I would have given 0 stars if they had an option. Very rude customer service, I had the pleasure of being treated poorly by Drishti. I came to store at 4: 45 on Saturday and as soon as I entered, I could tell from her face she did not want to work and take me. She came up with different excuses so that I will get frustrated and leave and that's what I did. Never coming back here! At first she told me I need 3 recent stubs then every step she kept increasing the number, fortunately I had all of them. Then she made me sign in my bank account on her computer and instead of just downloading the statements she stared going through all my other accounts such as credit and savings. Never seen anything like this before.

I've been to this location a few times before. The person that helped me today named Faisal was very kind and helpful. Thank you cash 4 you and Faisal. You've always helped me out when I needed it the most.

I visited this location for my fund transfer and got a very good customer service from associate. Associate was handling all the customers so nicely and was talking to them in a very decent way. Also, I found that they do have all the answers to the querries of the customers.

Fast & efficient. Usually I wait at other locations today I was in and out with 10 mins and had great small talk with the cash attendant who dealt with my file today. Your services as a whole organization is appreciated but I will be going to this location more for days as such where I’m just in a rush!?

This place is terrible. All of the 5 star reviews are written by employees who take your phone in the store and write TN w review yourself. Marsh was the name of the employee who did this for me. They will call everyone you k ow and your job to verify and embarrass you and require your entire life information to take a loan. There are much better places that offer the same services.

This location has no compassion to the customers, they have no reason ing skills and head office is even worse. No one responds to phone calls or emails but when it's about getting their money they know how to respond, terrible service do not apply for loans from here also the reviews seem written by 1 person over and over cause it praises the same 2 people
