We had visited several other furniture retailers before discovering Casalife on Yonge Street. Their selection is current and well-curated. The sofa we found was stylish and contemporary but not so trendy that it would date itself in a short time. The construction is very solid and the fabric is of exceptional quality. Shopping at Casalife is a great experience. Karen was extremely helpful in providing information, organizing delivery and following up afterwards. We look forward to enjoying our sofa for many years.

Arrogant attitude one of the employee, leaves a lot to be desired for this store…disgusting service, never feel myself so humiliating…. But the quality of the furniture and accessories is really good…maybe it’s better to go online or choose another location;)

From start to finish, my recent experience at Casalife Yonge St.was top notch. Sales rep, Karen's, initial assistance and regular updates on the progress of my order, the precision around the timing of the completion of the orders, the cool feature that allowed me to track the ETA of my delivery on D-day and the speed and efficiency of the men making the delivery - all were excellent. Also, I'm very happy with my two acquisitions!

I had a lot of fun furnishing my new home with the Casalife team. Karen and the other salespeople at the Yonge St.location were awesome and I'm happy with all my purchases so far. The delivery team was also careful and detailed with my items coming into my home. A small upholstery issue was dealt with to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this store and will continue shopping there with confidence. Thanks to all at Casalife!

We were having issues with our order so we decided to call the Yonge store to see if they could help. Fortunately for us, Karen picked up the phone. She took charge of the issue and we are on our way to a resolution. Karen says what she's going to to and does what she says. They have amazing products but if you don't live near the Yonge store take the day off work and go for a drive. Make sure you find Karen, she won't let you down.

I had four custom dining chairs made at Casa Life and the product quality and customer service were exceptional. Karen at the 2532 Yonge location is simply the BEST. She is the consummate professional - a seasoned interior designer who is extremely savvy and a joy to deal with. I've been to practically every single retailer in the city and can honestly say that you will be hard-pressed to find someone as knowledgeable and customer-focused as Karen. The store itself has a beautiful selection of furniture and a massive selection online.

Casalife Yonge St.provided excellent customer service on my visit and then with the purchase of bedroom furniture. Delivery was on time and the staff that delivered it was the best delivery of all the vendors I've used since starting my home refurnishing project. Karen and Shawn were both lovely to deal with. Highly recommend this Canadian owned store.

Beautiful furniture - but I had the rudest interaction with a staff member that made me very uncomfortable and therefore I didnt want to buy anything because then she was going to have to cash me out. She acted as if I was stupid and also didnt greet us while greeting other customers. I am not sure why she was just rude to me but I will not be going back.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Our sales rep Robert was very professional and helped with the customization of our sectional and brought my vision to life. The delivery team was spectacular and gave "white glove service " a whole new meaning! Beyond grateful to Casalife and Linea Design as our living room now has the wow factor! We are just beaming with joy!

As a first time customer, this place looks like it had some nice modern furniture, a bit pricey though. Nevertheless.

Paid a hefty $330 for “expedited shipping” which took a little more than 8 weeks, not industry standards, given that they said is made in Canada. Oddly, furniture didn’t have any packaging and delivery folks had hand stains which I had to clean.
Furniture was built with the wrong leg colors
we selected and most importantly right side of sofa made noise when sat on because they used different springs, after we heard their technician furtively tell his boss and to turn around with audacity and say there are no issues! Then he confessed that furniture used different springs. What kind of pricey furniture store does that? Got my full refund and customer service didn’t even bother to say we’re sorry or hear is xx% discount for the inconvenience. Hope they don’t sell the sofa to some naive customer who won’t see the issues with the springs smh.

The whole experience with Casalife has been great. The in-store service I got (when I could go into the store) was very professional. The selection was also really good. While I had to wait a few months for my couch, that was fine given the pandemic. I then had to delay my delivery as I was doing renovations, and that was no problem. My couch was finally delivered and given I live in an apt it was very difficult to get it in & out of elevator and into my apt. The 2 service guys were incredibly resourceful & professional and managed to get it done and it looks great.

We love Casalife! Both of our sofas were purchased from Casalife and the process both times was really excellent. The ability to customize, choose fabric/leather, and be really taken care of throughout the process was really wonderful. Highly recommend Casalife!

