Sons kids meal (hamburgers) were cooked like hockey pucks. My chicken wrap was ice cold. Wife's salad was bland. (didn't know you can get Oranges that taste like nothing? Father inlaws burger was cold and they took it back and put it "back on the grill"
I didn't know you could put food that has already been served and eaten back on the grill to cook up to standards

One of the best restaurant I’ve tried and one of the best burger I’ve had in a while! I am from Manitoba and we were from a long trip, and hoping for a nice food after a tiring day. And this place was the closest from where we were and we felt we got lucky we found this place! It’s so yummy and the soup is just so satisfying and delicious. My friend, my sis, and my bf also enjoyed the food. I recommend

The chicken parm and the meatball penne pasta was yuck, tasted like tin can, not saucy, just tin can tomato flavour, yuck

Was visiting from out of town and decided to try this local restaurant. No one was waiting in the lobby but was told there would be an hour and a half wait for 3 people to be seated. We found the 2 hostesses could have cared less, whispered to each other about other customers who were being told the same thing (as customers were confused why so long), no explanation given or apologetic. Just found the staff to be rude from the get-go. Bathroom was used in the mean time. No paper towels, water all over the counter.

Surprised they didn't have a single vegan option on their menu. Even the veggie burger wasn't vegan. The waitress didn't know the difference between gluten-free and vegan. With burgers like Beyond Meat, it's really easy for restaurants to offer 1 vegan option. Hopefully they will move with the times eventually.

Had the Smoke House Burger, and it's one I will go on craving. Bbq sauce covered brisket on a burger with American cheese, aioli, and arugula. Absolutely amazing taste combination. Very nice restaurant interior. Service was a bit slow.

I asked for a medium sear on the steak and it was served perfectly medium The meat itself was rather lean, I'd say choice grade. I prefer more marbling but this isn't a typical steakhouse so I shouldn't be overly demanding. They did very well for a small town. No complaints otherwise. Thank you.

Ordering takeout was easy, the Grilled Chicken Wrap and the Smoke Show Burger were delicious at a good price

Excellent experience. All the staff we encountered were very polite, friendly and efficient. Steak Sandwich and Onion Soup were both excellent. Fish tacos were great as well. Would have been nice to sit near the front windows so we could overlook the lake (the only real negative on our visit, and not really their fault as the front was already fairly busy).

Morgan was wonderful! Great service and she definitely ensured our dietary concerns were taken care of! Our meals were delicious and very filling. We recommend giving them a try

Unfortunately this is the worst meal I have ever had in a restaurant and made a pretty lousy Thanksgiving. Ordered a nearly $20 stir fry, received what looked like boiled veggies in an absolute soup of the sweetest sauce that tasted like candy. Couldn't finish and left it to be collected by a server.

Went here because it was the only place open in town. Service was ok. Food left much to be desired.

Very good food, but pricey, and the service was as good as it could be as they are understaffed

Chicken fingers were awful. Chicken was so rubbery I couldn't eat it. Breading was greasy and flavorless. Salad and coleslaw were fine. Service was good.

What a great experience! We came in from out of town and got seated immediately.the wait for the food was 100% worth it.best cobb salad i’ve ever had, definitely telling my friends and family about this place!

I have really enjoyed most everything I've had here. This would be 5 stars but I find the chicken fingers very bland, although the texture was perfect.

Had the ribs and wings combo. The ribs were good but the wings were a little over cooked. Our waitress was fantastic though! She was on the ball with refills, bringing the food and Bill out fast!

Ive have never been so rudely treated in my life at a restaurant. We waited almost 2 hours AND NOT 1 PERSON TALKED TO US. No one even smiled in our general direction. After 5 minutes of waiting, the power goes out for about 10ish minutes. So we waited through it, because obviously no one told us to leave, and after about 10 minutes it came back on. Two large groups then were seated and we waited. We waited for almost 2 hours, line backing out the door. 5 waitresses, not one word. I see over 6 booths open, no words. After almost 2 hours of waiting, the cook comes out and says we are closing the kitchen because the power went out for 10 minutes and complained saying how do i get people to pay (even though the power was back on). My mother and i were annoyed and my mom just want to know why no one said anything before, but they talked over my mother as she was asking why no one else told us. He said he was one person in the kitchen (if only there were 5 waitresses that were going into the back to get your food then you could ask them to say something to the 15 people waiting patiently at your doors). My mom asked why other people were seated after the power went back on and why they had to close when the power was back on (and had been for over an hour). Their answer, "it could go back out". So after being degrated to just 'ladies' (i think you had to be there but after 15 times being associated as just 'lady' as if you are gnats) we left, obviously. We went to the Boston Pizza, who also had lost power and was backed up but they explained this to us and they still seated us and we enjoyed our food and left them a big tip.

So, I will never ever return to this disrespectful restaurant and i recommened that if you want your time respected and your words acknowledged, you shouldnt either.

Had the Buffalo chicken wrap with home cut fries. The wrap was good but the fries weren't crispy. We were a group of 6 so the fries may have sat for a while and that could have been why they were a bit soggy. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and a 4.

3 steak sandwiches, all 3 cooked to perfection. Good French fries, good garlic toast, good salad. Service was attentive / above average.

Terrible experience.

Listened to nothing but a phone ringing extremely loud for over 1.5 hours while we waited for our food and the burger, pasta and potatoes were cold. Garlic toast was burnt black. Fries were soggy. Almost everything was inedible except for the walleye which was good.

However our waitress was fantastic. She made a terrible experience great. She did her absolute best with absolute garbage food.

Absolutely horrible customer service skills today.from the manager himself. Waited to be seated for an extended period of time, when i was finally able to get his attention he came over yelling at us that we had to be patient, that there were only a couple people working today. When i told him i understood that but after all staff had walked by and looked right at us with no hello or comment of being with us in a minute.hr started yelling that we had only been there a minute and we could leave. Took my business elsewhere
