I usually do not like to post about restaurants or put anyone down.but this place went above and beyond to make me write this about them.the WORST service they have.if it wasn't for my husband, i would NEVER stop by this place.my husband is used to eat my home food and this place have Mediterranean food similar to ours.we ordered beef shawarma plate and beef kebab plate, the shawarma came all dried up, the kebab came very tiny and looked like mini kufta (like mini patty) and when I asked the waitress about it. She said it is what it is.sorry i can't got back to the chefs they're very busy.i was like but this isn't what we ordered, beef kebab plate is $29.99 so thirty dollars plus tax for mini kufta, she said no this is kebab.i was like are you serious, does tnis look like the pictures? She said no sorry.so i was like so what can you do about it? She was like nothing sorry it is what it is, i can't go back to the chefs they'll get me in trouble and they wouldn't listen to me.
And the rice, i was like i asked for white rice plain rice, the lady was like oh we don't have rice we never had white rice it is always been yellow with spices. I couldn't hold it i laughed i was like i have been buying from you for years I always ask for white rice and it is available she was like no you are wrong.this was on Nov. 25,2023.i wouldn't wrtie anything but again we went to Niagara last weekend and when we stopped by, and only bought the beef shawarma and it was fresh and came with WHITE RICE withouteven asking.so i was like oh you serve white rice, the front desk man was like yes we always do unless you ask for different type.
So what happened that day? !

MICE MICE MICE, While eating here, I saw 3 mice running around, I complained to the staff and they tell me that it’s normal, they see them every day. NEVER COMING BACK

If you have a bad face, don't have a bad heart. Owner seems like he doesn't like his own food.

Recently visited Casablanca restaurant and patio in Niagara with a pizza craving. Tried the half chicken shawarma, half beef shawarma pizza—absolutely fantastic! The dough was incredibly soft, and the crust was my favorite part. The pizza was uniquely cheesy, loaded with meat, and impressively filling. Portion size was generous, easily a 10/10. Planning to return soon, and my top pick will be the full chicken shawarma pizza. They don't skimp on cheese or meat. Went for the tomato sausage base, adding an extra layer of flavor. Highly recommend! "

Celebrated my daughter's birthday in there. The food was amazing. The owner was so nice and even gave us a cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Staff was approachable and nice. Very great experience and we been coming to this place since last year.

Used to be good 5 years back but now they’re ridiculous. Portions are getting smaller. I ordered a rice platter with two kebab skewers that cost me whopping 30$. The portion was so small that it seemed to mock me. I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry. I understand inflation has got all of us but how the other eateries on the same road are still managing best quality at the same old rates with no compromise on the portions? I wish I had taken the photo to share here but never in my life I am returning to this place that only knows nothing but to cost you an arm and a leg for a rice platter that is not enough to satisfy the appetite of an 11 year old!

Amazing service provided by Panther. She continued to be attentive to our needs throughout our time at the restaurant. The food was amazing especially the chicken shawarma plate. Would come back again:)

I liked their customer services. I was debating myself if I should order a falafel plate or something else. They let me have 2 sample falafels with lettuce and slices of tomato for me to decide falafel or not. It was really tasty. Crispy outside and freshly green inside:) tahini sauce went well with it. They also offered us free tea at the end. I came here with 7 people during dinner time, so we were probably making so much hassle to them by ordering so many food and requests but their services were amazing. Next time I visit Niagara, I would like to stop by here again.

Always want to come here when I’m at Niagara.the best best lamb chops I’ve had. Miss Parveen is the best and she is very very kind. We celebrated a birthday she did the best for us, thank you very much miss Parveen for the good service Overall, the reviews are right - this place truly is amazing from food to atmosphere to service and I highly recommend it!

This place is so amazing great shisha for good price nd the lamb is so tender it was no more than a five minutes wait great customer service.happy was our server she was so kind nd welcoming

We walked in for pizza and was surprised to see all four restaurants connected to each other. (Pizza, schwarma, crispy chicken, Mango breakfast?) We were greeted by a fast talking rude woman. After looking around and seeing genie lamps and smelling feet we decided to eat elsewhere.

