The best couches in town for those that would like a bed that’s big enough to sleep on. The couches are very deep and can become a bed by simply removing the pillows and cushions. No need for ancient pull out bed couches. These look nice, feel great and can be used as a bed. Only reason not to get this is if you are getting a bunk bed couch.

We have purchased coffee tables and TV entertainment console a few years ago and recently we purchased bedroom furniture set and bed, both times we were assisted by Glen McIntosh. He's always very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly to us. The staff that delivered the furnitures to my house were also friendly, accommodating and conscientious in making sure the furnitures are delivered without damage and also not dirty the floors inside my house. They assembled the bed and furnitures well and took with them the packaging. We will definitely continue to buy from Casalife.

Great experience all around! Karen was very helpful at providing different looks and options. The delivery crew (Terry and Dylan) were simply amazing. The couch would not fit in my stairway, but they tried absolutely everything to get it in there. They went above and beyond! Karen reached out to me immediately and offered the services of Kat, who would take the couch apart and reassemble it inside my home. Kat was so professional and kind, she had the couch up and running in no time at all! I never give 5 star reviews, but this was an a wonderful experience. Good job everyone!

This refers to our experience visiting the showroom rather than buying. I don't think I would buy anything from them anyway. We felt snubbed and unwelcome. I think the staff can make an effort to be more friendly. Why should I spend my money here when I feel unwelcome?

I purchased an Addison walnut bed frame with four storage drawers back in 2012, a high quality product that wasn’t inexpensive but I
have been and remain very happy with it. Excellent product. Well, over time the glides on each drawer began to wear and event stated to fall apart. I thought the bed was a write-off but decided to check-in with Casalife to see if they had any suggestions on what could be done.

I sent an email to explain my situation and promptly received a courteous reply from Bryan, the General Manager. Instead of saying he couldn’t do anything, Bryan referred me to his colleague Trina, Casalife’s Customer Service Manager. Trina proceeded to let me know what could be done. Her team managed to find two replacement glides in their warehouse (I needed 8), and Trina herself then sourced the remaining 6 I needed, and quickly.

The after sales service, so long after my purchase, was outstanding and reaffirmed to me the value in supporting local business and buying quality merchandise. Trina’s communication and service-orientation skills are outstanding. I also had the pleasure to meet Cesar, Casalife’s service technician who came to my home to install the new glides, quickly and efficiently. Cesar also let me know how I could maintain them going forward to ensure that they last. From Bryan to Trina to Cesar, I was blow away by Casalife’s customer service. I will most definitely keep them in mind for future purchases and sharing the story of my experience with others. I highly recommend Casalife!

Probably my favourite furniture store in Toronto as it's style appeals to my senses: high-quality modern with clean lines at a good price. Huge showroom compared to their other locations. I find their prices often cheaper than the prices for the same items at downtown stores for the exact same thing, occasionally significantly so (I got a couch about $1K cheaper than the exact same thing at a West Queen West store). Staff really friendly and helpful as well.

This luxury furniture at it's finest! Located and can be seen from the QEW highway, this store is huge and has a ton of high quality products for your home. It has a very huge show room and you can spend all day walking around and checking out their wares. Staff is polite and friendly. Stay safe out there my friends and please, be kind to one another!

Beautiful, high quality modern furniture with many Canadian-made pieces. Very knowledgeable staff. I was finally able to find a modern couch with good bones, no sag springs, high quality leather and removable cushions, with many options to choose from. Would definitely shop again.

I have made all my major furntiture purchases at Casalife over the last 15 years.the most recent was redesigning my Den/Dining Room and Media Room, which features the BDI's Sequel and Corridor line.the Sit/Stand Sequel desk provides both beautiful asthetic as well as amazing utlity as it can be both a desk as well as a Dining Room Sit/Stand table.

Well have always been loyal to great experiences, but in buying a new executive home in downtown Burlington wanted to really do our research. In doing so we had heard many designers used Casalife so thought worthy to go look one Saturday.

As luck would have it we asked someone to help us upon arriving who took us around for many hours explaining intimate details of various lines, while asking many questions about our taste. At closing we realized Robert was the owner only because we asked.

The next week we returned with intent of making selections. Robert again offered to support with his guidance. And before leaving we had selected many pieces for our family room none of which would have been chosen without the council from Rob and Val on his team, who he asked for some additonal feedback.

Knowing delivery was chaotic with extreme delays in product we worked with Robert to ensure a reasonable delivery.

Well today was delivery and with extreme expectations, can tell you seeing the furniture in place am blown away. Speechless! Added to it the delivery experience having advisors install, set up and remove all garbage reinforced how lucky we were to go to Casalife and meet Robert and Val.

Casalife has a customer for life and at every chance will recommend them with pleasure.

The guy at the reception desk was SO totally chilly and rude when we asked to buy a chair. His attitude was so bad I almost walked out the door. Don't come here unless you like being snubbed by sales staff.

