Went for a lunch date with my husband our server was Lisa my husband ordered the lunch philly cheese steak and fries I ordered a club duo with soup. Our orders arrived my husband's was fine my soup apparently morphed into a Caesar salad Lisa never came back to check on us and when she finally did to clear our plates I said my lunch would have been better if I had got the soup I ordered. She laughed and said oh yeah you wanted a soup As a server and chef I was totally in awe at how uncaring her service was WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN

Service is not the best. Food is really good though. Prices could be more in tune with service.
Are not able to deal with a moderately busy evening, at all.

We like it here and have been eating here for at least a decade. A menu update would be welcome.

This is a review of MrBeast Burger which is made at the Casey’s. I was surprised to find MrBeast Burger available in KW so I had to order and try it. I later learned all MrBeast Burgers are made in ghost kitchens, which means some other restaurants makes these burgers and puts them MrBeast boxes. The order and pickup process was easily and quick all done through UberEat. The combo I got came with burger, fries and a can drink. The burger was not bad, but not the best I’ve had. It’s comparable to burgers from premium burger chains like burger’s priest, I would give the burger 8/10. The fries was awful, it was hollow, dry, tasted stale, and the seasoning had no flavour. I would give the fries 1/10, it was so bad I could not eat them. On the plus side the packaging was nice.

Headed over to Casey's to try out mr beast burger, did not disappoint great service provided as well!

Drinks were warm and service was cold. Not my idea of a place to visit if you have any other option. Funny smell as soon as you enter the front doors can't explain it. Wish I could Give 0 stars, but one os the lowest I can offer.

I surprised my kids with a visit to Caseys to try "Mr Beast Burger" The staff was helpful and friendly. We ate on the patio and it was a quiet beautiful evening. The food came quickly, and tasted delicious! I ordered off the menu - the staff was sure to deliver all food at the same time. Every staff member that helped us was friendly and the service was great - even my children commented on the wonderful service!
I wanted to let everyone know how great our experience was!

Pros: great fries, nicely composed Caesar salad
Cons: my Nashville chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry, topped with a bland bbq-like sauce. Price point was pretty expensive for quality of the main. I also find the kid meals fairly pricey at $9.

Highly recommended to come here, everything has been great the past few time I have been here. Pandemic seem to have made them way better nothing but nice thing to say!

This place is really cool. Must visit with your family or friends. I'm sure you will enjoy your time there

This was one of our first in-dining experiences in two years. My daughter was so excited! We ate in the patio, even though it was too cold, I was worried we'd get forgotten because we were the only ones out there but our witness was super attentive throughout our entire meal. The food was good - my daughter usually eats two bites then is done but she gobbled up over half the mozzarella sticks, her whole plate of pasta and half my fries. Pricing was reasonable and portions were generous. Casey's used to be a fav of mine and I'm glad I can still say it is!

Bad experience today the one on victoria st kitchener food cold and not what I expect they don't even know how to make a margaritas drink service today was bad never again this location

Had a chicken Thai salad. It was bland and the meat was dried out. Decor was dark and seating was stained. Not a good experience.

Asked server what kind of vodka they have. She rolled her eyes and said "Smirnoff, what else would we have" Your food's just ok, not worth getting attitude for. Sorry I'm bougey

Wow, so ordered there deluxe pizza. The crust was thin, tasted stale, from frozen (pretty bad). The cheese was what they use on nachos, fajitas as well the peppers and onions (huge slices) canned mushrooms (terrible).
Quite literally the worst pizza I've ordered at any restaurant, ever, lifetime. Zero effort. Avoid at all costs it's awful. Pizza at Frederick Lanes is better.

No spot to leave a review for Beast Burger but it's made from Casey's Kitchen so I will review it. Smashburgers were actually really good, unfortunately the kitchen forgot my ketchup on my burger. Other than that, the meal was good. Unfortunately the price made it too high to return for a family of 4.

Ive lives close to this place and frequented often over the years but will no longer go back.
The inconsistency of service and quality has been an issue the last several years and I’m not willing to take a chance on it again

Tonight’s experience was such a let down. They weren’t busy at all. Maybe 8 tables in the place.
I think the pandemic has certainly taken its toll and it’s days are numbered.

Here is a list of my gripes from tonight’s visit

1. Took over 15 minutes just to get our drinks ordered

2. Ordered coffee and it was so strong it was obviously sitting for hours. Could have hidden some of the taste but they had no cream left. They never offered refills to drinks.

3. Ordered nachos to share. The nachos were to have had extra cheese and beef and chicken added. We are talking about $30 nachos with these add ons. Nachos arrived cold. Hamburger was obviously a cooked burger patty that they broke up into chunks. Chicken was stringy pieces that looked old and was dried out

4. The only reason I have given 2 stars is that the chicken tacos were pretty good.

5. Service was so inattentive we were not given the opportunity to voice concerns.

Save yourself the disappointment and some money by going elsewhere.

Had the Cashew Stir Fry for Valentines day Dinner. Prices were good, Food was also delicious. Only negative was the selection of food items, nothing jumped out the menu for us

The service was great. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. I'd give it 5 stars if it was just up to the service. The food was OK. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap which I'm sure would have been good if they didn't drown it in Buffalo sauce. It tasted like I was just drinking Buffalo sauce out of the bottle so I didn't finish it. I was also disappointed that my hot chocolate didn't come with whipped cream because most restaurants do that. My mom ordered the stacked sandwich which I got to try and it was very good! If I go back I'll order that. I'd avoid the dessert menu because the apple Mary tasted like it was made with apples and wet cardboard (if the chef sees this review, please fix the granola!) And the cheesecake tasted like it was low quality. I'm a huge cheesecake fan but I didn't end up eating it. The strawberry sauce on the cheesecake also tasted really fake. It reminded me of the strawberry lip gloss I used to have but I wouldn't cover my food in lip gloss.