Great middle eastern food the staff were so friendly Sim took care of our order we didn't have to wait so long for the order. I recommend this place if anyone is interested in good middle eastern food.

Great service server sim was awesome! Just hate how the only option for payment they have is cash, as I usually don’t carry a wallet and primarily use Apple Pay kinda sucks that I have to figure out a situation to get cash… but great food!

The food was super delicious and they have one of the tastiest pizza in Niagara. Without forgetting, you can’t leave there without sipping the Arabic tea, which was complimentary! Just fantastic!
It’s also worth mentioning that Happi was really courteous and hospitable to us. We will definitely come again. #greatfood #casablanca #niagara

I had the chicken burger and my wife had the fried chickens and surprisingly it tasted really good because an Arabic restaurant like this, we thought only theie Arabic food would taste good but we were wrong. The waitress was so friendly and just polite in every way. Ya'll should try it out for real though.

Most ridiculous food I have ever eat absolutely rip off plater is white rice with chicken full of oil and they are charging $25 for this and also the service is as like their food half of the order came and half the order after 20 mins. Keep away from this restaurant.

The food is okay nothing really special. They are definitely on the expensive side but the amount is more compared to similar restaurants in same area that offer the same kind of food. The idea is that you pay for the food and the patio.

It was great experience here last weekend, had a party with my buddies, we tried arabic food for the first time, who knew it’s so tasty. Plus i got 30% local discount. Good deal

I had a great experience at this place. Food was amazing in taste and very good quality. We had been served by a girl named Happy. She was very polite, welcoming and provide us a wonderful service. I Refer everyone to try this restaurant once. You must like it.

RIPOFF!
Paid almost $40 for 2 SMALL chicken Shawarmas and 2 CANS of pop (which cost $4 EACH!) Avoid as waaaay too expensive and MUCH better food close by. When a place charges that much for a Can of pop you know they're a ripoff. Not to mention they ONLY ACCEPT CASH. And if you want a chicken shawarma plate they're $28. Ridiculous!

Astonishing service as usual. Best food in the town. The food server, likely named Happy, top-notch communication skilled assistant. To put it plainly, great food quality and service.

Its a place accepting cash only. Food mediocre.
They say they have two different kitchens, companies working to bring each of our food thats why they might come at different times. Which was very confusing

This place is amazing, the outdoor patio was very vibey. It was super cozy and they have outdoor heaters so it’s cozy too!
Highly recommend eikish as a server! Very responsive, caring and attentive. Also provides whatever you ask for in quick time but never compromising quality.

Charge Extra COVID Fee (which I wasn’t told in advance). Funny enough that quite a few of their staff wasn’t wearing Masks.
They don’t check Proof of Vaccination
Don’t offer Water instead charge $2.99 plus HST for $0.1 water bottle (at least have some shame for this)

J'étais de passage à Niagara pour passer un séjour agréable, et au moment du dîner je suis passé à ce restaurant qui ne mérite pas et avant de passer la commande j'ai jeté un coup d'oeil sur les prix, et c'est la surprise: des prix dépassant la concurrence 3 fois et juste après j'ai quitté en laissant un message au serveur comme quoi les prix sont très chers et il a commencé à rire tout en faisant référence que c'est le propriétaire. Je demande aux gens de ne plus consommer aussi une intervention d'une cellule de contrôle de la qualité et des prix et une sanction d'enlèvement d'agrément. Faites le nécessaire.

Experience was horrible food came cold gave us one small pita for 130 dollar order call the lady she was super rude do not ever eat there the food is tasteless would never go back again you guys are horrible

Worst food experience ever. No spoon no forks no bread When they mentioned they would give. Airplane rice is better. Expired chicken would be more delicious. Took 45 mins when they said 15 mins.the price for 3 meals and 1 drink $90.

