Casey's Pet Grooming & Doggie Daycare

Casey is great at grooming, others not so. Not bathed (were wet and dried but no shampoo used), uneven fur cut, ears not cleaned as requested, poodle ears cut short and not the same as they had been every 2 months for almost a year, nails not trimmed as requested and more. Celine was not supposed to groom them and took the appointment which at time of booking, I mentioned it was to be with Casey. Be careful with this grooming establishment as some groomers are not well trained.

Our dog, Buttons, loves to visit Casey for his regular bath and blow dry! I especially want to thank her for coming in on a recent Sunday to accommodate us, it was very much appreciated! Her love of dogs can be seen in the care and attention she gives to each of her four-pawed clients. Thanks again Casey for taking such good care of our boy. I highly recommend Casey’s!

We are always so happy with our dogs groom! They are very friendly and listen to what we want done for our pups groom! Our girl always comes out happy and beautiful!

Casey has been the only groomer for our Shitzu, Coco and our new addition, Rubi. She is patient with both girls and always does an amaziing job. Both pups are excited when we say they are going to Casey's. Kudos to you and your staff Casey. Running a business isn't easy - we can tell that you strive to do your best, not only in terms of grooming but in all aspects of your business.

Have taken both my dogs there over the years and have always had excellent care and wonderful staff. Random loved her daycare there today and would have stayed indefinitely if she could have.

Yesterday was our first grooming visit and my Sheltie and I are thrilled with the kind attention and excellent service we received. Casey and her team are committed to the welfare of the pups and their owners. Charlotte and I will see you again in a couple of months.

We love and rely on Casey's! Every single staff member is wonderful. Drop off and pickups for dog daycare are efficient. Typically our dog only ever needs nail trims and they are perfect every time! Thank you! <3

*NOT SAFE* I’ve been using Casey’s regularly for dog daycare for my 10 month old Boston terrier. Last few times have been extremely rushed, with little communication and I’ve noticed they don’t really supervise the dogs while in the pen together. Appears to be only one person working while 25+ dogs all jammed in a dirty back room. My dog is small (less than 20lbs) and very friendly with other dogs. The other day I went to pick her up from daycare and was quickly told my dog was attacked and bit badly by another dog. My dog was bleeding but they “tried to clean her up” as best they could. Even though they have my phone # on file for emergencies, nobody called me. I tried to get info from the worker and really they wouldn’t explain how this even happened. The worker seemed so overwhelmed and refused to even give me details of what occurred, essentially throwing my dog at me then retreating to the back room. If you care about your dog’s safety … stay clear of this place. I’ll never be going back.

Took my 9 month old Great pyrenees to the day camp on Saturday. Fozzy must have had a blast, as she has been tuckered out for two days.

We have plenty of experience with these kinds of services and way beyond any doubt these great hearted individuals have surpassed our expectation every time over & over again and again. Everyone who works there is happy & smiling that counts.

More especially since the new administration took over there has been a tremendous diversification and upgrade in the place and the services. There's no way I could do as well a job if I tried.

I can't say enough how welcomed my Doberman pup is here. The staff are patient friendly compassionate and caring both at the daycare and grooming.

Truffles enjoyed her time at Casey 's Pet Grooming. She came out looking dapper, all ready for summer. The staff are wonderful and really listen to your requests. Truffles will be back again.

My experiences at Casey’s have always been 100%. The staff and groomers there are kind, know the dog types for grooming purposes, and they know their clients, especially what the client’s preferences are. I highly recommend Casey’s Pet Grooming.

Casey’s pet grooming is awesome! My dog got skunked this morning and Casey’s was able to take her in the same day and did an amazing job. Not only did they get all the skunk smell off of her, they took the time to get rid of all her under coat (she’s malamute with a thick coat.so lots of fur), she’s never looked better and all for a great price!

Carlson loves his haircuts with Casey. Everyone is so kind with the animals. I recommend this doggie spa!

We had two dogs brought in. One dog was clearly matted and needed to be shaven down. The second dog wasn't matted and we specifically asked for the hair to be shorter. Both dogs were shaven completely down. Neither of their ears were cleaned out as well.
We had a set schedule for the dogs and the pick-up time was pushed back over an hour and a half.
We were sort of in a pinch for time and other activities in our lives to go to our regular groomer, however next time we will just wait for our usual go-to. This place is also VERY expensive, so just be mindful!

I do not like to leave bad reviews but was very disappointed in the service of grooming and the way the owner speaks to clients. My dog was totally shaved down to his skin despite clear instructions how we wanted him groomed (it was not his first time going there. Beware that this salon was sold not too long ago and the quality is nowhere near what it used to be.

Overall a short cut as expected due to matting. But disappointed that specific request for trim around eye area was not followed.