We had bought a sofa back in January 2019 and was dealing with Rob throughout the process. We had a fantastic experience and 2.5 years later the sofa still looks and feels awesome. We'd definitely purchase from Casalife again.

Responsive and helpful team. When I scratched my dresser some months after getting it, I called in and asked if they had any hints on how to repair it. Casalife offered to send a technician to help and he fixed it quickly and for free! Very generous and beyond my expectations. Thank you:)

We had a really good experience dealing with Kendra and Trina out at the Evans Ave.location.

We really like the bed and table we purchased and found that they were super to deal with in person, online and on the phone.
Excellant communication from invoicing to delivery coordination, etc.

The "white glove" delivery and set-up was totally worth it. The guys that did that were very careful with our home and the items and quite polite, efficient and considerate. So very glad I did not try to lug or assemble these items myself, no way would any miniscule savings after renting a van have been worth it!

Just made my third big purchase from Casalife. They are Toronto's source for one of my favourite furniture makers: Copeland Furniture. Copeland is not easy to deal with - they do things their own way in their own time. Forewarned is forearmed. That said - Copeland does outstanding work so I was happy to go back and work with the women at Casalife. They know their suppliers; they want to know their customers. You are well served to talk about you quibbles. They probably know a satisfying answer

There are few places that make me want to leave a review, but this is one of them. We purchased six dining chairs from Casalife and they’re very nice. It was the experience in store that has given me a great story for dinner parties. The lady who appears to be in charge of this location is just.something else.
She answered the phone when I called to enquire when my order was arriving (as we were past the delivery date the sales guy told us). She placed me on “hold”, and covered the phone with her hand whilst she asked the sales guy what expectation he’d set with us, and agreed to him that she’d tell me that there had been an event that week that had closed the warehouse caused a delay. She came back on the line and gave me that excuse, and I informed her that we already knew about the event that had taken place the prior week and that we’d been given the option to go to the warehouse and collect the chairs.which we’d declined as we had been assured they’d arrive. She was reluctant to offer a solution (and snotty about it too) until I asked for a refund, and then I got a call back from the sales guy later that afternoon saying they’d get them delivered for a few days time as no trucks were coming to their store before then. Imagine my surprise to walk past the store an hour later AND SEE A TRUCK OUTSIDE. Brilliant. I love dishonesty. Just tell me that you overpromised and underdelivered - we still want the damn chairs.

So feeling pretty low on trust, I go in to pick up my order three days later, and they ask me to inspect the chairs for quality before signing for them. I did, and found that two of them were damaged. I showed them the damage and the lady said “well what do you expect for that price. ”. Excuse me? I didn’t realize I was buying from a second-hand store, or that the dollar value per chair means that I have to accept damaged product.

The sales guy looked at me and reiterated her point and awkwardly asked if I was ok to take them. I said no, and he took one of the chairs behind the till, picked up a sharpie, coloured in the scratch and showed it to the lady, then and asked me if that was better. I really, really wanted Ashton Kutcher to pop up and tell me I was being punked, because I couldn’t quite believe it. When I said I wasn’t ok taking the damaged chairs, the lady sighed audibly. I really appreciated her commitment to a great customer experience and the fact that she treats every customer like she wants them to come back and spend more money. Damn lady, what a way to ensure we don’t spend another dollar in your store.

Sales guy Chad did his best and swapped out two floor model chair legs with the damaged ones. I feel for him, working with the blonde lady all day. She’s a piece of work.

West Elm has opened down the street and I couldn’t be happier that I can go to a place that cares about their customers and the quality of their products.

If I can give this store a ZERO STAR, I would! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I would not spend even a penny at this store.

1. No hello’s. No directions. Nothing when you walk in. They are just on their computers and just waiting for us to go up to them.
2. I’ve never been to this store but the store clerk said he saw me at the store. If you are not sure, don’t pretend you saw me.
3. Why are you asking me what my “Chinese” name is when I’m telling you my name.
4.said we are going far with the tables so asked to wrap the glass top properly but NO. Very horrible job on the wrapping.
5. When you want to exchange/get a credit for the furniture you bought, they literally SHOVE you out like you are some garbage. I’ve never been treated like this anywhere!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