I ordered 3 chicken shawarmas and the total was $37.25, that's way overpriced. The food tasted good but small portions for the expensive price. The other person in my group went in and came out empty handed because customer service was rude. This place survives because its prime location beside Clifton hill. Staff needs to realize that customer service is crucial for a successful business.

I decided on the tiger shrimp with fries. It was $22 and it said the tiger shrimp would be large so I was expecting something BIG for that money. When the platter did arrive, tho, I was disappointed. It had some fries in the middle and couple of shrimp circling the fries on the side. NOT what I was expecting. For that price I was expecting something HUGE!

Also, when they first gave us the menu, there was a little sticker on it advising you that they would charge 16 or 17% extra from your order and they called it a COVID19 fee, cuz apparently it was to pay for all the extra expenses they had incurred from the masks and PPE equipment they had.
Um, EXCUSE ME? !? !? Why are you charging me for something YOU bought? All that equipment was unnecessary to begin with! And it was YOUR decision to purchase them for your employees. Why you charging ME for them? We're at a restaurant, NOT a bio hazardous facility: (

The one thing I did like, tho, was the raspberry juice. It was cool and fresh and tasted REALLY natural. Nothing chemical or artificial.

Honestly, I should have just left when I saw that COVID fee. Could have saved some money. Not to mention I let them keep the change.: (

Worst food I ever had. Chicken seems expired and no ketchup or side sauce was given. Will never come again.

Food is pathetic and portions are so small compared to the price we ordered 2 shawarma plates and they charged 57$ without any drinks i will not recommend this place to anyone.

I don't know why there are many negative reviews for this restaurant. My friends and I had 2 meat lover pizzas and 2 shawarma plates. We all were fully satisfied with our foods. The portions were huge and the taste was yummy. I must add that they were super polite and hospital. Highly recommend it.

Over priced food for a small wrap. I don't know how people can smoke hookah in the restaurant which minors are dining. I got a headache with the smell of hookah.

Their shawarma pizza is very good. But these guys take advantage of the fact that there are not many halal restaurants around. The food is so expensive.

This place was so busy and it seemed there was not enough staff to get to us in a timely manner. The beef kabob was so plain and tasted like unseasoned meat. We were not able to even get water upon our first request and had to ask again to get an overpriced bottle water. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because we were greeted kindly and the beef shwarama pizza was pretty good. Not worth the price though, and I would not recommend.

Great location, great food, servers are so humble and nice. Will be back for sure. Janelle’s service was on point even though the restaurant was packed on New Year’s Eve. She made sure we got what we need and kept coming back.

Great location, and pretty extensive menu. The service is really good and will really try their best to make your visit a good one. I really enjoyed the shawarma pizza, I would recommend trying this dish if you can't decide on what to order. I noticed some people mentioned it was expensive, but when you factor the location it makes sense and I felt it was good value. All the best to the staff and management you really went out of your way to make our experience a good one.

Chicken shawarma pizza is the best. I drive all the way from Mississauga just for that.but shisha is all herbal which sucks.there is no taste in herbal shisha!

Customer Service was awesome. They welcome you & offer you a table right when you walk in. Super kind employees. Their "Fried Crunchy Chicken Leg" wasn't fried or crunchy at all. Looks boiled if anything. We were expecting chicken that was like popeyes or kfc since it states "Fried Crunchy Chicken Leg". We got the Honey Garlic & BBQ sauces. Would come back to try other stuff on the menu.

Food was average, pricey as at all tourist locations. We ordered baba ganuch which was exactly like mutable, beef kabobs were dry, lamb chops weren't spiced at all and were smelly and chewy. Won't recommend this place for those who are looking for real Arabic taste. Only consolation is that it's Halal.

Incredibly overpriced, and very low quality. I ordered a lentil soup and a fattoush salad. I've had both items at many restaurants in various countries. This was the worst example of each I have ever seen.

The soup came with fried bread chips, and when I asked for soft bread instead they said "sorry" and walked away. The salad was at least 95 percent lettuce, and the dressing had no flavour.

To top it all off, they charged me 8 dollars for an orange juice.

