Cartier Road Apartments - Skyline Living

I had a meeting with the lady for a viewing at 6pm and we agreed upon that day. She even told me I come this Saturday and call her when I arrive and that she leaves the office at 8pm. However, when I arrived at 6pm, nobody answered after travelling a long distance. I kept calling and ringing until 7: 30 pm and left. So wasted my money, time and energy. This is very unprofessional, mean, and disrespectful. I was even told she lives here and was just left outside.
