This is for my experience with Samantha, one of the sales rep here. She’s the sweetest and very kind. She's patient, doesn’t get annoyed when you ask her to look at different items in different sizes when you’re trying to make a decision. Samantha always goes above and beyond with every purchase I had with her. Looking forward to my future visits with her

Worst service possible. They had 15 people standing and doing nothing like models and kept me waiting in line 1 hr and half just to look at my watch for repair. Worst of the worst!

We didn't book an appointment in advance, so we made an appointment with the associate at the entrance, waited and walked around the mall for 30 minutes, which is fine.
However, the sales associate didn't interact with us at all, just simply showed us the items we asked for, without providing any information, which is quite disappointing.is it because we didn't make appointment in advance?
The Tiffany across the door provided much better service.
Though, we will still return to Cartier because of the designs and styles, but we will ask for another associate.

Having visited many Cartier's throughout the world, the Yorkdale location never provides the sense of luxury that one comes to expect from Cartier. While I have purchased from this location in the past, my more recent experiences have been encumbered by online bookings, long waits in store and, at times, sales associates that feel indifferent to the customer relationship. While I don't think I will ever give-up my love for Cartier, I think I will give up on this location.

Awful customer service. If you're not an Asian woman in a Canada Goose jacket you will be completely ignored. Went in with the intention to buy a Cartier tank but was given the cold shoulder by sales staff. Finally approached a sales rep and asked if I could look at a tank; he silently pointed to the display case with watches that I had already been looking at and continued to disregard me.

Came in to change the size of a ring I bought at another Cartier a week ago. The lady told me there were no appointments, and the store did not look full. She was rude and not helpful at all. Not the type of experience I would expect of a luxury brand. Disappointed.

Me and my wife bought engagement rings from this store/brand! I have to say what an awful experience we had from the management down to the customer experience, the quality of the rings are truly terrible I only wore it 5 times and it’s full of scratches and marks already plus the worst is how soft and dull the gold quality is. They told us we can return it if we are unhappy so 6 hours after purchasing we decided to return once walked in the store they rejected our return and told us is not returnable so 6000$ down the drain. Do not shop here this brand has no quality and service I will never do any future purchase from this brand again. I highly recommend shopping at a different brand!

Tried calling for 2 hours to book an appointment and no one ever picked up. Finally found a slot online.

When we arrived with our sales rep, I believe his nam was Chen. He was just on his phone texting his friends on we chat the ENTIRE time. Did not care at all even though we were ultimately there to purchase something. Did not make eye contact didn't care how we were doing.

I came in to buy an anniversary present with my husband, after standing around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us. They had 6 employees standing around ignoring us and after I approached them to ask for help, they told me to make an appointment and to come back in 45 minutes. I asked her why when there are so many employees just standing around and no customers, she said they’re very busy with other appointments. There was literally no one there. Not impressed.

Friendly and peofessional service. Told us there was a 30 min wait, put our names down and they took us right away. Space is clean and spacious. Overall a comfortable shopping experience and we'll be back.

I bought a watch the Tank must. I was helped by Andy. He provide me beautiful watch. He is always so kind when i go to store. The whole staff is nice and welcoming. No complains at all.

Its saddening to see how a well established company fails to cater the customer. The online portal doesn't have an option to select Canada as a country when it has 2 stores here. It's impossible to make an appointment over the phone or online and they don't take anyone in without an appointment. A titan of industry

Do not bother, they are always "understaffed" you can never get an appointment, its gross. That you can walk into a dealership and buy a car but you are not able to go into Cartier, without a two-week maybe appointment. On vacation? Passing through the mall? No way, go buy something from Piaget. They will take you at the door. Or go to the Bloor location. Yorkdale. 0/10

Visited this store on Friday noon time. They book my name and phone # for a walk-in appointment.and the guy indicated there are 3 people ahead of me, and will call me when its my turn. Since then, never heard anything back.no missed call no txt msgs

My experience at Cartier Yorkdale was excellent. All the staffs are top notch friendly and very professional. I was provided fantastic customer service by Ariel Li. She was really helpful and professional in answering questions as well as helping me to make an order and following up with my purchase. I highly recommend that you should book an appointment with her for your personal shopping experience!

I called ahead of time and was told they take walk ins on weekdays and not on weekends. So I dropped by yesterday, a Wednesday, and was told to put my name on a walk in list. 2 hours later they had only gone through 2 names. 30 min before closing, so we decided to leave the mall. My mother was super disappointed- if I was told to book an appointment I would have.