Not a good experience at all. Worst customer service. Cashier was very nice though. I ordered shish tawouk platter with fries. Fries tasted like meat may be fried in the old oil. But it was not a good meat taste. Tase of chicken was so bad. I tried eating that but could not eat more than 2 pieces of chicken.but i decided not to get anything and pay for it.i told the cashier just for their information. He called the supervisor who was never trained to deal with customers. I was telling him that the food was not good but i l still pay.but he started arguing that we should have told them before. And offered free drink and baklawa that i refused but his tone was so insulting as if i do not want to pay. Well i had no intention to get my money back or anything. But not going there again for sure. Make sure you tell them before going to the cashier if you don’t like the food.

JANELLE, JANELLE, JANELLE! My husband and I went to this restaurant on Monday night 9/24/18 and we had the finest dining experience because of JANELLE. She was the most hospitable server, very nice, cordial and had the best service. It was quite a busy night and let me tell you her service was on point! We ordered the beef shwarma pizza and the chicken kabob plate and the dish was so packed with flavor! Overall my husband and i left this restaurant with happy full belly's and a smile on our face because of this girl JANELLE.

If you are looking for a great HALAL spot in Niagara falls come to Casablanca and ask for Janelle. Because of her if or whenever we visit Niagara again we will come back just to see her and the amazing food they have.

I was not happy with my experience at this restaurant at all. My husband and I each had a beef plate. Him the tenderloin and me the kabobs. It looked nice when it came with a salad and a side of fries but the taste was horrible. Neither of us were able to finish our food past the fries. The meat was tough and just tasted bad. The salad tastes like it was sprinkled with a dressing made of sugar. We also ordered a meat lovers pizza. Again. Horrible. We only at 3 pieces from it
We did order the kids a pepperoni pizza and they liked it. This whole ordeal with 2 coke and 2 teas cost us $117.00 Canadian. I feel completely robbed and all my husband and I got for that was basically our fries.which could have been better
I would not recommend this place.

Pass, don't think twice, just keep walking. Ordered three main dishes including a cheese pizza, and three drinks. Took 5 minutes to get the fancy drink but had to wait 15 minutes for a bottle of water and a can of diet Coke. Meanwhile my 7 year old is patiently waiting for her pizza, by the time she got it my wife and I had shared what she would eat from our meals. The server was borderline rude and kept saying she was busy. We kept looking around and there were maybe 7 other people in the place. We watched her jump whenever another table requested anything so, not sure if it was personal. By the end we got up and grabbed our own to go boxes to pack our left overs. I could not, in good conscience leave any gratuity for that server, I am a reasonable person but I work hard for my money and I do not feel like giving it away for sub standard service. To the owner, retrain her or maybe she should move along to other job opportunities, you could not pay me enough to return despite the fact I enjoyed the food, service is everything and she going to turn off more customers if she hasn't already.

Oh where to start!
Last year my mom ordered shish taouk and the plate was chipped! Even worse, the piece of glass was in her food. Well, ok mistakes happen once. But today when our family went again, TWO PLATES have glass chipped off, so I tell them look at this plate. The guy when I showed him the plate says "oh, the plate probably got damaged in the dishwasher, but it was a long time ago which is fine. " This guy doesn't care obviously. Other girl sees the plate and she laughs off just because I wanted a new plate with new food. Like seriously? We're paying for food and the service. So they come back with a new plate and my food which is ok. These people dont care at all if a plate is damaged. Other plate we just discussed to the cashier who took out bill.

Like seriously learn from your mistakes. I probably guessed the manager doesn't even forward this to the owner. This is a amazing restaurant with good food, but your service sucks, no joke about that.

This food is disgusting, the lamb was dry and the shawarma pizza had nothing to do with shawarma and you could only taste cheese, nothing else. 90 dollars for 2 pizzas and a plate of rice with lamb leg. Will never eat here again.

We loved it and enjoyed almost all menu.
Shawarma was amazing, lamb shunk was the best and lentil soup is perfect too.
Really recommend this place to visit several times.
