I was in the store yesterday (November 20) to take out a loan again. The individuals that were there did not want to do something I do every-time that I am there. They were rude and the one guy that was kept fighting with me about what he can't do. Yet I did the same thing the month before and the time before that. I did not like the way he was acting towards me. It was like he was not even listening to what I had to say. When I asked to speak someone else, he round his eyes and said fine.when I spoke to the girl about it, so said nice a first but when she said that she would look into it and all she did was sit on the other side of the wall.and moved her change over and talk to the guy in the back. Than come out and wouldnt listen to me about what I was trying to tell or her even show her.

Ritu was very helpful she gave me great customer service and I recommend going to see her for all your loan needs.