We ordered a floor model sofa and noticed a crack in the frame on after it was delivered. It looked like it had to be a warehouse accident that wS missed. Casa Life sent out guys to take the frame away, repair it and got it back to us first thing in the morning the next day. The original delivery guys also went out of our way to get the sofa into our unit as it didnt fit through our front door. Excellent experience with Casa Life overall.

Nice furniture. Awesome sales person. Very subpar delivery and support after: Lost the leg from my sectional, found it in the car - came back and installed it. Damaged walls, damaged hardwood floors. Sectional is crooked. Promised that manager will call me back. Silence.

Would 100% recommend this place to everyone who is wanting a complete fresh look for their home in any room. I came to them after deciding I wanted to change the consistent and overdue style in my home. I was planning on just browsing around for inspiration but the amazing customer service pulled me in to buying a couple items. They also were super patient when I was explaining my vision of the style and some items I was looking for, they helped in bringing it to life and making it more structured! Horrible "welcome" by a rude "host". Responded very defensively when I asked why my e-mail address was required upon entering the store. Explained that I was not disagreeing with their current policy but simply wanted to understand how my e-mail would be used before providing it. Host put his hands up in the air and walked away abruptly saying, "I have things to do. " Did not shop here and will not be returning.

Avoid CasaLife's wooden furniture!

We bought the Adan table a few months ago, which we only very recently took out of the packaging and assembled. Within the space of 1 week of having been very lightly used, we are seeing major scratches on the surface area. It seems like the finish is completely lacking, normally wooden tables are at the very least finished with a scratch-resistant coating.

The table is clearly advertised as "Wood is sealed for protection and longevity". I find the fact that scratches appear so easily, so quickly irreconcilable with the product specs on the website.

My wife and I reached out to CasaLife support only to be berated by the owner who told us to 'stop abusing' our table and accused us of "negligence". We have been very careful and our other wooden furniture (including multiple tables) have not been so delicate, or easy to scratch.
Highly recommend going to CB2 or Create & Barrel and not CasaLife for any wooden tables.

We have purchased a few things from Casalife. 5 years ago, we purchased 3 bar stools. Recently noticed the cloth on the underside of the cushion of one stool was deteriorating. Contacted Casalife, they told us to bring it in, they sent it to their supplier and within a week we has a new cushion.
If that’s not great customer service, not sure what is!

Stopped by today at the Etobicoke location and was helped by Kendra. She was very helpful and we found our dining table and chairs. Great place to shop for furniture.

Ordered 4 bar stools in first week took them to deliver final products after three months. Please prepare for longer than normal shipping schedule. Apparently, they are tooooo busy to handle the high demand. One of the stools are different color! Please prepare a return boxes for sage return or get brush and paint ready because they are going to ignore you unless you call them and bagging for a money back.

I recently had a great experience with CasaLife on Evans & highly recommend this furniture store for their customer service. I had an issue with a chair I purchased a couple of years ago. I was told to bring the chair in & they would take a look & see if anything could be done. I received an email a couple of days later to advise my chair was repaired. I went back to pick up the chair & no charge! What a treat. They often have amazing sales so definitely check them out. Thanks Jason for the excellent customer service!

I visit this showroom on a regular basis and find their products and prices to be as expected, which is always great. Staff is always very helpful.got a couple of free home show passes this time.

This place is the worst! They showed a King bed on sale on their website and I called the Etobicoke location to confirm if they still have it and if it's a King size. The sales associate confirmed. I show up the next day and they only have Queen beds and apparently they will not honor pricing that is incorrect due to their own mistakes. The place also has average looking furniture at prices that are way too high for the quality. The staff are not helpful at all. I should have figured this place sucked when I saw no other customers in the entire store.

Customer service is virtually non existent here. Very strange vibe, they are not too interested in walk in customers. Heads up there is ZERO, ZIP, NO RETURN POLICY!

We ordered a sectional sofa in Dec of 2017, given the holidays the delivery date would note occur until Mid to late February 2018.
At the beginning of March we called and were told that they would call us back with an update. No one called use even though we provided 2 phones.
We called again and were told the fabric we choose was out of stock. OK why were we not told earlier. OOPPSS!
We went to the store to choose a new fabric and after approximately 10 more days three alternative choose they were all out of stock. Our sales person was sick? !
The excuse was the fabric was very popular SORRY. When we wanted to cancel because they could d not give a new estimated delivery date there was a lot of hmmm and gee I don't know, let me have a manager call you; which did not happen. A few calls to Casalife with a promise of return phone call, none of which materialized. JUST SAD!
Product arrive in mid April and was damaged
NO apologies, a take or leave situation.
They just could not care less about customer service.
By the way I noticed the review is being posted under my sons name but the product in was purchased by Patrick Mallon. Just in CASALIFE would like to try to appease a customer; butI I seriously doubt it.

If i could give a rating of 0, thats where this place would rank! The owners are the biggest jerks i have ever met!
