Casa Victoria has one of the best Dim Sum in GTA. Here one can enjoy breakfast with an awesome ambiance and beautiful decor. The food is great, the vibe is amazing and the service is impeccable. It's a little bit on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it.

If you're looking for a place that feels more VIP and high-end combine with beautiful interior décor and great Chinese food this place is it!

Fantastic dim sum. The har gow and siu mai were phenomenal, probably the best I've ever had. Service is quick and efficient, especially considering how busy they get.

Came here Sunday 11 am. Made reservations. Seated immediately.workers spoke some English. Ordered food on a sheet of paper and dim sum food arrived pretty quickly starting about less than 10 min for the first dish. Had the chicken feet, shumai, egg tart, bun with custard, stir fry Noodle and shrimp dumpling. Good portions, classic presentation, good value. In and out in 75 minutes. Definitely would come again. ADVICE: they take card but bring cash.

Haven’t dined in at this restaurant but enjoyed Peking duck here. Pre-pandemic this place was pretty busy especially on weekends.

Casa Victoria is definitely one of my favorite places to get dim sum in Markham. Prices are affordable and food quality is consistently high.

Service can definitely be a bit spotty at times but the absence of wait lines and great dim sum keeps me coming back.

Must trys are definitely the red rice rolls and the deep fried taro dumplings.

The food was good. The service was good. Parking is ample in this mall. Located next to the marham city hall.

Too busy, pricy, hard to find parking. Food quality is worse than before, dumplings wraps are too thick and dry.

Food is absolutely delicious and customer service is great. Owners are very friendly. Highly recommend to friends & family.

Authentic Dim Sum restaurant, good food and value and I used to go there a lots but since the Ontario Government has removed the restriction, they have added too many tables, people sitting side by side, not feel comfortable particularity during the pandemic.

We being group of 14 people were there for dim sum luncheon. The dim sum was of very good quality at reasonable price. There were some choice lunch specials worthy of trying.

The quality of the restaurant has definitely decreased since covid reopening. Unsure whether or not this is due to a new chef? Or just insufficient attention in the kitchen. For example, we ordered peking duck, and they used to have one of the best in town. No longer…. The duck skin was soft and wrinkled as though they had cooked it in advance and was kept warm for a period of time prior to serving. I’ve included a photo of the wrinkly skin for visualization. Uneven and thick flour shells can be seen in the 2nd photo.

Most of the food came out lukewarm with the exception of the 1 sizzling dish.

The 2 stars given is for good service, otherwise they would get 1 for the food quality. Hope to see them improve in the near future…otherwise this restaurant is a writeoff for future visits.

I like decor there. Dim sum was very tasty. They have a good variety of tea to choose The seating is comfortable. I will go again

This place does dim sum and Chinese dishes deliciously well. It seems like it's always full and the hustle and bustle of dining in gives that authentic traditional feel. You know the food is going to taste well when the whole place is a little bit chaotic due to so many employees and customers packed into the place. Will come back soon!

Poor food quality, high prices and poor service - disappointing first time back at dim sum after lockdown.

Visited this weekend with my hubby for late dim sum around 3pm, and no one came to seat us to a point that I thought they were no longer seating. Once seated, the gentleman that was serving us basically threw the menu at me after submitting our order and letting me know that one of the items I've selected was sold out. I figured it just slipped, but I'm not sure because he kept dodging me when I tried to get his attention to ask for hot sauce even though he was only waiting 3 tables. Another lady helped us instead. He really only came by to let us know that another item that I have ordered was sold out and to give us our bill in which he charged us for food that was sold out and acted like he forgot that he was the one that told us about it.

Food was poor, in flavour and in portioning. The rice noodle rolls were small, bland, and shrimp was over cooked - honestly it looked like the frozen ones you can get at the grocery store just overpriced at $8.50 a plate! (I'd rather go to a food court for half the price and freshly made) The beef noodle roll was also bland and I wouldn't recommend.

Tripe was tough, and sauce was congealed.

I find that the steamed items were all horrific, and the fried items were better - but nothing to call home about.

Their are a ton of other dim sum places - I urge you to consider any other one than this place.

This is one of the best in Richmond Hill and is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. The place is nicely decorated and service is good as usual. Dining tables are having reasonable distancing. They have a great variety of dim sum and lunch dishes. It is good to have at least a group of 8 to 10 persons so that you can order more different dishes and share with one another. The food quality is always good. I will recommend.