My wife and I came by today to get my wife's bracelet and ring engraved and also needed to exchange them for sizing. Staff especially Mina was kind enough to accommodate us as we didnt have an appointment booked• Mina was extremely helpful finding the right size for my wife. Couldnt ask for a better service. She was amazing!

Customer service at this location is amazing. Cartier is known for their jewelry and good customer service. Mr Aymen Jaffrey was exceptional with my last purchase. I got a bracelet for my husband. I called Mr Jaffrey to have it delivered to my house same day for a special occasion. He was kind to speak and he made sure that the bracelet was a surprise for my husband. And there was a mini champagne. We were thrilled how amazingly it was wrapped and delivered on time.
Make sure to ask for Mr Jaffrey when you visit the store.

We went for a bracelet shopping for my daughter. We had to call in to make an appointment to get in the store. The sales associate Andy Chung was really nice. He was very patient and let us take our time to make our decision.

My husband and I were celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary, as well as my 10th year of being free of cancer, so my husband treated me to a shopping spree at Cartier in Yorkdale Mall. The staff were all extremely friendly, but Richard truly made our day memorable and special! He was so helpful, patient, and generous! My husband, daughter and I were spoiled by the staff that day. Even when I had to exchange a product for a different size a week later, he worked hard to accommodate my schedule and was so understanding regarding my needs. He also offered to send a previously purchased product to be serviced free of charge in New York when I mentioned that I was afraid of losing it since it had a tendency to become undone. You always get what you pay for in life, and every dollar was well spent here! No snobby, stuffy customer service like at some other high end retailers. The Vietnamese gentleman at this location was also a pleasure to work with! This location has a great team of staff members, and we will continue to shop here even though we travel frequently and could purchase it at much lower tax rates elsewhere ;)

The customer service I received from Ariel was above and beyond. Very professional and helpful! She was in contact with me as much as possible to ensure I got what I wanted! Will def come to shop with her again. If you want to get something in Cartier, book with her!

Excellent service by Asal! It was during COVID and she arranged everything even when she was off by text and phone call she made sure to stay connected with me to make sure to help me during a time where Yorkdale and stores did not offer in person services - she assisted me in setting up an appointment which was very difficult to obtain. Asal you are a great team member to this Cartier and we look forward to continue doing business with Cartier @ Yorkdale.

They are playing the game with the customers. This maybe is type of their advertisements!
When we go to the store, they say that you should make an appointment online or by phone. The online appointment service is showing the store is fully book even I have checked for Feb. 2022. They also never answer the phone for the appointment. I tried to book an appointment from August 5 till today but nothing. I'm so disappointed.

Horrible. Have sent my bracelet in for repair, it’s been a month with no notice. I call daily & no one picks up their phone. The number on their letterhead which they provided when I brought in my bracelet for service is no longer operable. What’s going on with this store? No happy at all with the service… let alone no service!

Awful. I saved alot of money to get my Girlfriend a ring, and they size her wrong. Since I had confidence it should fit after getting it sized, I thought we could get it engraved. Now it doesn't fit and I can't return. Like its only gold it can be melted down and re forged. Just High class robbing the lower class per usual. 2021-09-06 - Yeah thanks for leaving your number here so people think you actually helped me when I was still hung out to dry. Absolutely been no help at all.

Have had an excellent shopping experience with Richard Teng at Cartier in Yorkdale right from the first call to the delivery at home today. I had an appointment at Cartier Yorkdale with Richard. I came to try a few of the rings for purchase. The associate started ignoring me the moment he learned I also work in CS. When I stacked both rings (very accurately) on the same finger he told me not to because I will "scratch the ring". I asked him "I can not stack them? " to which he replied that I can only after I make a purchase but not while trying in the store.
I came to Yorkville location a few days later and made my purchase with Kin. I had no problem trying both rings on and was not told a thing. She offered the most professional service and was very friendly on both of my visits. Will make any future purchases only at that location. Thank you Kin!

Got a ring that was too big during lockdown. Their staff sent a driver to my house to do an exchange the next morning. Their service is as impeccable as is their jewelry.

Customer service here is as it should be at any Cartier store. Asal is a pleasure dealing with. Shopping online or in-store (pre-lockdown) has never been easier. Definitely coming back here.
