Awful experience called to get help over the phone and the worker was talking with customers refusing to help saying I should come in then he will help and then when I continued to say I can’t come in at the moment swore at me so I thigh recommend any location other than this one ignorant clueless workers working

I went to Cash4You today and I was assigned to Hitakshi to help me with my transactions. She seemed one of their most efficient employees as she was so fast with all the western union transaction and helped me in getting a discounted transfer fee for my second transaction. Everything went smoothly and I had a good experience with her. Will recommend to my friends.

I have been asking for a Regional Manager to call me for weeks. I had a death in the family and they told me they would work on it me up till the day I requested it. It was the Friday before the loan was due and I was instructed by Andrew to callback then. He told me to come in and pay in full and reborrow. I told him at the very beginning I didn’t want to do this. Do not use the company under any situation, they will lie and lead you on like a bad date.

Manu and Hitarshi were great, they help me out with a difficult situation they were very knowledgeable and very helpful.

The employee took literally till closing time at 8: 00 PM to finish the transaction of the customer ahead of me. I am sorry but the woman employee was as slow as turtle working there. And when it was my turn, she asked what I would like to do, I told her I will send money thru Western Union and she said - Western Union is down.

If she knows good customer service, she would have asked my purpose earlier so I would have not waited for 1 hour standing with a bad knee in the very cold establishment.

I'm sorry but I can't say any positive things about my interaction with this woman today. Pandemic is not a reason to be working slow and inefficient. There are other potential employees who are more qualified and fit to work there instead of that employee that worked here tonight.

I'm glad I stepped in to this branch, the staff is very knowledegable and has very good work ethics. Special thanks for Jay for handling my second loan.

I have been a customer with cash 4 you for many years. Most of the staff are friendly and cooperative.
Today, I visited Hurontario branch and I was super happy with the extraordinary customer service I've received. "Feven" was so lovely, professional and made all efforts to satisfy her customers. The store was super busy but she assisted all of us with equality, patience and big smile. I wondered how she could make each customer feels that he/she is the only customer to be served. Truey, she is a role model for customer service agents!
