahead of time if you're looking for something very particular. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional staff and a waste of time. I waited a week for my weeding ring and when it arrived turn out to be not my size. The most rediculous thing was their staff has no idea how to use their system, spent an hour wait for the payment.

DO NOT use their financing program with the red credit card. It's the worst scam on earth. The interest is based on daily average balance, so each time you finish your balance, there's an extra couple dollars left. You have a never ending balance of $1, that adds over time unless you pay attention that they charged you additional interest because interest is added daily, not at the end of the month. And since it always takes a couple of days to transfer payment, you will always have interest added.

COMPLETE 100% SCAM!

I was also excluded from the interest free promo period because I was out of the country to attend a funeral without access to internet to make my monthly payment. I did it asap when I got home and it was late by 3 days. Their customer service would not sympathize and bam, there goes $1000 of interest applied. I was extremely disappointed.

This was the worst experience I had in planning my wedding, and I will remember it for a lifetime.