Food was ok. The waitress was nice but very loud with very annoying voice. Luckily had to rush of to the Whale pub and we got a new girl.

Love this place. We go for special occasions be cause we come from London to kitchener.sine the CASEY'S LONDON is closed for good.

But we travel for the atmosphere and food.recommended

Meal was great only gave 3 stars because gingerale was more water than syrup and there were little flies inside

Expensive good cost awful 17.00 dollars for burger and fries 73.00 for a meal for 2 adults and a kid sorry in today world of covid where money is tight can't afford to dine there

Excellent service.
My son and I arrived and was promptly served and found s great spot to sit on the patio.

My better half and I had the chicken stir fry. It was delicious and more than enough to fill both of us. We went around 7pm and it wasn't too busy. Our server was great and the food came fast.

Lemonade is not good for kids! My daughter did not enjoy it.

Good experience. Attentive waitress, food was good. One piece of Fish& chips was a bit more $ than Kelsie's but the portion size seemed to justify the difference. Overall was alright. I might give 3.5 because the waitress didn't say what wasn't available on the menu until after I had ordered it. But not a biggie.

Dropped in for lunch on the weekend. Such a great experience! Service was excellent and friendly. The covid measures were in place and we felt safe being there. The food was fantastic! I did not expect that to be honest. The fries were crispy and delicious, our burgers and sandwiches were excellent. So fresh! Will definitely return again.

High prices for what was obviously low care food. Was served old precooked chicken and the menu makes promises it doesn't keep. Either the kitchen or general manager clearly has work to do

Second time we have ordered from Casey's during this pandemic. Can't say enough about the food! We have ordered everything from wings to burgers to wraps to a steak sandwich. Steak sandwich was amazing! Cook to a beautiful medium rare.no narley bits! Everything has tasted good. Glad to support LOCAL!

Casey's Kitchener is one of our all time favourite restaurants for both dine-in and take-out. The food is super great (great food for value-we love the wings especially), the staff are extremely friendly and easy going, and the atmosphere is laid back and very welcoming. Highly recommend coming here for a casual meal. Thanks for the awesome service Casey's!

Great place for take out during the pandemic! We ordered the fish and chips, spinach dip and ceasar salad. Huge portions. The service was very friendly as well. We will definitely order again

My son bought me Casey's for my Mother's Day. I thanked him for the thought but Casey's you ruined my supper. When we got it delivered it was cold. I got the pulled pork sandwich with fried pickles & the poutine. Well never got the pickles & my poutine had maybe 5 pieces of cheese & my fries were cold. Save ur money & order from somewhere else!

Went for breakfast, wow so disappointing, I could see more plate than breakfast and I asked for white toast and got warm white bread when I asked for toast please they couldn't understand the problem. They took the same bread and re toasted it. I dont this the toast I originally recieved had even been in the same room as a toaster. Original price was $7: 98 or around that price this was supposed to be the same meal for $5: 89, wasn't worth $1. Dont waste your time or money. The eggs where really small, 2 small pieces of bacon and about one dozen hash browns

Burger was burnt black, chicken wrap floded with sauce.beer was flat, over $60 for two people, only good thing about it was their hospitality, We wont go back

Nothing surprising at this typical roadhouse. Typical decor, typical menu. I was there with some friends, so had a great time. Staff was very friendly and easy going. We were a large group, but they accommodated us and pushed some tables together without any fuss. It would have been nice if they had a private function room, but despite that it was ok.

Ordered a kids breakfast didn’t want eggs so asked for a pancake instead as the kids breakfast options were very limited and was told it would be an extra $1.75? Won’t be back! I would think a bit of batter would be less than an egg and not a big issue. Not like I was asking for extra

Casey's has been good recently. The staff are great, always friendly and do their best to serve you in a timely manner. Decent food with reasonable prices. Normally I end up there on a Friday night with a few fellows for wings. So they know what we want usually before we order. But things changed, this evening I ordered the 3 for 20 deal as always, ordering 15 wings, suicide with extra hot sauce on the side however took it to go because I was busy catching up with someone I was there with. I get home and go to eat my meal. They only gave me 10 wings and charged me for 15 and a pop. Totalling 24-26 dollars. I think that's the last time I purchase there if this is the type of service I can expect.

I was at your restaurant on friday for lunch with a group friends. Lunch was good, service was also good. I am in a wheelchair and before leaving, I had to use the washroom. I used the wheelchair accessible one which is fine for getting in and out BUT, the toilet is to close to the floor. The grab bars are also to to close to the floor. I COULD NOT GET OFF THE TOILET. MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAD TO CRAWL UNDER THE DOOR TO UNLOCK IT AND THEN GET MY HUSBAND TO HELP. I WAS SO HUMILIATED. I HAVE NEVER NEEDED HELP BEFORE. It was disgusting that my granddaughter had to crawl on the filthy floor to help me. I hope you can fix this problem.

4 pm on a Saturday. Not busy yet somehow my salmon and vegetables still managed to be served barely warm while my soup was piping hot all on the same plate. Veggies were shriveled up like they were old. Service was good. Unfortunate about the food. It's usually better than that at this location.

Casey's is now offering breakfast Friday to Sunday mornings. Tried it and it's an excellent breakfast for the money. Will visit again.

$5.50 for 2 coffees (ya refills, I know). Eggs were overcooked. The potatoes were awesome. Ham was ok (3 little pieces). Service was excellent.