I was impressed by the courteous customer service over a simple phone inquiry call. It's rare you will have someone who can talk in such a good manner in a Chinese restaurant. "JoJo" you totally won me over! Although I ended up ordered my dim sum via App with discount, I am still very thankful and my order still went to Casa Victoria.

Good delicious Dim Sum and Chinese food. Not pricey but not cheap however the price is good for the Toronto area restaurants as their dim sum is quite unique.

Family favourite chinese resturant for dim sum and dinner! They have a really good peking duck because they use the thicker wraps, not the paper thin ones like dayali and some other places. Not expensive and nice ambiance (although its only been takeout the past year)

Great place for Dim Sum lunch during the COVID-19 restrictions, jumbo sized Dim Sum servings, with attentive service. Even with reservations, still need a long wait for a table during lunch time.

I have been a frequent patron for the past month for dim sum and dinner. I have to compliment the restaurant for a nicely packaged dim sums and meals. They are not your cheapest, but you do get value for the service and packaging. They stand true to their pick up time, except for New Year's eve when i ordered dinner and had to wait 45 minutes beyond their promised time because they were swamped. I did not mind the wait but would appreciated if they gave me a more realistic time to come for pickup rather waiting in the restaurant and hearing all the angry customers and Uber drivers complaining about the wait.

They constantly skip over people that are in queue for people who are their friends. They called our number then as we were walking the server Annie saw some people waiting and brought them in instead and they arrived far later. I asked Lily at the front why our number was called and they brought someone else in and I was ignored. When I brought it up again she said she didn't call it.but I'm sure after using 3 languages (all of which I understand) we didn't hallucinate our number being called.

This was after a 1+ hr wait.

Good luck getting a table on a weekend when all the staff's friends show up.

We came here for a wedding. The food was pretty decent but the service was terrible. However, terrible service is how I know the food is authentic. I asked for both lobster heads because I knew no one else at the table would eat it.

My favourite dish was the dessert jello in the shape of hearts and lotus pastry which I forgot to take pictures of.

We made a reservation for 8 people on a Sunday morning. When we got there, although our name was in the book, they wouldn’t honour it. Food and service was very good however

Have to say this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. It just seemed like the workers let all their friends in when we have been waiting, multiple people skipped over dont come here unless you want to be treated unfairly. Especially by ‘lily and annie’. So upset that we left without eating.

I reluctant even give them one star. The food is Only okay. The service is awful and terrible! You have to ask three times and wait 10 minutes to get a glass of water! This is the worst eating experience I ever had. Will never come Back again.

Waited for a very long time to be seated. Once we were seated the food also took a long time to come. Overall I waited an hour from entering the restaurant to getting my food. Will not be coming back.

A very nice place for dim sum and dinner. Food is above average but a little pricey. Free desserts for dinner, I like it:)

Awesome place, very assuming on the outside but once you walk in you'd never expect it to be so grand! The décor is very high class but the food is very affordable, which was a pleasant surprise, and the food itself is very high quality. I love the sparrow's nest and abalone tarts, and this beet shrimp roll which is just amazing, and many more specialty dishes I've never seen anywhere else! The wait time is average, especially at peak times, but if you are respectful and patient the staff will treat you well and seat you as quickly as they can. I've also attended a few events (weddings and parties) that have booked this banquet hall, and the food and service has been superb every time. Definitely consider this venue if you want your guests to have a good experience:)

What a place.professionally dressed staff, clean washroom, elegant decor and excellent quality food. It's probably the best Dim Sum that I have been to in the GTA.

Good quality food with all of the usual offerings. Prices are above average and some of the portion sizes are small-ish.

I simply like their food. I always get great customer service here. The place is clean and the workers are always very nice. Will visit here again.

This place has absolutely the worst service ever. The lady at the front today was giving out numbers and skipping over the list when seating people. The other lady just pulls people whoever stands out front waited there for an hour. Would not recommend this place at all.

We were here with several friends and they knew what to order. Their unique take on chinese dim sum was very good with flavors Familiar and some new ones too. Thanks so much for a good food experience.

I highly recommend rice rolls as the rice rolls are delicately thin and rolled to perfection with all sorts of ingredients.

This place never disappoint me. You always could have perfect dim sum here. Their services style is cold but professional. So don't be surprised if nobody chat with you, it's normal. You could have some quiet time to enjoy the food.
